    Evenaire was recommended by the neighborhood blogs. Since I use its services for a couple of years I am very happy with it. I especially I appreciate Jennifer and Nick. They have been cordial, quick to help. Nick is very skilled and professional. Jennifer always answers my questions promptly. Recently we encountered winter storms with deep freeze. Last evening my heating quit working. I called them. First Jennifer gave me detailed instructions for looking the problem ourselves. When it still did not work. Nick came and quickly found the bad igniter and replaced. Voila the heating restarted. That means a great deal for us seniors in our 80s in such bad weather. So I highly recommend Evenaire for your next heating and cooling needs.

    I am remotely managing a family home in Texas, and am so happy a neighbor recommended Evenaire to me. They did great service on 2 aging units, and what really surprised me - looked up the warranty policy on the units (which I didnt know I had) which resulted in nice savings.     We called Evenaire late on a Friday night. They were able to come out on Saturday and check our A/C unit, which had stopped getting cool. The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was patient with me as I asked questions and he diagnosed/took care of the issue quickly. He explained the problem and let me know what we need to be doing to help the unit maintenance-wise. We have used a few different companies in the past but I think we found one we will stick with now.

    We had no a/c in our house for a month due to insurance questioning everything that we had submitted to them.     Wow! I am super lucky, I noticed that the overflow drain was dripping constantly, I called Evenaire, spoke with Jennifer. Evenaire installed my total unit 6 years ago AND Jennifer worked me, I called at 10 am, AND then at noon Nick from Evenaire A/C was at my home! He went straight to work, luckily it was just the overflow pan, the a/c unit is only 6 years old, the service was spot on!! HUGE customer service and professionalism. I am extremely happy with their customer service and their cost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Evenaire Heating & Air Conditioning, kudos to Jennifer and Nick (huge smiles)

    Never fails, our outside compressor stopped working out of the blue Friday night at 10pm. The fans were spinning, but no compressor. Needlessly to say, our cold air was stopped.Thank you to Jennifer and Nick! Nick came over the next day (Saturday morning) and got us up and running again! He found some burnt wiring and the coil contactor damaged. He had the part on his truck and went to work. Thank y’all so much! We will definitely be using yall in the future!

Although it wasnt something we were prepared for, they made the entire process painless and efficient. They also completely respected our home and left it just as clean as when they entered.     We had our ac go out in late May. After struggling to get on the schedule to even get a quote from our regular maintenance provider, a friend recommended Evenaire. They came out to give a quote promptly the next morning, worked on addressing system issues we had had previously, and completed the install within 48 hours. It was amazing service by Nick and the team! They also were able to find several rebate programs to help defray the costs.

    This company is the way to go when it comes to a cost efficient, high quality job! Jennifer, the lady who made the appointment, was SUPER nice and made sure to give me multiple availability options to see what best fit my need. After the appointment was scheduled, which was for the next day, she informed me I should receive a call from the technician when he is on his way then he would present a diagnostic of the issue and offer different repair options based on what Id like to have done. The following day i received a call from the technician saying he was on the way. When Nick arrived he asked me to show him where the thermostat was and where the outside unit was. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor after verifying with me that I wanted to proceed. He said this would fix my issue but was not the only issue. He told me that the motor was also damaged and showed me how it had become unbalanced and was causing a wobble. We scheduled a follow up visit for the next day to get the motor replaced and it was the same wonderful experience.Everyone in this company is so wonderful, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was such a relief to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of AC work.

    Last week my home downstairs HVAC system cratered and began the search process for replacement. Of the four companies contacted (three came on-site and one was over 1.5 hours late for their 2 hour appointment window) one clearly stood out with respect to equipment quality, value/ROI, transparency, knowledge, punctuality and overall competence: Evenaire ex-Pflugerville.They are locally owned and managed. Nick walked me through the process, was informative without the hard sell and supplied written replacement options within 20 minutes. Installation was top-notch (received quotes on a Thursday/system on-line the following Tuesday), financing was expedient/excellent terms and his two-man team were conscientious with respect to my home inside and out, e.g. drop cloths, no damage, removed all traces of the old system (even swept the floors) and were in and out within 4 hours. Two words sums them up: Consummate Professionals.

