    This company did something very unexpected for the industry and charged us a very fair rate for their services and new equipment. They were on time, very responsive and they even had a job site manager stop by to do a QA check. Customer service was second to none and same day service on a hot Texas day was very important. They give extended factory warranty for the unit and also have parts on hand for all repairs. Great company and couldn’t give them higher marks!

    Our AC went out and we were referred by a friend about L & S. We had several bids to replace the system and L & S was by far the best price. Very professional and quality work. While we waited for our new system to come in ( 3 days ) Louis brought a used condenser out and hooked it up so we wouldn’t have to sit in the 90 plus degree heat. Highly recommend L & S. Took 4 hours to replace entire system inside and out.

    Luis and his team were very professional and Luis was very transparent and honest in his evaluation.     I’m writing this review to tell everyone in the Mesquite / Dallas area that I have used several companies in the past for both business and personal use, but I have never found a company like this one. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. My Air conditioner went out and they came right out and instantly fixed it like new. Luis and his team are excellent!     Luis came out to our home to address an issue that a previous company caused with a new installation. Our current unit was too small, duct work was not installed properly, and fresh air was never connected. Luis identified the problem, installed a bigger unit, fixed all the duct work and remained in contact to assure we had no more problems. His prices and professionalism beat any company that I have previously worked with. Highly recommend L&S Heating and Air to make things right!Two years later and we had a mechanical failure that Luis promptly addressed. He was very responsive and honest.     I called FERSA on Tuesday and had a new AC unit by Friday. Luis is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The team was diligent and workedhard all day to get everything done. They took no shortcuts and made sure that my unit was installed correctly with all new components of the HVAC system. They removed all the waste and left the house ready for my grandson’s birthday party the next day. The party was cool and comfortable. I also appreciated the veterans discount. They went above and beyond to be sure that I was informed and satisfied with the outcome and excellent service.

    I actually was calling a different HVAC company and called the wrong number. It turned out to be a blessing. My HVAC quit working after an electrical spike on Saturday. I called and got FERSA HVAC. They sent a technician out within an hour. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it and even changed my filter. I was able to continue my plans for a family cookout. I couldnt be happier with the service and expertise of the technician. The price was more than fair too.

    Luis was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We sent two other HVAC contractors previously and they were unable to figure out what the issue was.     Our house heating units got problem and its freezing cold in the house. I believe it was 59 degree faranheit and we got babies in the house. I called Luis at around 5:30PM and it took him around 10 minutes to come. He found the problem and fix it in a quick yet efficiency manner. The heater is up and run after 20 ish minutes and everything was handled proffessionally. If you ever need express and excellent service, this is where to look for. Highly recommended.

    We had a challenging HVAC situation in our upstairs at our older home with an upstairs addition. I had several different companies look at it but each was unsure that removing our poorly installed mini split and installing a new unit would solve our issues. Luis with FERSA was able to assess the problem and install a new unit. He then moved the return vent which made a tremendous difference in the air flow to our primary bedroom. He also came out to another property and deemed that the older HVAC was performing well. Luis is trustworthy, dependable, and has the experience to troubleshoot event the most challenging HVAC dilemmas. I will continue recommending FERSA HVAC whenever I have the opportunity!

    Our air conditioning stopped working and we called them . The response was prompt and they were over in less than 24 hours to our relief in this scorching weather.     Luis and his team are great! They came out multiple times working late into the evening to get our 2 new units installed and up and running after are fairly new (2019) units compressor failed. I highly recommend them and I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends as well. It is so incredibly hot here in TX so when an AC fails it is a dire situation. He explained all he saw and genuinely cared about the fact that my family needed a new AC. He worked quickly to get his team out the next day to replace our unit.     Had another company come out and give estimate for repairs to outside and inside units. They wanted to replace my whole system for $12K. Something didn’t seem right so I contacted L&S for a second opinion. Luis came out and found leaking coil and valve within 10 min. Recommended repairs that were still under warranty and saved me a ton of money. System back up and running perfect. L&S is a company I trust and is now my go to for any AC repairs.

    I highly recommend L&S Heating and Air for their service! Luis and his team were exceptional. My elderly mother’s air conditioning fan motor went out and the temperature reading on the wall thermostat was not even registering anymore. After calling L&S, Gloria was able to put me on the schedule same day. Luis and his crew came out that afternoon to repair the unit and had a new motor operating within a couple of hours. He even pointed out other potential areas that needed attention on the air unit. From the time of diagnostics to repair, they explained everything in simple understandable terms. By late evening, the home was beginning to cool down enough for the thermostat to begin displaying a more reasonable temperature. Luis called the next day to follow up and to ensure we were satisfied with their work. I am thankful to Luis and his team for taking care of the situation promptly which helped my elderly mother have peace knowing her air conditioner was again working while enjoying a cooler evening.     I called L&S when my AC unit broke. They diagnosed the issue and gave me several complete and partial replacement options. I appreciate that they didn’t just solely recommend complete replacement. However, I did decide to go with complete replacement since my unit was so old and their price was very reasonable. They did an excellent job on the installation. The new unit functions great and looks very neat, clean and professional. They also accommodated a few custom requests I had at no extra charge. I am very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them!

    We just had this company install our new HVAC system due to a coil leak from our old system. We did not need to go with the new system, but decided that due to the old age of the previous system (>25 years old) plus the multiple repairs we have done in the past 4-5 years. Luis gave three options for replacement that gave us the flexibility of deciding which one fit our budget and our preference. He was very professional and communicative throughout the process.     My furnace wouldnt light ( It was 30+ years old so it was old ) one Saturday and I called L&S. They got a big plus for actually answering the phone at 8:30AM on a Saturday.
