    I submitted an appointment form online late last night and received a follow up phone call immediately the next morning confirming service times. Did not have to wait long at all. The technician, Jayson also followed up with a call and showed up and did a great job on our unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable and exhibited excellent customer service skills. He was able to answer questions and any concerns that we voiced. We will definitely be using this company again. Great service and very timely. 😊

    The entire crew was respectful to me and each other. They completed a remarkable amount in a short time with no issues. My install was complex/custom but they had no trouble adapting to the challenge. They listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately with a positive professional attitude.     Made my heater work same day. Honest, fast, and informative best you can hope for. He worked for an hour and I only paid the service fee today. Theres stuff that he could have done to it that would have made it more expensive. He let me know about things that could be issues but didnt charge me for unnecessary parts that could not be the problem. He also taped up my carbon monoxide, and will be returning to install a part that was missing.

    After getting sent to “overflow” answering service on a Friday at 2 pm. I did get a call within 30 minutes from technician with estimated arrival to perform diagnostics and repair of my non operational 2 year old high efficiency Daikin furnace. My furnace is not a typical garden variety of gas furnace and technician was able to diagnose and correct the condensation line issue causing the pressure sensor fault conditionGood work from a conscious and professional repairman. Glad I purchased my system from ETR!

    ETR is the most competent company I have ever hired. I was told I needed a new air conditioning unit by another company. ETR came out took my air conditioner apart checked everything and let me know that what needed to be fixed was minimal. Price was right . Randy and his partner who came out were so honest and wonderful. I highly recommend them. You will not be sorry.

    Your two representatives were extremely efficient and polite and did an excellent job. They also worked very well together.I have one question. With the new Trane compressor, do I get a free checkup whenever that is, or do I have to wait until you call us and then pay the funds for the checkup? Or will you call us and let us know when a free one will be scheduled?

    They were very friendly and professional. We had to order a part so it will be installed when the order is received. Hopefully, it will arrive timely.Update. The part came in, in a timely manner and Randy came and replaced the part. He did a great job and we are very pleased with ETR.

    This is the second time I’ve tried to get my review on here. I did call the office to verbally review . The technician Wesley was here when he said he would be. Very polite young man explained everything to me and offered me a contract where they would come out twice a year. I did not do it at this time due to other expenses I was not expecting but I probably will do it because it sounds like a very good deal . Of all the technicians that I have dealt with recently and even in the past Wesley was the nicest of them all and very knowledgeable . I have to say because of this technician I will be using this company if needed in the future thank you for such great service

    The service people were excellent and timely. Also the office staff communicated well and were helpful. I am still hesitant about the unit installed. Not sure I would allow that particular unit to be installed again but ETR has been quick to try to assist my issues.

    Dealt with several A/C contractors for years. The last couple of years have been with ETR. No better company than ETR. Their service is great and the EEs even greater.     I called them for a quote and they came out the next day to assess and provide said quote. Which was competitive, because I did check 😊Adam the sales guy did an excellent job of explaining the different systems to me as well as thier financing options. I picked a unit, got financing and they were out within a week to install. I didnt catch the names of the guys that did the install but they were very polite, had the job done in about seven hours and cleaned everything up afterwards. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and definately recommend them!

    OUTSTANDING SERVICE from technicians Caleb Kettula & Jack from ETR-Longview.Caleb & Jack were friendly, knowledgeable, customer-service oriented & very professional.They were efficient in providing the semi-annual maintenance, and replaced parts as required to keep the heating/air conditioning unit running smoothly. They did their jobin a timely manner.I would not hesitate to call ETR!     This team is great. Had a warranty issue on a Mitsubishi Mini Split. Blane came out and diagnosed, wore shoe covers, was extremely respectful to property, equipment and most importantly quickly disassembled and tested my 2 year old unit to get the repair parts on order. Blane tested each component out to ensure no further items were damaged downstream. I cant thank the folks in the office, field, service, and parts dept enough for answering the phone and having the answers. Look forward to a long-term service relationship with ETR Air Conditioning and Heating!

    I needed to get my ac replaced. Mike came out and got me a quote the same day it broke!! He was easy to work with. He had excellent communication skills. Today, Caleb came out to install it. They sent me a text and showed up shortly after to get to work. I was thoroughly impressed with not only his knowledge, but his professionalism. He answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand them. After the installation was complete he spent time to go over my new system. He showed me everything. It was great to get a full walk through of my new system. I cannot recommend ETR enough. They had reasonable pricing, great equipment, and are easy to deal with.

    My A/C unit went out during the hottest time of the year. When I called ETR, they had someone there within 15 minutes to assess the situation and get it fixed. Jesus was awesome! He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Once he figured out the problem, he took time to show me the problems and to make sure that I didn’t feel like I was getting scammed or anything. He quickly replaced my broken fan motor and everything has worked great since then. I’m super happy with ETR and especially Jesus for the superior service!

