I have to give Patrick a big thank you. He has gone above and beyond for me. We manage a condominium that has four mini-splits that we wanted serviced and cleaned. I spoke with Patrick yesterday and he called me back today after conducting an inspection. Patrick gave me his honest opinion which turned out to be different that what we expected, but could potentially save us money. I highly recommend Patrick - he is an expert, he responds quickly, and he is honest - he wont tell you that you need more work performed than what is necessary. Thank you, Patrick! -

I met with this firm in examining a high-rise system for an hour or so, and they provided a professional informed opinion on the chilled water system. Brandon Clark, their account executive, demonstrated a deep expertise in the systems. I would certainly consider working with this company on larger commercial project.