    TL:DRExperience with Evenaire was beyond great. If you need HVAC support North of Austin Id stop looking and call them. They were quick, honest, professional and overall amazing. Read below for details on my experience.I called Jennifer with Evenaire at noon after not being able to figure out why my furnace wasnt working.. theyre understandably swamped, first chill of the season and first availability was tomorrow.. so I let her know Id call around a bit.. I called around, and after about 7 calls they were still the cheapest and soonest appointment, so I called Jennifer back and booked. Jennifer let me know shed try to fit us in today if she could, but i didnt have high hopes for that haha.--but lo and helold she called back an hour or so later daying she was able to fit me into Nicks schedule same day!! Very awesome, as we have a newborn and dont want the house getting as cold as it did yesterday.. Jennifer said he needed to finish up a call, head to another after that one, then would be heading our way.I got a text from Jennifer at every step of the way, so I knew pretty much exactly when to expect him.. crazy awesome of them, anyone who has a sleeping baby and dogs in the house knows.. haha. I didnt request this, they just are that great??Anyway, Nick gets here and has the issue fixed in literally a few seconds. There is an auxiliary temperature sensor on and out side of my Lennox heater which was reading the furnace at 180 degrees thus keeping the machine from firing up..He was in and out, super curtious, very professional and while he could have charged me for a bad induction motor, (which I thought was the problem after my noob diy inspection lol) he honestly billed and repaired the system.. were back in action.. and my family now has a new go to for HVAC in Round Rock.Thank you Nick and Jennifer from Evenaire! Such a refreshing experience after dealing with some of the other HVAC business in the area.. I went into it kinda jaded, but man did they deliver haha. their service was just so awesome I had to write something up about it.Srsly stop looking for another company and call these guys if youre considering it. :)

    Man…if you need a great a/c repair people, then Evenaire is the team to call. Mom and Pop shop in Austin that is good value, responsive, on time and professional… Came out on Labor Day to get my A/c unit working, then came back the next day to replace the fan that was on its last 🦵, because the supply houses were not open on Labor Day. Nick is the Superman who got the call, and he came through. Don’t waste your money or time calling those Big A/c companies that piss there money away on those really STUPID commercials..that you pay for…Call Evenaire and get your a/ c fixed right the first time at a fair price.Grandpa Bill..Austin, Tx

    We were hit by the recent tornado in Round Rock and lost our air-conditioning unit. Evenaire was very quick to come out and look at what needed to be done and worked great with us to get a quote inline with the adjusters expectations. They were out within a week of us confirming the order and were finished within the same day. The fact that our system was over 20 years old didnt phase them at all.Nick explained the pricing, discounts, etc. very clearly and were helpful throughout the process. We definitely will use them and recommend them anytime. After such a sudden and devastating event, it was nice to work with them.

    I have been using Evenaire for quite a few years now. Jennifer and Nick are extremely kind and make me feel like they really do care. They installed a new hvac system for me. And came out and replaced the blower motor under warranty when it stopped working. Recently my system started blowing warm air and even though they were out of town they made a serious effort to help me over text so I wouldnt have to endure the heat. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I definitely recommend them if you are having issues with your ac/heater.

