I highly recommend Greiner A/C, Eric is knowledgeable, professional, and you won’t find a better HVAC guy. -

Eric was amazing. The guy showed up the same day I called and gave me a straight forward estimate and told me exactly what I needed to be done to get my AC running. He got the equipment needed and came back and fixed my unit inside and out the very next day. VERY high quality work and professionalism. Very good warranty on the equipment he sold me and a LIFE TIME warranty on his work. Will never use anyone else for HVAC work. HIGHLY recommend Eric and Greiner AC! -

Greiner A/C is fantastic. Eric answers or responds very quickly, communicates well, is available on short notice, arrives when he says he will, and does high quality work.Eric also goes above and beyond. He replaced my A/C unit after Laura and called before Delta to ask if I wanted him to strap the unit down (it’s on a 2nd story platform), which he did and it stayed in place. When he removed the straps later, he went ahead and added some brackets to keep it extra secure.My whole family uses Greiner A/C and we’re all very happy customers. (Also, Eric is just a good dude who is easy to talk to and explains things well.) -

My AC stopped working after the lights dimmed at my house. I shut it down for the night hoping it would be fine in the morning. Well, it wasn’t. My son was visiting and said he knew of an AC guy who lived in his neighborhood and he had heard nothing but great things about him. I gave Eric a call and within a few hours he was at my house, explained exactly what was wrong, changed out the parts and was super friendly as he worked in the 100 degree heat. After the storm we experienced here in Lake Charles we thought that we would be without heat for quite some time luckily we were referred to Eric and he came out that same day, gave us a quote and came back two days later and finished the job, snow still on the ground and temps still freezing. Eric is the only person I use for HVAC. Did complete new installation on two systems (indoor and outdoor components) damaged by flood. Does what he says he’ll do. Shows up when he says he’ll be there. Does “extras” you don’t think about and adds value to the scope of the job. Cleans up after himself throughout the job not just as the end. Best of all, he knows a lot about just about all home repair and improvements so he’s a great resource and advisor for everything. Your search stops here with Eric. You won’t be disappointed. -
