Our furnace broke down unexpectedly - I didnt notice it was malfunctioning until after regular office hours, by which time our house was growing uncomfortably cold. Brayden arrived, even though it was after normal working hours, and worked tirelessly to fix our heating system so we could sleep in a warm house tonight. Thankfully, he managed to get it up and running again, and were now enjoying a cozy, warm home! Were incredibly grateful for Braydens willingness to assist us outside of regular hours. I would absolutely recommend Fast Neighborhood Furnace Experts and their skilled technicians! Brayden was courteous, well-informed, friendly, respectful and truly saved the day!!

This place is exceptional. My AC unit had stopped working, turning my house into a sweltering hotbox. I was initially scheduled for the next day, which was quite frustrating considering the recent electrical work Id had done, which I thought was the cause of the issue. However, when I reached out to Fast Neighborhood Furnace Experts to see if they could expedite the process, they rearranged their schedule and fit me in! Unexpectedly, the electricians showed up again, after expressing my dissatisfaction, and managed to fix the AC before Brayden, the technician from Fast Neighborhood Furnace Experts, even arrived. When Brayden did arrive, I informed him that the issue had been resolved. He initially mentioned a charge for his travel time, but after a quick call to the main office, he came back and told me there would be no charge at all. This level of customer service truly blew me away. I was fully prepared to pay for their time as they had to travel to my place in Copperas Cove, but Fast Neighborhood Furnace Experts went above and beyond to take care of me. They exceeded all my expectations and I will certainly be using their services for any future AC repair needs.

The office staff was proactive in ensuring we received our equipment and scheduling was done as promptly as possible. Our quote was offered at a very reasonable price, which made us choose this team over three other local services in Copperas Cove. I will certainly engage them again. I cant recommend them enough. They were excellent in adhering to all the required HOA restrictions. A big thank you to everyone involved. I couldnt be a more satisfied customer.

For our 2nd property, weve used the same company for our heater repair and overhaul of our old, two-decade old heating units and air conditioning. We might have to purchase another property just so we can engage their services again. Brayden, the boss, is highly knowledgeable about the newest equipment. He spent a significant amount of time with us, answering our queries to ensure we got exactly the system we wanted. We were in search of high efficiency. Brayden was able to provide that and was able to strike a balance between efficiency and sizing the system for our needs, all at a decent price. The efficiency of this system is astonishing. Its so quiet that we hardly notice its running, but its managed to eliminate cold spots in the house and maintains even temperatures. He was highly adaptable in terms of installation because we had a major refurbishment going on in Copperas Cove, and we wanted things done in a specific sequence. Brayden and his crew are easily reachable, which is a refreshing change. Were confident that if we run into any problems or need additional work, theyll be there for us.

Brayden really went the extra mile to repair our air conditioner. Initially, he believed that the issue was with the cooling coil, but it turned out to be the control board (which he didnt have with him and wasnt provided one in his parts order that morning) Brayden made the effort to find a new control board on a busy Saturday afternoon, even in Copperas Cove. He returned to our doorstep with a board in his grasp and promptly installed it. im so pleased with the service i received, ill be sending a lovely letter to the company and a gift card to a local restaurant for Brayden in addition to this review. truly amazing!!