    I have used Evenaire H&AC for over 6 years. From keeping my original undersized AC unit running thru the replacement and maintenance of the new one. Went zonal on the 2 story house, they put in a new Unit with new ducts in one day. Recently, the walked me thru a coil freeze up over the phone which saved me from a pricey repair.     After getting 3 other quotes for having a new central unit installed (indoor and outdoor), Evenaire was the best price by a long shot. They came in and put drop clothes down which helped keep the house clean as they did the replacement in about 3 hours which shocked me since I assumed it would be an all day project.     First time customer. My AC unit decided to go out over the Memorial Weekend. I called up Evenaire as they were local to the Pflugerville area and left a message. Jennifer was quick to respond. She took my information down and scheduled a tech for Tuesday morning. Nick was my technician. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly pointed out the issue and offered some solutions. I ended up going with a whole new AC unit to be instilled. Pricing was good and Nick even told me about some rebates I would qualify for. After a customer cancelation which benefited me, I had a new AC unit installed a day later. Instillation went well thanks to Nick and his crew. Those who do well by their customers will be rewarded with good reviews.EVENAIRE is just a FANTASTIC, family run business. My HVAC system died. I made a service appointment with them. Jennifer called me on the day of the appointment telling me when Nick would arrive. He arrived on time and promptly diagnosed and replaced a faulty thermostat. All is now toasty. :-)I am BEYOND PLEASED with EVENAIRE. Good Job Nick and Jennifer.

    Evenaire is the best in HVAC companies. The technicians are experienced and work exceptionally well as a team. Nick diagnosed my A/C problem as a leak in the inside coil. Flint and Jerry were scheduled out the first business day after the replacement coil arrived. The bad coil was replaced and A/C system cooling in about 2-hrs. They replaced the entire inside coil housing with a brand new coil housing.Evenaire is an authorized Lennox dealer, and they said Lenox would replace my coil under the Lennox ten year warranty. (There were only about 90-days left on my ten year warranty.) Lennox had issues with copper coils failures. The new coil is an all aluminum coil which will eliminate the “ant nest” corrosion copper coil failures.

    The team of Jennifer and Nick were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Nick did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem with our Carrier AC and went out of his way to get the missing the dead parts and he had to do it twice. But he stayed with it and fixed it and our AC hasnt run this well since it was a first installed about 10 years ago I highly recommend these guys, Nick is amazing and Jennifer is most helpful in setting things up.

    If you want a company that knocks it out of the park and shows up when you need them the most then Evenaire is your best choice. I own a couple of homes and had them put in new units in two of them. Even in the middle of this frozen apocalypse when they didn’t even have power at their own home. They made it out to mine to make sure I was up and running when the furnace would not start after we finally got power back after 4 days. I have never been let down by this family owned business. Now you might reach a recording at times when they are busy but they have never failed to call me back. They have my business for life. I can’t say enough about Nick and his wife.     Where to begin...First of all, not $1 has gone out of my pocket to Evenaire thus far, and they have a new biggest fan.We have been without working AC units for the last 4 days. After being given the runaround from other companies, the owners of Evenaire were honest up front, and let us know they can’t make it out until Monday morning.After realizing we have two beautiful little girls in the house, they spent over an hour on the phone with me this afternoon, helping me diagnose the problem, so we can be up and running ASAP on Monday morning. We figured out that the control board on our 2.5 year old system has failed. It is under warranty, and they have already ordered it.I’m sure the warranty covers most of the cost of all of this, but we will take care of them as well.Talk about a breath of fresh air!     I would recommend Evenaire to anyone with issues regarding their AC or heating, and I will be sure to use them if I ever have any future problems. They were extremely helpful and nice! When our heater stopped working last Friday I wasnt sure if the problem could be a simple fix or a serious problem. When I called Evenaire it was a relief when they offered me some suggestions before they came out to check on the problem (Im a new homeowner that was to spend more than I thought on repairs this year than anticipated). Turns out it was a burnt out circuit board that they were able to quickly replace for a fair price. Now were warm, toasty, and so very grateful!

    The absolute worst time a heater can die is on the coldest day in Austins recorded history. The snow drift in my front yard is over 2 feet tall, the roads are crazy and my heater dies at 2 am when it is 8 degrees outside. Thankfully Evenaire was able to save me. I made a call early in the morning and left a message, got a call as soon as they were open explaining that their crew couldnt get out yet because of the road but they would text me as soon as it was safe for their people. I was expecting not to get any help today, because crazy weather. Around 2pm (when the roads started melting) I get a text letting me know a technician is heading my way. The temp in my house was falling fast. My heatpump is about 10 years old and needed life support. A quick diagnostic, a wave of a magic wand (because I have no idea what sorcery runs a heater) and voila, my heater was working again. I was ready to sell my soul and my firstborn child for heat, and when it came time to pay I was shocked at how little the charge was. The heat is on, I still have my soul and my firstborn. I cant recommend this company highly enough.

