Cassandra and I spoke so many times, I feel like I’ve actually met her. She helped us through our warranty process, held an installation day until we had it all ready to go. She kept me updated with text messages, and when my technician would arrive. Israel, and his installation team arrived exactly on schedule; I felt safe and well taken care of with the team in my house for the duration of the day. The quality of their work and their professionalism is hands-down, the best around. I will recommend them tenfold

    I cant say enough good about this company. We had four nanosecond power outages that knocked down BOTH of our AC units. It was a very hot Texas evening and nothing we did would bring back the downstairs unit. We have American Home Shield home warranty, which usually brings one challenge or another. But, we reveived a call from Cassandra at Family Comfort the following morning and AJ and his very helpful helper came out that that afternoon. Within an hour, they had us up and running and even serviced both units to be sure there were no underlying issues. If youre looking for a really good HVAC company, please call Family Comfort...youll be glad you did!

    Woke up this morning to an 80 degree house. After attempting to trouble shoot myself I decided it was time to call in the big guns. I reached out about 11:30am, AJ was here by 1pm diagnosed the problem and got us fixed up with in 30 minutes.     Audie does a fantastic job really taking care of families. Sent him a message at 11 pm my AC had gone out. He made time to come fix it that very next morning on his way to another call. Taking the time to wake up earlier and start his day sooner just to take care of his customer. Cant think him enough and service is always great!
