Greg’s Comfort Control Systems is absolutely the best! From the moment I met with Greg, I knew I had made the right choice. His knowledge, expertise and customer service is impeccable. Likewise, his quote was very reasonable and beat the rest! I had to replace my entire HVAC system, and the process was flawless. Greg and his crew showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the job. They cleaned up, removed all debris and left my house exactly the way it looked before they started. Greg was hands-on from the beginning to the end working alongside his employees the entire time. I can’t say enough favorable things about my experience with this company. I will definitely stick with Gregs Comfort Control Systems for all my HVAC needs. Furthermore, I would highly recommend him to my family, friends and anyone else. The business itself is top notch and reasonably priced, a lot more affordable than a competitor. I’ll definitely continue to use them as my main go to for my hvac needs.

I have had to call Gregs a couple of times on weekends and/or off-hours to get help for some units that have gone out. One time he came out that same night and the other the next morning. His work has been always professional and responsive to what our different systems have needed. I keep him saved on my phone as my a/c guy and share his information with friends and family because I have complete trust in his services.

Greg had worked on my Grandmothers AC unit about 15 years ago, give or take a few years. When my mother needed a new AC unit in her condo in Seabrook about 13 years ago, he was there. When we had a house fire in 2012 and the insurance contractors installed a new AC for us, he gave me advice. It turns out the contractor installed a 3.5 ton outside unit but put in a 2.5 ton unit in the attic. Without Greg, I would have never known and my Grandmother would have been ripped off. Also, he did not charge me for this advice. Well my Grandma has since passed and left me the house. Recently, my AC went out again and after contacting the man who installed it 7 years ago he told me it wasnt under warranty and would cost about $300, but he could not physically make the repairs, being old and unable to make the repairs. So I contacted a very large and famous AC company and I was quoted $1900 to fix it. Greg took care of it and told me what I actually needed and came in WAY under cost. He also made my Mother and I smile with his and his son Aarons personality. They are a great team. You can trust this man, he will not BS you. He tells the truth and he will take care of you and your family. This man is a Diamond in the rough field of Sharks.
