I wanted to personally thank Darla, Audie and John for their customer service, professionalism, timeliness and knowledge. My AC has been out since AUG 7th until yesterday when Going Green fixed it. I went through hell with other companies because they wanted me to pay for things I didn’t need so instead they lied to AHS but lucky this amazing company in Going Green found the problem and fixed it. So if you need an amazing AC company look no further because Going Green is hands down the best out there!!! I will forever use them and recommend them to anyone!!! Going Green thank you again!!!

Going Green recently did repairs on my old AC unit and also installed a new unit ( mine was 23 years old ) they made the whole process easy no pushy sales . I definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Very professional ,very prompt and answered all my questions. Thank you Going Green

4 ton ac went out midweek. Usual service tech checked unit and said compressor is bad. New compressor = 3200, new unit = 9800. Compressor had displayed any of the usual symptoms of wearing out (noises, etc.). So i was skeptical and wanted a second opinion. Audie came out on Saturday afternoon, to determine if anything could be repaired and/or needed replacing. He checked the wiring at the box on the side of unit, then checked the connection to the compressor (previous tech did not do this). Audie discovered the problem. Apparently a wire had burned in half. Shorting out the others. He replaced the wiring harness and the AC unit started working. He checked refrigerant levels and ensured unit was working properly all for under 500.00! My kind of AC tech! Ill definitely be calling him for any repairs and/or replacement! Thanks again Audie!

Our HVAC had when down. It was 98 degrees in the house. We were miserable! The Technician John was very professional. He answered the many questions I had with no problem and found the problem in 10 minutes. The coils had a leak. He recharged the system adding superseal to help with the leaking. I would like to thank the Going Green Team, Audi, Darla, and especially John for there help in this matter!

Audi green & goingGREEN Heating & Air is the hands down the best. I called Audi this morning with an AC emergency. He went above and beyond including trips to Fort Worth for parts. I now have AC again. I give them a full five stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He has earned my business from this point on.👏👏👏

There is a reason this company has so many 5 star ratings. They replaced our whole system yesterday, inside and out including the duct work. They were fast, helpful, and the whole crew were polite and friendly.What sets them apart is how honest they have been with our smaller repairs they have done the last two years and how their concern is you and what you can afford. They gave us multiple options to repair or replace it. They are not sales men, they truly want to help the customer with the best solution for them. We saved up and chose to replace our system and they did an amazing job! The owner is kind and very down to earth and let us ask and call with any questions we had. Yes, we will be reccomending them to everyone we know!

I had a problem with my heat pump not draining out of the primary drain. I called two HVAC companies that said my primary line is clogged but they didnt fix it. Preparing to remodel my house I didnt want the drain pan spilling out onto the sheet rock so my home warranty company assigned Going Green to come take a look. The tech took the time to listen to my concerns and located and fixed the many issues. I couldnt be happier and highly recommend them.

I was assigned this company through AHS and they quickly came out to assess the situation. They found the Board and Motor to be malfunctioning and quickly ordered a compatible part. Once the part was delivered, the technician rushed to get the part installed and AC unit up and running. They did not try to up-sell me on additional charges not covered by AHS like most other companies that I have worked with (warranty related). Great, honest business. I will definitely use the company for my future HVAC needs.

We had Going Green out to replace our larger unit at our home last summer. They were the ones sent by Home Shield and Im usually leery of those contractors but GG was great. In fact, when I needed them to come out after initially diagnosing the problem, Home Shield assigned a different contractor but GG told me they were on a pilot program to replace the entire unit rather than just a compressor or other parts due to the phasing out of R22 so I sat on hold for an hour with Home Shield to request them specifically.

Super nice and trustworthy; Audie and team did a great job. Came out once, fixed what seemed to be the issue - when they had to come back again, they took care of things and made it right. Very satisfied and super happy to have a good AC guy again.

There were so many steps to take and delays that were out of Going Greens control, yet they did everything in their power to help quicken the process. Absolutely wonderful service. Sent to provide a second opinion by AHS after the first company falsely claimed a major part of one of our units needed to be replaced. Correctly diagnosed and quickly repaired a leak in the part, saving us nearly $1000.

Selected by American Home Shield, they called me immediately and sent a tech out the next day which was a Saturday. He quickly found the problem, but I needed a part that he could not get because of the weekend. Monday morning they called to let me know they had the part, and came out within the hour and completed the repair.
