    I only have good things to say about my Empowered experience. Robert showed up within the hour of calling him. He was thorough in his discovery of not just the problem but checking the whole HVAC system after fixing, explaining the issues at hand as well as the steps to take towards fixing the problem. All that was done in less than an hour and our AC was back up and running. Did not look to up sale me or charge extra for work. He truly puts the costumer needs and concerns first, while providing excellent customer service. I would be happy to use him again or recommend him for your HVAC needs.     Robert has been great to work with. He and his crew have gone above and beyond replacing one system and fixing the installation of another. Last year, I had one of my units replaced and the job was shoddy. Robert evaluated the installation and told me what would be needed to fix it. The price was fair and Robert fixed everything. For both jobs, the work was top notch and I am pleased with the results. Ill be using Robert for all of my heating and A/C work.

    I was getting feed back and quotes from other companies that just wasn’t lining up, so a friend of mine referred me to Robert and I’m so glad he did. Robert came out walked me through everything, was honest, and was willing to work with me. Best part, he got my unit working properly and without charging me an arm an a leg. He’s a good and honest guy who I will recommend to any of my friends who need assistance with their AC or Heating system in their home.

    Robert stands by his motto of quality work you can trust. My upstairs stopped working suddenly after a storm, and I had two friends come out and help me, but they were unsuccessful due to a tripped breaker. I was then referred to Robert and he was able to come out the next day. He was very professional and did a thorough job checking both the inside and outside unit and explained everything in terms I could understand the entire time. Once the diagnostic was made, he was fair in telling me my options and providing information for my next best steps. I got a fair and great value, and now I have working air and have had no further issues with my upstairs unit. The invoices he leaves you with are comprehensive and mirror what the problem is and what he did to fix it. The pictures are added bonuses that I have not seen other techs use before. I will definitely use him for all my air and heating issues.

    Robert came out to inspect my unit and to put in insulation in my attic. Big improvement on keeping my house cool. Its 108 degrees outside and 74 inside 🥶. I am noticing that I use less energy to cool my home.He did a fantastic job. I am very thankful for his work. I will definitely use him again for all my A/C needs.

    If I could give Robert more stars I would. I have finally found someone who is honest, fairly priced and fixed my problems the first time. Really nice guy. He was very responsive to all our communication. When I called the first time he was at a wedding and still took my call!!! My second issue I had a house full of about 15 kids spending night and my thermostat went out. I was at work but he came and got it replaced and even changed my air filter for me which I really appreciated. I can’t say enough about him and his service. Thank you Robert!!

    Just had Robert install a new Heating/AC system in our home and from the quote, to scheduling, to completion he has been wonderful to work with!     I have known Robert for a very long time he is a very reliable and very responsible person. I called him in the morning he was here by the afternoon and fixed my AC even though its an old unit he was able to fix it and get me air conditioning in the middle of the heat. He was reasonably priced and my unit was fixed in no time. I highly recommend him to take care of your air conditioning problems.

    Robert is an amazing man, My 90yr old Mom has been without heat since Sunday during this cold spell, he came over with 30 minutes and fixed what he could and found that it was only giving her a little heat., but not enough to keep her Mobile home warm. He left to check to see if he had the part that burnt and piece he needed to complete the job, he did not have it. So he brought her a space heater to help keep her warm. Ordered the part and put it in today Jan 18th. He was so kind through this entire experience. He is the best youll ever hire for your Air and heating needs.     I had an electrician out to install the battery for solar power. The electrician cut the A/C line. After he advised that his electrician couldnt come out until the next day, the solar company sent Robert. Robert was not only friendly, professional and punctual (he said he would be at the house by 1:50 PM and he got their at 1:52 PM), but he was efficient. The repair took less then 30 minutes. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with an HVAC person. I highly recommend his services, and I will definitely use him again for any and all of my HVAC needs.

    Robert went above and beyond my expectations with my wife and I are in desperate need of AC repair after being previously ripped off from another AC company. I contacted Robert and pleaded for mercy. He showed up, diagnosed a problem, didn’t even charge a service call said he was back to very next day after he got done with a previous customer to finish up our AC repair; he worked a 10-hour day plus and still showed up at our residence to finish our problem fixed promptly very experienced and really gave us beyond a reasonable rate to fix our AC if you have any AC heating needs I deafly recommend him and his company he’s an honest man and goes above and beyond for his customers

    Robert Nordyke and Empowered AC & Heating is by far the most honest person in this industry in the DFW area that I know. I 100% recommend Robert but PLEASE keep in mind that Robert is based in Ft Worth and not Garland (there is a company with a similar name in Garland)! If I cant fix it myself I call Robert! He is extremely honest and transparent and extremely fair pricing. Robert fixed a heater issue I had about a year ago and now he got my AC working again! If I could give Robert 10 Stars I would.

    I was very fortunate to find Robert! I walked into my house after work and I was met with a blast of 102 degree heat INSIDE my house.I called Empowered the next morining and to my surprise Robert answered! He listened to my desperate plea for help and he said he could work me into his schedule. Hes honest, professional and genuine. He was able to prolong the life of my 16 + old A/C unit until I can get my ducks in a row to purchase a new unit [which I will have him eventually install as well]. Robert is a Godsend.     Our AC went down Sunday July 4th and being elderly and on a fixed income we were prepared for a big financial hit. We called empowered from a referral we found on the next door app. Thank God Robert answered and said he would be right over.
