    I have been doing business with this company from its first operational time. They have been able to solve every problem I can throw at em! The owner is a devout Christian and he carries that into the professionalism and quality of their work. It is a family owned company and they have several very well known customers in East Texas. (I know this through casual conversation with the owner and crew). Most importantly they are contractors that I not only trust in my house, but with my family.

    After using dozens of services over many years, I highly recommend ERA. Not only do we use them with all of our needs at the company Ive worked with many years, but I use them personally for my residential Service. The amount of experience and wisdom the owner and operator has in his field is absolutely amazing. They say theres a kung fu to everything, well hes the kung fu master.

    ERA earned my first phone call anytime I have an issue with my AC. Called them as soon as they opened because my AC stopped in the middle of the night. Had two techs on-site in 2.5 hours. They had my AC running in 5 mins and tested and cleaned my unit to prevent further issues.Highly recommend! They did not push a new unit, additional services, and even notified my of possible expenses that could occur during their visit, but did not add stuff if it did not need to be added.

    ERA is so efficient. They get to me very quickly to resolve any issue I might have and offer a maintenance program that ensures I rarely have any problems, but when I do they are on it! Highly recommended!!!

    Eric and his team are always on time and professional. We have a VERY unique house and he and his team can think outside the box and they have been creative on how to best serve our house needs. Just this morning we had a question about moving a duct and they were prompt to reply and came over right away. I was thoroughly impressed with the speed with which they came. The price for his work has always been fair and competitive. I would highly recommend his services to anyone and everyone we meet.

    They come out twice a year to maintain my heating/AC. And when I have problems they are there in record time. Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus they will fix if possible, instead of just trying to sell you a new unit. They are honest and trustworthy. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

    Ive been using E.R.A. for several years now, probably longer than Ive been posting reviews, so I never realized I hadnt given Eric the credit he deserves.Theyve put in at least five units for me at a couple of different locations. Always quality work, and good at the unfortunately needed warranty repairs.My main complaint is that they often show up before the scheduled time, so I guess thats a real first-world type of problem I can learn to live with as I sit in my cool house.

    E.R.A. was fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I were very pleased with their service, time, and the value received. We desperately needed an air handler replaced before our whole family came for Christmas and E.R.A. jumped through hoops to get it done. Eric and his staff were extremely professional and made our attic space look better than they found it when they left. Five stars are not enough; if there was a sixth star to give, we would give it.

    I had 2 unrelated problems recently. Both times, a technician was at my house within hours of my call and fixed the problem quickly.As a former rental property manager, I have done business with ERA for the last 15 years. They have always fixed the problem right, the first time and have never done unnecessary work to pad the bill.ERA is a dependable company with well trained technicians. I always recommend them when friends need repairs.

    Eric cleaned and repaired an aging system and gave great advice for what to do in the near future regarding replacement.We replaced our system with a new Lennox Signature series and it is awesome! They installed in a short amount of time and spent plenty of time explaining how to operate the system to get the most out of it. We are very pleased and excited.

    Very polite even though we didnt exactly get the issue fixed. Andrew did install a clean out for the condensate line for us though, and explained how to prevent the line from getting clogged again . super helpful and would definitely use them again !     Andrew added a uv light to our ac unit. He is always friendly and gives instructions about how to use equipment. Very profesional. Company always texts and calls to let us know when they will be there. We use them for cleaning and up keep 2 times a year. Fantastic company.

    We had a compressor go out on one of our machines at work. It was a tight squeeze getting the old one out and the new one in. The first place we called would not do the job. I called E.R.A Technologies and Eric and Matt took on a difficult job and had us up and running again in no time. Saving us a lot of time and money. Job well done!10/2/2018 Showed up about 20 minutes after I called. Completed the repairs to one of our 10 ton units in less than an hour. Another 5 stars!

    Eric and Andrew went above and beyond in repairing our HVAC unit! The blower had been running constantly and we discovered this after returning from a week out of town. I called around 4:30 pm and Eric worked us in the next morning. Diagnosis: the blower motor had kicked the bucket, but Eric found a new one at a supply place, picked it up, and they installed it. Working great! Highly recommend E.R.A. Climate Technologies!
