At the beginning of the quote process, he was very thorough, patient, and personable throughout the process. He never missed a phone call, and was punctual and professional. He came to the house, thoroughly inspected the property, explained and answered all my questions, and gave me multiple options to choose from. Once my decision was made, Mr. Hamilton and crew were ready to complete the job at my earliest convenience. On the day of the job, the installation crew was phenomenal. Very personable and joyful from the start, and absolutely focused throughout the job. Specifically, Andre and Justin were the epitome of hard work, and thoroughly explained the job to me as it was ongoing. They installed the advanced thermostat I chose and were able to explain it to me so that my simpleton brain could understand. I truly appreciate Mr. Hamilton and his crew and all their hard work, and I highly recommend them to take care of any of your HVAC needs. -
