Heat and Air Gurus did a great job! They installed new heater, a blue light, a high quality filter, and re routed our ac drain to properly drain to outside. The heater ran great throughout the last month of cold weather and the blue light has been working well. Luke and his team did a great job. -

Heat went out right before it snowed. Luke was attentive and patient. Helped us choose the best unit for our house as our first house and we knew nothing. When our unit was out of stock his manufacture upgraded us. Luke communicated the whole way through and was very attentive. When installed there was a snafu with the thermostat and Luke came back twice to make sure we were comfortable with new unit. Luke was professional and affordable. I look forward to him taking care of our unit for years to come.I highly recommend Heat and Air Gurus. -

We recently bought a home in Plano which was built in the 1970s. As soon as the summer hit, we realized our AC was losing the battle against the Texas heat, leading to our homes temperature raising during the hottest parts of the day. Essentially, our AC was never getting a break and couldnt keep up. After working with Luke at Heat and Air Gurus, he identified and fixed several issues with our entire system, including low refrigerant, insufficient duct work and air supply, and severely lacking insulation in our attic. The pricing was very fair and Luke helped explain our options without us feeling we were getting an upsell on anything unnecessary. I write this now as a very satisfied customer with a home easily holding 70 degrees as its over 100 degrees outside. Thank you! Had an emergency hvac failure and HVAC came to the rescue! We had to call on a weekend night with temperatures in the 100s and they came out to assess the situation. Luke was awesome! Came out same day and offered a very thorough inspection. Itβs very hard to find reliable & honest help these days, but Luke provided just that. He offered solutions that another hvac company didnβt take the time or care to offer. Will use them again in the future. -

Our kids were getting congested and Gurus took pictures and explained thoroughly what was going on inside our units. He installed a UV light and patched up the inside units. Very high level work and gets the work done fast. We could tell a difference almost immediately. Highly recommend. -

Our AC stopped working properly last May. Got multiple quotes for a replacement from different companies that were all pretty high. This company is absolutely amazing! I called after hours at 6 p.m and Luke the technician was here in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had us back working within an hour! He was clean, thorough and explained every step of how the problem would be fixed. After the repairs, he did a full check of all others components of our A/C to ensure they were no other problems that may arise. Cost was MORE than reasonable and they have a customer for life. Heat and Air Gurus was a life-saver!!! -
