    Seth came out and fixed our heating unit in no time. Showed me the broken part stayed long enough to make sure the unit was working properly and was warming up the house.     Jason is a very nice man. Luckily it was not a major issue. He gave me future solution we could do to prevent this from happening again. Willing to do whatever. 5 star on service for sure. However I do wish they would have more people able to answer the phone on all hours of the night because they do advertise 24/7 service. It took over 7ish hours before I actually got someone to pick up. It took 13 hours from start to finish. A little long when its peak of summer in texas.

    Greenstar did a heat pump system install for us. We were given several different quotes with different options and budgets, so we could pick the one to meet our needs. Prices were fair. Installation crew was professional and really went above and beyond to get the job done.

    This company goes above and beyond. The technician that was sent out to my house to look at my ac unit that had stop blowing cold air was not only punctual and professional but he was able to diagnose the problem which was that the ac unit was low on refrigerant. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in under 30 min and quoted me a fair price. I called this company on the 4th of July and they said they were booked but could send someone out the next day. We were then scheduled for the next day. The technician finished with his last job of the day and was headed home when he realized that he lived near us and he texted us and offered to come out the same day. This company is a life saver. Nothing but positive things to say about this company. We need more people like this that are honest and trustworthy! Thank you so much on behalf of Steven Lilley! I can’t say enough how much we appreciate your company! Me, my family and puppy dogs greatly appreciate the service and professionalism that we were provided with by your company!     Greenstar has been so good to us! We live in a brand new home and our AC has gone out 4 times (with other companies doing the work)Greenstar listened to everything, and said they would take care of us. Due to the shortage in AC parts they couldn’t do the job as quickly as they wanted to. Todd came to my house with window units to make sure we had some cold air. Seth and Christian came out today and fixed my AC and they were so nice and professional. They did the job quickly, and answered all my questions. My mom also uses Greenstar and has been very satisfied with the work they do. Highly recommend to anyone needing AC work done. They are honest and don’t overcharge for anything.

    At this point we’ve used Greenstar twice and both times warrant multiple positive reviews. I have experienced 8 different issues with this unit before using Greenstar and every company before them only sent Sales Consultants who openly told us they couldn’t diagnose the unit but could sell us a new one.Mike was our first technician out and he was knowledgeable, personable, and we felt comfortable having him in our home. Mike explained our options thoroughly and got our unit running again in the middle of an extremely hot day. Thanks Mike!Jason came out today on a Saturday and provided us with a phenomenal service that was exactly in line with Mike’s previous findings. Jason really goes above and beyond to provide an unforgettable service. He was genuine in his approach and made us comfortable knowing he had our situation under control.This company knows how to treat their customers and their employees!     We had a bit of a mystery on our hands. Previous HVAC company couldnt figure out what was causing the fuse to keep blowing. Greenstar came out the first time and fixed it, thinking a bug on the contacts was causing the thing to blow or some wire that had been stapled through. The tech told me not to pay the bill for 5 days to make sure the problem was solved. The fuse blew again 4 days later, and I called them, and they came out that day. This time they found other wires that had tiny flaws, and theyre sure they got it done. Other company I was using gave up and quit responding. Greenstar was great about coming out and being on time, and they were very concerned and dedicated to making sure the problem was solved. :) Ill use them from now on.

    Prompt and professional, Jason had our air conditioner repaired within 24 hours of the initial call. The price was extremely reasonable, actually, cost of repair was less than estimate. Were very happy with the service, and would definitely use this service again.

    Greenstar is the best air conditioning and heating contractor in this area. I have used many different air conditioning and heating contractors in the past eight years that me and my family have lived in our house. The service and quality of the work has been amazing. I would not recommend any other service but Greenstar. They will explain everything that you need to know and answer any question that you may have. If you have any work that you need done for heating or air call them, they will not let you down.

    They were very nice and professional, I needed someone to look at my hvac system that day they said no problem and made it out and I was at work and wife was home and they made everything super easy and simple and explained it not only to her but also called me at work and explained it as well.     I truly cannot recommend Greenstar highly enough. They drove 45 minutes out to my place, and then did it again the next day due to my own stupidity. They stayed until 11pm on a Friday night to install an AC system and make sure all of my questions were answered.

    Called to replace a leaking, corroded evaporator coil for a 3 yr old Lennox System. They didnt charge to diagnose the issue. Only to fix it. Also, because the part was delayed by Lennox they refilled our refrigerant at no cost. Labor cost was also lower than expected. Went above and beyond in my opinion. I would recommend them to anyone!

    I called to see how much it would be to install a Nest thermostat. The man told me he could try to explain how to do it over the phone because it was simple and he didnt want to charge me anything. He then said he was on lunch and could just stop by really quickly. He came immediately and was done within 10 minutes! Also the price for this service was only 1/5th of what I could find anywhere else.
