    Adam and the team are fantastic. Weve had them do several jobs for us as well as for other family members. Very professional and respectful. They are very punctual. They will also follow up with you later, to make sure everything is as you would want it. They explain everything where even a novice can understand it. They definitely take care of the customer. We have a home warranty, but I will call FL for any of my HVAC needs, warranty or not.

    This company was a godsend! From the initial call to the sympathetic receptionist, to dealing with the competent techs who quickly got my AC working. They worked with my schedule since I teach out of town and even came out on a Saturday. I had been without an AC for about 3 weeks. I had one company with over 1000 great reviews that came out and took quite some time to figure out what was wrong with my system and told me it was 2 different parts that did not work and the cost was going to be close to $1000 to fix. I was also encouraged to buy a new system soon even though I stated I was not able to do so from the beginning. In contrast, the tech from FL Services listened to my concerns and quickly fixed the problem, which was NOT even the 2 parts the previous company tech stated. I have to say I am impressed with this company.

    Woke up with our AC blowing hot air. Adan and his assistant showed up within 30 minutes and had us fixed up within 20 minutes. We’ve used other HVAC companies around town and this one is by far superior to any we’ve used. They were straight forward and helpful, but best of all they were reasonably priced compared to the others. Thank you, we are very appreciative and will recommend 100%!

They came in one morning and had replaced my heater and air conditioner in one day, including cleaning up, and removing all the old units and the ductwork that was replaced and fixed.     We have used FL Services Heating and Cooling for a very long time. This company is #1 and very professional. They do an amazing job no matter what the task at hand is.     Placed an inquiry about having someone come check my A/C at my house. I explained it was working just that I thought it should be better. Note: I had already checked the usual such as filters and that the outside unit was running. Anyway it was no time at all someone responded to me via email. Then a short while later a phone call. The gentleman explained he could be by but that it would be 5p or later. I told him we could schedule for Monday that it wasn’t pressing to be done that Friday. We did and they came Monday. He advised the outside unit needed a simple clean (which he did) and checked the levels and temps. All was fine and it has since worked better today with 105 ambient temps.Surprise was the bill. They (two techs) were there almost an hour and charged only $100. Good for me because as it ended up, they didn’t get there until 5p. Very professional, informative and helpful with any questions I had. I don’t know their expertise on large, full installs but for a checking and troubleshooting, I’d definitely give these folks another try. They will get a call when time comes to start shopping for replacement unit as well.

    The technicians were very friendly and polite. Kept schedules and even arrived on the weekend, unexpected. Impressed with the technician as he reviewed the unit before installing the compressor they ordered. The issue was just a loose wire. No exchange of the compressor needed.

    I have used FL Services several times now for different issues. They unclogged a drain pipe that was causing a leak in my house, replaced a collapsed duct in the attic and fixed my AC when it wasnt cooling.     We are very happy that Koree with FL Services was able to come out earlier then we had scheduled. But most importantly he was able to find the problem to our heater not working. It was not an expensive repair or serious but he found out what it was very quickly. We were worried it would be expensive and the fact that the next day the temperature was going to drop we were concerned. We will definitely be using them for all our A/C and Heating needs.

    I dont write reviews but this company needs to be praised. My central ac went out and all week I had people putting me off and charging me for quotes that were outrageous. Fabian came out the same day we called him, did a through check of our unit, diagnosed the issue, sat down with us and went over the different price options for fixing the problem and once we decided which option to go with, he was back the very next day with his team to repair it.     I dealt with a guy named Koree, and he went through the trouble of helping me troubleshoot my unit over the phone. It was a relatively simple fix, and he could have come out, taken the easy money, and I would have been clueless, but he didnt. He helped out a guy in need. What company does that. In Odessa?Living in Crane, 40 minutes away, Im used to repairmen charging a flat $150-$250 just to come out. He probably saved me at least $300, and my 3 year old and wife didnt have to deal with the ridiculous heat were having. 5/5, easy. Theyre definitely going to be my first call from now on.

    Used them from a home warranty on a house I just bought. They ended up having to do some extensive repairs. They help direct me on how to save some money on the parts and installed on time and quickly. It was cold during the installation time amd was told that they might need to adjust the freon when it is warm enough. Wasn’t sure they would remember when I called back 6 mos. later, but the owner came out the next day when he said he would and even replaced a wire that had frayed at no charge. Thanks again!

    I’m not big on writing reviews but with the type of exceptional service my family received from FL Services Heating & Cooling, I felt compelled to write one. Fabian came to our rescue on two separate occasions. The first one was about two weeks before the deadly freeze that befell Texas. My husband had replaced a bad blower wheel but we had no idea that some of the fins had damaged some coils. Fabian came out to our home late at night and realized that we had damaged coils and he was able to get our heater running again within minutes. The second time Fabian helped us was last month when the temperature outside reached a scorching 106°. My home inside went up to a toasty 86°. My husband rushed home from work thinking we had a bad motor run capacitor but after he replaced it, the problem persisted. We were not getting cool air in our home. Like my husband, Fabian was also working on Father’s Day and although Fabian had worked all day, when I reached out to him, he had no problem helping us. Now, that is the definition of an extraordinary work ethic. Fabian came over on Sunday night and determined we had a bad condenser fan motor. With some creativity, Fabian was able to keep myself and family cool throughout the night and the following day, he rushed over to replace the condenser fan motor. So, if you’re sitting on the fence as to finding a company that will provide excellent customer service when it comes to your HVAC needs, FL Services Heating & Cooling is the company to reach out to.

    Servicemaster by A-Town Hi-Tech sub-contracted FL Services to clean a unit for one of our customer in Odessa. Our customer was very pleased with work that Fabin did. She said that Fabin explained everything he was going to do before he cleaned the HVAC unit. He even explained to her what they were doing wrong. She also said that he was very professional and friendly. She also state that he could speak Spanish, which is a plus, because her parents speak very little English, and he was able to communicate with them.     I had a very good experience with FL Service. The company installed a new AC system for my remodeling house in Monahans in May of last year. They did a very good job at a reasonable charge. They keep their promises to Monahans from Odessa for a second extra trip, because I asked them to add a extra new flex duct without extra charge. In the last December I asked the company to do second after-sales service: light the gas heating for A/C system after adding gas service for the winter time. The company sent somebody to do the service right away without the additional charge. We really appreciate their service and help! If somebody needs cooling and heating service, I highly recommend them to do service for you.

    Our AC blower motor went out yesterday evening. I sent F.L. a message via their webpage, within 5 minutes the repairman was calling me. Within two hours of sending the message my AC was repaired and cold air was once again filling my home. This place is AWESOME!!!!

After being charged for a shady job and still suffering the consequences of a company that supposedly helps people in need with air units Mi Casa...i got stuck with a unit that was installed wrong by their techs, wrong unit for my home and needing repairs that they refused to fix and still having to pay the bill. Where is all these leading too??? My new faith in humanity, Mr. Fabian from the first phone call went out the same day and helped not only me but my mother with her air unit. He repaired both units in which I had called other companies and several told me to replace it with a new one no other choice. And guess what....He didnt charge an arm and an leg and most of all made it out WHENEVER we needed him. All of his crew was very knowledgeable and polite. You no longer see business owners like that no more and gives me hope knowing their are still great people like him still out there!
