Another company told me I needed a brand new system and not to worry about the cost because they would finance it. Trevor told me what I actually needed to replace, and charged me a lot less than the other company was going to. All this while driving way outside his normal working area. He shot straight with me and gave me a good deal. He was honest, dependable, and all around a nice guy to work with. I would highly recommend his services.

I have had so many air-conditioning companies come out and try to fix my air. Trevor finally came and he changed my life. FINALLY someone that knows.their stuff. I dont know of anyone that has the knowledge Trevor does. He searched and searched till he found the problem. If you need help with your air, Trevor is the one. He CARES about the customer, and thats refreshing.

I was invited by my warranty provider to review their company, and I did so mainly to let them know that Trevor (owner) of Freedom First Heating+Air has my vote of confidence for kindness, common sense, and undeniable competence in his field. A/C stopped working, and my home registered at 99 degrees for many hours, making me extremely anxious due to many serious medical conditions (heart, lung, arthritis and long Covid problems)...I am 72. I replied to Trevors Freedom First text to confirm next day appt., mentioning my fear regarding the lack of a/c. Trevor replied later that day, (after working a full day in extreme heat) saying he wanted to check on me. WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS?? He came to my home, witnessed the extreme heat, and fixed a/c after competent testing/evaluation. Im seeing him as my lifesaver. I have been with my home warranty company for 16 years, and this was the most expedient, competent contractor that has crossed my doorstep! Thank you, Trevor...