    GOOGLE would not allow me to edit my original review, Ive copied and pasted below this update review.I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ETR AFTER THE PREVIOUS REVIEW. THEY SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN TO RIG MY HEATER SO WE WOULD HAVE ELECTRIC HEAT WHILE WE WAIT FOR THE PARTS TO ARRIVE. WE DID RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM ETR ON TUESDAY THAT WENT TO THE JUNK FILE. THIS WAS AFTER I CALLED ON MONDAY FOR AN UPDATE ON THE PARTS. THAT CALL WAS MADE AT CLOSE TO THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY ON MONDAY. THERES MORE TO THIS STORY BUT I WILL NOT GO INTO DETAILS. I DO WANT TO SAY THAT MOST OF ETRs TECHNICIANS ARE WONDERFUL! I WOULD SAY 99% OF THE TECHs THAT HAVE COME TO FIX MY NEW TRANE HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND COURTIOUS, AND FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THEIR PROMISES TO US.Going on 2WEEKS without heat!! Its has been in the 30s at night, this weekend it will be in the TEENS at night. I sit in my house with layers of clothes and electric blankets. ETR does not update me on the status of the PARTS they ordered, I must call every day to find out they have not received the parts!! These parts should have been EXPEDITED!! A company that has compassion and good Customer Service would have had the parts sent express shipping not ground!! These parts are to repair a TRANE HVAC that ETE installed NEW in 2020! This is the THIRD TIME weve had to have this NEW system REPAIRED!!!     Oscar C from ETR A/C & Heating was an excellent technician. I was notified via a text with a photo before he arrived, and I also received a verbal call verifying the time he would arrive. He even offered to pick up coffee on the way! After arrival, he did an overall check of the indoor and outdoor unit before explaining the problem and the part that needed to be replaced in order to get my a/c working efficiently. Great company!

    ETR assigned to me, TREVOR & CALEB, their best HVAC installation crew. Upon inspection of the Condenser site and existing lines, TREVOR immediately stated they would run new wiring because it was breaking down and would not sustain the current needed for the New Condenser. Later on, CALEB stated they were waiting for delivery of a new section of duct to properly fit the New Air Handler. Owning my own Handyman Business Im also aware that, No Job, No Site, or Situation is the same!!! That said, they did what was necessary to deliver the perfect and proper installation.     Excellent service today . Technician David Calk was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what exactly my service contract covered and what he was doing throughout the process. At the end of the service he went over all the checks he made and the status of each. He made suggestions on improvements in the system that would contribute to better performance. There was no pressure to purchase anything extra. He made two suggestions to consider for the future. He allowed me the opportunity to make a well educated decision and it resulted in one additional safety feature that will protect my system . He in essence saved me a lot of money in the long run if I encountered a loss. I would highly recommend ETR and especially this honest and knowledgeable company representative.

    We were worried when calling an A/C repair person because of past experiences with other Tyler repair companies. From the beginning ETR acted professionally and responded quickly.     Was soooo excited to get my new Nest Thermostat for Christmas... was soooo disappointed when the Nest online installation wizard couldnt tell me which wires went where (I have a heat pump that requires a more complicated installation).     ETR installed a complete HVAC system in our home in 2020 (the old farm house had never had a system before). We have only great things to say about ETR! Anytime we have had questions or needed any type adjustments to our system their response has been immediate and professional! Our call this time was during a cold spell of several days 12-18deg temps. We figured it would be a minimum of 2-4 days response time and were planning accordingly when I called late in the afternoon... Amazingly the service technician (Keith Cain) called me the next morning at 7:45am saying he was about 15 minutes away!!! He arrived, determined and explained what was happening with our system, took the time to fully explain the system, reason for occurrence, and gave several options/solutions (corrective and preventative) to help us in the future if needed! Keith was very personable, professional and friendly!     I just can’t say enough good things about everyone at ETR. All the staff hard courteous, helpful and so incredibly nice. This last hiccup had been a bit tough, but you all came this afternoon and got us up and running again.     Oscar was very professional, in every aspect of his job. He work on my central air conditioning, he replaced the parts that only needed to be replaced, cleaned the outside condenser unit kohl’s and was very polite.

    One of our AC units went out, after diagnosing it, ETR decided that it should be replaced. With how old it was, it was about time to be replaced. The new one works fabulously, and the new thermostat is smarter than me, so that’s a plus. Our tech, Trevor T, was awesome! Knew what he was talking about and used plain English. Highly recommend them!

    Update:I called ETR today because one of our units wasnt cooling properly.Not only were they able to schedule an appointment today, they had a cancelation and were able to arrive this morning rather than this afternoon. Problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly, with a thorough explanation of the issues and options.My previous review:Annual spring preventative maintenance today. Our Technician was on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.This is the experience weve had over and over with ETR Air Conditioning & Heating. Hands down, the best available in this market.We highly recommend ETR!
