So thankful!! We had our ac go out and had an insane quote from someone telling us we needed a whole overhaul for $9500. Thankfully we called for a second opinion. Ty was very knowledgeable, gave us a quote and ended up coming in on the lower end to get our ac back up and running smoothly! So glad there are good ac companies out there that are looking out for homeowners!

After sleeping 1 night in my home in Texas 3 digit heat without AC, “Go West” was DEFINITELY the place to go. I called early this morning to request and appointment for AC repair services, Stephanie (who answered the phone) was like my morning coffee, AMAZING!! Ty came out to repair my AC in less than 10 mins! While I’m at work I had to take my work from home daughter word regarding “Go West” service. She said “mom, the repair guy was nice and he was here less than 10mins!”.. that’s A LOT coming from my daughter. Ty kept me informed from the arrival time to the time he finished repairing!! I had to train on a virtual call when he was due to arrive and I shared this information the day before. When they arrived, they never bothered me and got to work right away. My AC unit went off and they responded on time when called on site. Performed diagnostic checks and shared with me the problem and solution. They finally changed the mortor to outside fan unit and worked perfectly. Prices are reasonable and never felt like I was ripped off. Ty is the owner operator a very responsive Gentleman

We met Ty at our church and it was perfect timing because our unit was 26 years old and way past due! I called him and he came over a couple days later and looked it over real good and got me an estimate the next day. We said let’s do it and yesterday they arrived at 8 am sharp with uniformed techs, clearly marked trucks and our brand new system inside and out! They removed all the old equipment without any damage to our house, hauled it off, got all the new equipment installed and tested, dialed in and purring like a kitten, and cleaned up after themselves like they weren’t even here. They were completely done by 3 pm. Ty called last night and this morning to check on us and it’s so awesome to know we’re many, many years away from needing HVAC repairs! Plus it’s always great to do business with small, local businesses! We have already referred him to 3 family members!

We have been using Ty for our AC service and equipment for over two years now. We moved into an older home with an older system. Ty has given fair and effective advise on the most cost effective and economical options. Further, if you have a problem, there is no waiting 2-3 days for a service call. Ty will do everything in his power to come by or have a team member assess the problem. He has shown up at my house at 8 pm on a same day call! This kind of service is rare! Can’t recommend him enough!

Go West AC & Heating installed our HVAC system two years ago in which they provided quality and professional service that suited our needs. The owner and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and have the customers needs in mind. After our experience, three of our friends had them install new HVAC systems in their homes and had the same experience.On Fathers Day this year, our A/C stopped cooling so we called the company and the owner personally came to our house two hours after our call and had our system back up and running quickly. He sacrificed time away from his family on Fathers Day and helped us.A great company that has integrity and puts the needs of the customers first. Dont pass on this company - they are a must for all your HVAC needs!

If it weren’t for this company charging a fare and reasonable price, unlike the outrageously overpriced competition, I wouldn’t have been able to replace both units! I had the pleasure of meeting Ty of Go West A/C & Heating when he came over to troubleshoot our second floor HVAC unit that was refusing to blow cold air-instead it was heating! We had another company (the original installers) come out twice with no fix and no solution. This was on a new build home, newly installed system. Ty arrived exactly on time and went to work. He systematically went over the entire system and discovered the error (a shorted wire) within the hour. He completely repaired the second floor system and now we have cool air blowing upstairs (where the childrens bedrooms will be). I am so relieved. Ty was such a reassuring and knowledgeable presence during a stressful time. We were envisioning something catastrophically wrong with the system since weeks had gone by with the other company not being able to fix it. Ty has 30 years of HVAC experience and it shows in his professionalism and his work ethic. We wont be calling any other company for any future HVAC service- Go West has our business!

After calling quite a few places to check our AC not cooling and them promising to come out that day, I found Go West.. on a stab in the dark late afternoon on a Saturday in dead of summer Texas, they showed up in under 30 minutes. Diagnosed and repaired in under 30 more minutes. I appreciate your understanding and promptness and my senior dogs super appreciate you. Highly recommend!

Go West AC is the easiest company to work. Ty came out to my house and thoroughly inspect my HVAC unit. I had 3 other companies out here before. They all pitched me a $12k to $14k full package system. Ty replaced the necessary items and did not break my bank. Very honest and straight forward. Call this company. By far, this company is your best bet in Arlington and the DFW metroplex area.
