    Great company. Contacted the owner Angel to set appointment for a Saturday. He came in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem with my a/c. Said he would return Monday and install everything.     I had an AC not working when my customers got to the condo tonight. It really is hard to get people out on the west side And I called Angel at 10:50 PM tonight and he came immediately and got the AC up and running at a very good price and he has already gone by midnight. Awesome, fast and efficient and nice personality. The experience was fantastic and I cannot explain enough on how happy I am with the service! I for sure will be using them as my AC guy!     Excellent customer service. Saved me from a night of misery trying to sleep in the heat and came to my house at 8:00 p.m. and did not leave my house until 10:30 after making sure my unit was working. Punctual and dependable. Highly recommended.

    Around 12:30am, I notice it’s really hot in the house but I hear my AC is on. I do the Google search and weed out the easy stuff but nothing was working. I called Galveston Bay Air Conditioning and left a message. Angel called me back within 5 minutes and walked me through a few things. He offered to come out in the morning or now… he came within 15 minutes. He was so quick and knowledgeable… and was able to fix it! Thankfully, he had another capacitor in his truck! He showed me what to watch out for next time if I ever experienced this again! He is a Godsend!!! Thank you Angel!! Now this worried mama can get back to sleep!

    Angel Zuniga and his crew were phenomenal. Honest, truly knowledgeable with perfect recommendations specifically for my needs, fast, clean, awesome price.I had already had 6 other ac companies out to my residence trying to get what I needed at a reasonable price. Not only was angel reasonable, but helped me understand the best solution for past issues with my ac unit. They installed a completely new ac & heating unit, new inside vents, duct work, a pump to release condensation outside, installed a new & extra return on my hallway & a new thermostat. I have had this new system since May & this is the first time in the 40 years that I have been in this house that I can enjoy every room with a balanced temperature. I highly recommend these guys. They were fast, tidy, and most reasonable pricewise.. I would tell anyone who wants to experience true comfort in your home, please call Angel. I cant say enough good aboutangel & his entire crew.     My AC froze up after having intermittent issues so I called Galveston Bay Air Conditioning after reading reviews online. The owner, Angel, called me back right away, squeezed me in to his busy schedule, and arrived during the window he said he would. He and his crew were very polite, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions in detail. I am so incredibly grateful for his professional and genuine willingness to help. His prices are very reasonable and I am so glad that I found his company.     Angel and his crew are AMAZING!! They responded very quickly. They came out gave an estimate for a complete air duct redo in the house and got it done within the next two days working 12 hour days! They are hands-down the best AC company you’re going to find. They were extremely reasonable on price because the contractor we called before them quoted us double the price to do the same job. We called multiple other AC companies and never even got the decency of a call back. If you want professional, warrantiied, work call Angel!

    Angel was great! I found Galveston bay Air conditioning via Google. Angel was professional, showed up on a Sunday an hour after I called him on the island! He fixed the problem with my heating system and didn’t try to upswell anything. Was also affordable given the trip and time on a weekend.

    Its so difficult to find good, honest, reliable people now in days. And as a person who relies on google searches, OfferUp and numerous other apps to find service techs and handymen, I often find some good ones, as well as bad ones. However, I was extremely satisfied with Angels team. They arrived on time, quoted me a very good, competitive price and performed the work above my expectations. My new system that was fully recommended by Angel works great and my summer days are far more enjoyable than the last couple of years.     Hands down the best A/C service ever. Always quick to respond. Very professional and best quality work on and off the island of Galveston. If there’s a problem Angel is the man who can definitely fix the issues and even install new Central A/C. My house was built in the 80s of some time and has been needing central A/C for some time now. So I called the right man to throw out the old junk and install and do any repairs for the one he has installed. Thanks Angel.

    Started having A/C issues and after a day of troubleshooting and suffering in the heat through the night, I finally decided to reach out to the professionals. I called first thing in the morning, leaving a message with my contact information. Received a callback within 15 minutes and had their technician Jesus at my door within the hour!     I made the connection with Angel through a friend. He gave me an amazing fair price and worked with me around my schedule. He told me he would be there at 4:00pm and arrived at 3:58pm, parked and he and the two men with him jumped in and immediately got to work. He had my a/c compressor installed and hauled off the old one in about two hours! I did not realize the old compressor had not been working well...I think an arctic wind has blown in! lol!Angel, as well as his employees, were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation. *They are from Galveston, so South, East, Baytown (places on the side closest to the coast are the areas they service)

    One of the most responsive and professional businesses in the city. GBAC provided excellent service by installing a new CA/electric Heat unit and condenser. Project was unusual and challenging, but Angel designed the system perfectly. Forget about calling all the other umpteen companies in the city, GBAC is your choice for CA/H services.

    These guys went out of their way to help me out. At 10 pm, after a long, hot, exhausting day of working in attics, and the scorching sun, these guys showed up at my door and hooked me up with a great model condenser. My central air is finally cooling at its potential. My wife, my kids and myself are really thankful, we can sleep nice and cool, thanks to Carlos and his technicians.
