If you’re looking for a professional A/C and heating company look no further! Kenny and his team are dedicated to taking care of their clients. I had an issues with my system not cooling, called up Frontrunner and received same day service with a perfect diagnosis and repair! No run around, no head scratching. These guys are professional, punctual and honest. I will be using Frontrunner exclusively for my A/C and heating needs. -

My A/C went out 2 summers ago. I contacted several A/C companies for a diagnosis and quote. Every single company said that I would need to replace my entire A/C unit. I received quotes from $10,000- $45,000.In desperation I gave 1 last company a shot and that was Frontrunner A/C. While Kenny agreed that my unit was old. He said that he thought he could fix it for a fraction of the price. My A/C is going on 2 years strong with no issues. I will be using Frontrunner A/C for all my heating and air conditioning needs and I will continue to recommend him to others. -

Clayton and Carlos came by for a minor issue even though they had a long list of higher paying jobs. Kenny does what is right and has never tried to pull any of the industry tricks (I used to run an HVAC company, so I know them). They have my loyalty and I highly recommend them. -

Kenny and his techs are without a doubt the most honest and thorough HVAC company we have ever dealt with. They replaced both of our units quickly and at a surprisingly reasonable price. Kenny was upfront about all of our options and did not hesitate to answer all of the questions we had. Finally, Kenny completed all of the paperwork required to receive CPS rebates on both units so all we had to do was sign and mail the documents. We cannot recommend Frontrunner enough to anyone needing a reliable, honest, and thorough AC company for either replacement or service. -

Working with Kenny and his crew has been great. I thought I had a serious problem with my A/C but after sending pictures to Kenny he said the main drain was clogged. He was spot on and they came out on schedule and cleared the drain and problem was fixed. Frontrunner AC is very honest and pricing is very fair. -

I had an hvac company at my home On Xmas eve ( heat stopped working ). Was told at first that I needed 10lbs of Freon but then the coils were torn so that wouldn’t work etc etc. BB then said I should just get a whole new unit. And that the emergency heat couldn’t be used because the strips had burnt out. Was called twice on Xmas to decide if I should get the 14k or 10k unit.I called Kenny @ Frontrunner for a second opinion. He came directly out to my home. Within minutes we had heat ! He said a new sensor panel was all that was needed. He had “bypassed” something so that we were comfortable for a few days until he could get the sensor installed. Kenny was quick, efficient, and honest. There was plenty of Freon and no tears in coils. Said my unit was only 7 years old and overall fine. He saved me from spending a lot of money and worry. He installed a sensor panel a few days later and it all only cost $400!Please get a second opinion or just call Frontrunner in the first place. -

Kenny from Frontrunner AC is now our guy! Our AC stopped blowing cold. Kenny figured out the problem and fixed it in 25 minutes on a Saturday no less. He called us back. We called another company before him and they still haven’t called us back. Our home is nice and cool again!!! Call Kenny because he’ll get it done! -

Once they came out, they found exactly what was wrong and had a replacement part installed very quickly.I’ve had other companies come out in the past and tried to sell me a new system... when the filter was the issue. I’d definitely trust Frontrunner to come out and do service on my house for future needs. Thank you! -

I dont know why Kenny doesnt have more reviews because honestly he is the best. I dont know him personally but I saw a bunch of good reviews about him on a Boerne Womens Facebook group Im in. I called him when my AC went out at the beginning of summer. He came out right away and had it fixed within a few days. Very honest and extremely nice. Recommend him to all my friends and family. -

17 year old AC stopped working, of course temperatures were already in the 80s.Kenny got Sheradon and Hayden here the next afternoon, and then the following day to see if some leaks in the coils could be fixed.They were all very polite, fast and efficient, didnt leave a mess anywhere, and are highly recommended. Im certain we will be using them again when this unit conks out for good.But for now am thrilled the AC is putting out air 22° below inside temperature vs 2° a couple of days ago. -

Great experience! Had to replace a 10 yr old Rheem system inside and out that has given us problems for the whole 10 yrs. Kenny and Sheridan did a great job. Upgraded to a Trane. 15 seer. Added a couple of 12 inch returns. They showed up on time, were efficient, and ended up being the most cost effective bid as well! I am encouraged to have a new hvac team at my house! Thanks, guys! I highly recommend Frontrunner! -
