Fort is the best! Both my AC units stopped working, and I immediately contacted Fort hoping to get any appointment during the week. He replied quickly and said hed be out same-day! He thoroughly explained the two issues, fixed the issues, and subsequently showed my husband how to change the filters to help avoid the issue next time. Talk about customer service. Fort goes above and beyond AND has great pricing. Honest, personable, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He will be my HVAC guy forever!

Fort and his wife Kim have been amazing to work with! Kim schedules, prices, and invoices and is super nice to work with. Fort is on time, easy to work with, super friendly, and reasonable. His knowledge on heating and air conditioning is profound. He knows a variety of equipment, how to diagnose issues, how to make things last a little longer, and how to repair or replace at the best value. His tools are super cool and great to help explain what is happening. He also takes photos while he works so you don’t have to follow him around and sweat or freeze while he is in your attics or outside. He explains everything excellently and we would highly recommend him to anyone. He has been our go-to heating and ac guy for almost 2 years and we would never use anyone else. Fort is an incredible a/c professional! I would hands down call & contract him for all my a/c & heating needs over any big name a/c companies! Fort hunted for the issues I was having on my unit and was able to revive my a/c unit!! ...while other big companies just gave up and told me I just have to buy a brand new unit. He is very informative and explains everything thoroughly making you feel like youre part of his team! Hes definitely someone you can trust!

These guys were amazing and I would highly recommend Fort and his company to take care of your HVAC needs. We had an unexpected expensive issue come up with our AC and got multiple quotes from different companies. Though they werent the bottom barrel cheapest craigslist price, they were very competitive with other established companies in the area. After talking to Fort on the phone I knew we would pick them because I could tell he is a true professional and loved his craft. AC issues are expensive and I wanted someone who could not only fix the issue but also foresee future issues if any and educate us how to take care of our AC system properly and be there if future issues arose. They had great communication and their customer service style was excellent. They went above and beyond original scope of work and cleaned out our ac units and serviced it to improve long term life of both units even though only one had problem. We appreciate their professionalism and skill, and would highly recommend Fort and his company to anyone looking for HVAC services. Thank you!

Fort services three of my properties and I am so grateful to have been referred to him. He is so thorough and honest. I have never had a problem arise during maintenance that needed tons of extra money to fix, which was my experience with my previous maintenance company. He explains everything in detail and always checks that my tenants have been changing filters etc. He spends a couple hours checking, cleaning, etc my units, which I have never experienced before. I highly recommend him and his team.

Forget the big AC&Heating companies and call Fort! He came out on weekend, took a couple hours inspecting my AC unit and was able to get our 7 year old AC unit back up and running!! Fort AC is a small Mom and Pop company that will give you a honest answer and try his best to fix your AC Unit without replacing a bunch of expensive AC parts!! FORTs the best in area, what are you waiting for give him a call!!

Hey everybody, if you have AC issues please listen. CALL FORT!! I found him through a friend. He’s an honest, hard working, polite individual. He worked on our old unit and kept it going til we could save to get a new one. He installed the new one. Everything works great. No more issues. And don’t forgot your AC maintenance.