    We have used Evenaire for several years now and continue to use them. They not only excel at what they do but also have very high integrity as a business.. We have had a couple of occasions where another a/c company was trying to get us do do things that werent needed (Example: your coil is leaking - you need to put new coil) and Evenaire came in and confirmed there is nothing wrong with our a/c system and pointed to minor issue of not changing air filters. And, their back office is the best as well with customer service - they always send someone within a day to help you (mostly same day)

    My AC system died in April 2011, just as the record-breaking heat was beginning. I called several contractors for an estimate, including Evenaire.Nick came out promptly and gave me an estimate, he explained my options and his recommendation for my situation. After getting several estimates, including one from a well-know AC Contractor, I decided to go with Evenaire.Also, I decided to go with the Lennox 16 SEER energy saving system and I am glad that I did! It has made a dramatic difference in my electric bill! I thought all the talk about the energy savings was just sales talk - but boy was I wrong.Nick and his assistant arrived the day he scheduled and completely replaced my ac system in one day. They did the work just as we agreed to in the estimate.I have had my Lennox system for 18 months now and I am very pleased with everything. My experience with them has been excellent and I would do business with them all over again. I especially like the savings in my electric bill!I seldom write reviews, but I think when you have a really good (or bad) experience with a business, you should let other people know. During my research, i discovered Evenaire was a qualified vendor for Oncors HVAC efficiency program. Looking at Evenaires reviews and then the family-owned customer service, I was quite amazed at the value for a Lennox system (also Costcos favored vendor) quote that I received.     I had a quote from Precision Heating & Air to replace my TXV valve after charging me $800 for a leak test. I called Evenaire for a second opinion. They replaced the valve for around $1300 less than Precision quoted. I only wish I called Evenaire first.

    We found Evenaire thru our son. When his AC went out he called Evenaire from a neighbor’s recommendation and they were there within 90 minutes of his call. That was over five years ago. A month after he called them, we had an issue and we called them from his recommendation and have had them take care of us ever since. They are like family to us. We trust them like you would a family member, they are honest, have integrity which is hard to find now a days, fair in pricing, show pride in their work and show respect for your home while they work. They talk to you in a way that you understand what they are doing to your AC unit and not all techno and over your head. You know exactly what they are going to do, what it will cost, approximately how long it will take and in some cases if they have to order parts, they can help you limp the unit thru if you have to manually flip switches for a fan like we did due to a relay switch going out and the interior fan had to be manually turned on and off which we didn’t mind doing to keep the house cool rather than go without until the part came in. They will always call you when they are on their way to your house so you don’t have to sit around and wait for them. If you have errands to run etc, you can get them down to a window of time. They do their best to work around your schedule and your comfort. I am truly amazed with these people. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company who represents high standards, pride of ownership, again integrity and most of all a very friendly person on the other end of the phone when you call. If you like them on FB, that is the only one I use, they give me friendly reminders when it is time to change my filters. It’s the little things that make them special.

    My A/C stopped cooling recently. The first company that I called came out, hooked up their pressure gage, and told me that I needed to replace the evaporator coil, even though I told them that it was only a little over a year old (just out of warranty, of course...) The tech did not even go inside to check it out. They gave me 2 quotes, one for $1800 and another for $1950. I told him thanks but no thanks. I called Evenaire for a second opinion. I should have called them first. Come to find out, there was a recall on my Lennox evaporator coil. They replaced the outside condenser coil, the outside expansion valve and got it covered under warranty. They also replaced the indoor expansion valve. My bill was $57.40! I have never seen an A/C company as honest and concerned about my cost like Evenaire!
