    Kylen was absolutely fantastic! Professional and very thoughtful and thorough! I was very pleased with the work he accomplished and the price also ! My problem wasn’t easy and it was a bigger than expected job and Kylen kept a smile on his face and worked through every bit of it. And the final bill was a lot more reasonable than I would have been charged elsewhere! Very fair and pleasant people to work with ! Thank you!

    Real happy with the professionalism. The gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were going to do. They answered all our questions and pointed out what some of the parts did. Minimal disruption of the household. They cleaned up the small amount of trash and dirt that came off of the old unit. Besides the excellent service, they showed up a day early. They called before coming out to make sure they were not interrupting any of our plans. Fair price, great service and veteran owned.     I recently had the most remarkable experience with Kyle at Empire AC and Heating Company. As a new customer, I had signed up for a fall and spring tuneup contract, but because of an unforeseen glitch in an upgrade for their computer I wasn’t contacted for the spring tuneup. I called to inquire and Kyle apologized and came out to my house the following Friday and resolved the problem - which I never really expected having dealt with other companies in the past and how they treated their customers when an issue occurred.     Absolute BEST experience with an A/C service company ever! The issue with our A/C had stumped another HVAC company and us for 3 plus weeks. Kyle & Steven came out and meticulously worked through the list of all of the possible problems until they figured it out. We appreciate their knowledge, diligence and professionalism! Empire Heating and Air will definitely be our go to from this day forward! I highly recommend this company and they are local if you’re in the Wise County area. But they also service the DFW metroplex as well. This is also a veteran owned business Kyle served in the US Army in Iraq and Afghanistan so all the more reason to give Empire a call!

    Excellent service. Exceeded all expectations. Called them on a Friday afternoon after another AC company cancelled our service call in 100* degree weather. They showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the problem so we didnt have to go to a hotel. Friendly technician explained everything. You have our service for all future needs. We highly recommend!

    Called Kyle on Sunday evening and he returned my call same day.They sent a technician out on Tuesday and cleaned and repaired a much abused system for some folks that are struggling at the moment.Grant was very professional and responsive.     In todays world it is very hard to find reputable contractors.My interactions with Empire from the quote to the installation went exactly how it was presented. Their technician (Grant) was one of the best craftsmen I have seen here in Texas since I moved here. Grant went above and beyond to make sure that my installation was done correctly. If you need HVAC services I highly recommend this company. If possible ask for Grant. You will not be disappointed!!!

    This is the ONLY A/C service that was willing to do an emergency call for my elderly parents after their A/C went out yesterday. And...AND....they came out within 2 hours. The young guy (Grant) that serviced our system gave us a temporary fix until the part comes in next week and was respectul, quick, and accurate. Glad they sent him out here.     I realized my ac stopped working at 11:30am and called Empire Heating.A friendly representative advised me he thought they could have someone here between 1 and 3 on the same day.At 12:29pm, I received a text that Stewart from Empire heating was en route.Stewart was able to quickly identify and repair the defective part.My air conditioner was back up and working within 30-min.After the repair, Stewart took the time to clean off my outside unit with a hose.He was packed up and gone by 1:28pm.Quick professional work with a positive attitude.I will use his services again for any future AC problems.
