We chose Garlands to purchase our replacement system over two other contractors. In our house, some like cooler temps than others. I needed a contractor that would take these factors into account and install a system that met everyones needs in the house. The Samsung system that Garland installed is exactly what we needed to give us more heating and cooling options to meet our families needs.Garland came out, looked at the whole system, determined where we needed to replaced and what could be reused (saving us some $$). The installation went so smoothly I was pleased at how efficient and CLEAN they were during the process.If you are in the market for a new system or need repairs to your existing system give Garlands a call and support your LOCAL small Business.

This is such a great and honest company! We needed a new unit and so many other contractors that worked on our unit before hand charged so much just to fix it and always quoted us outrageous prices for a new one. Our unit finally gave out and I was so nervous about who to use to replace it. I got on my social media and asked who the best was and this place had the most recommendations. I messaged them and they responded the very next day! Was out to look at it that evening and 2 days later they are here replacing it! Even better, their price was way better than past quotes and very much reasonable! To top it off... they are VERY friendly, fast, responsive, clean, and just a great company! Will definitely only go through them from here on out! 😊

After 3 years, heat pump had loud noise. A contractor put in new part, charged service and part, and tried to sell another brand heat pump saying that American Standard would not recognize warranty as we were not original owner. Called American Standard regional Sales Manager who recommended Garland. Garland came out and found a wire was off and heat pump has been working for next 14 years. Now purchased new American Standard from Garland Indoor Comfort who we trust. Had an electrical problem which Garland came and fixed immediately. Highly recommend Garland and his crew.

I don’t live in East Texas, so I can’t hire this business to help me, but you can bet I would if I could, without a moments hesitation. I can say this because I know the people and I know how much they helped my parents when they needed it most! If you need any sort of HVAC repairs or replacement, you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t call Garland and Leslie first!!

We have used Garland’s Indoor Comfort for over 12 years. Their honesty and integrity, as well as, their great service is hard to beat. We had an old, old system that we believe lasted as long as it did due to the proper biyearly maintenance and, when it was time for a new system, received the best explanations for our choices. We don’t regret the choice we made and are enjoying huge savings benefits in our electric usage. Garland and his team of helpers are fabulous! It’s nice to find good service nowadays!

Great experience!! Called and they said they could be here soon and were. On time just as promised. We were told by people we know they are honest. They fixed our unit and it did not cost too much. They just as easily could have wrote an estimate to replace the whole thing and we would have not known any better. We are very happy and relieved since we just cant afford a new system.

Did an Awesome job. Removed all duct work and all of ac/heat system. Put all new units and duct work in our newly purchased home. We didnt have to worry about anything they did a really clean job. We wasnt home most of the time they did work, we would come by and think wow they got alot done and did a great job communicating with us!Thank you guys so much for helping us Great job. We will Definitely be recommending y’all to everyone. They also helped us years ago on our other home spent time on the phone helping me repair my own AC and never charge me a dime these people are very good at what they do and help people every chance they get .Thank you so much and God bless
