Kenneth BIs the most professional person one could ask for when receiving service.Expert, with knowledge and feel of the trade. Was able to find multiple issues with heating and cooling system promptly putting my family first and assuring we were able to get heat with a winter storm coming up. He has gone above and beyond and hope to see him on the follow up visit for repairs.It can be tough to trust people with all the crappy workers out there but I assure you with people like Kenneth, trust can be restored.

My home a/c unit stopped working. I called Emergency A/C and Plumbing. This company had installed a heat pump outside my house 2 years ago. I know they do good work from previous experience. I scheduled a service call with them. Eric Lester arrived on time, checked out my system and was able to trace the cause of the problem to a broken thermostat wire. After he made the repair, he tested the units,putting the system through complete cooling and heating cycles. He changed out my filter without me having to ask, I had extras in the attic. He explained how to know if the heat pump was working correctly by checking if the fan on the heat pump was discharging hot or cool air, and when to use the emergency heat switch on the thermostat. He was patient and respectful. When it came time to pay him, he waived the trip charge and did not charge us for his time or repairs, saying we were still under warranty from their equipment install two years prior.I offered him a bottle of water, he said thank you. I can honestly say this is a.trustworthy company. They have my highest recommendation. Thank you Eric. Thank you Emergency A/C and Plumbing. Well done.

My new system was installed today and am very happy with the service I received. Starting with sales Manager, Steven Spires, and the installer, they were very knowledgeable and able to explain the entire process. My install was 2 days after the estimate. I had gotten several quotes but they beat them all and suggested ways to efficiently cool the whole house. I went to use the heat and it wouldnt turn on. Mike the tech supervisor did an excellent job analyzing the situation as for as where the electricity will run through out my attic and where the a/c wiring and unit will be placed in my enclosed patio. Answer all my questions and believe me I had several. Very patient with his answers. The tech came and did an excellent job with the installation. Also answered all my questions and made sure we knew how to operate the unit before he left. Cant say enough about this company. Will highly recommend!

Phenomenal experience today with Emergency AC and plumbing. We had an overflowing bathroom sink that had a clog about 15 foot deep. Chris with emergency made it out same day. So I try to get my heat running and I realized it was blowing air but not any heat. I called to see if someone could come out and see if the switch was out on the furnace and just needed to be cut on. I was told that there was a $49 charge to come out on top of fixing the issue. I told them that was fine. It was determined it was my switchboard and he needed to replace. I was honestly fearful of the cost especially this close to Christmas, but he stated it was covered under the warranty and the visit was completely free! I was very thankful and I shed a little tear because that was right on time! I am blessed to have picked this company to replace my unit, the service and team members is remarkable.

When Kenneth B. arrived, he listened to my concerns, assessed the situation, and quickly thought out of the box and made his hypothesis.He was very respectful of my wishes for us to stay out of the house because of our dogs. Not only did he replace a fuse in the attic, he completely replaced the wire that caused the fuse to blow in the first place.Friendly, quick, and thorough service. Steven Spires with Emergency AC helped us when we thought we had no other options but to be burdened by insane prices for replacement HVAC after ours went out. He got us a deal on a system that we could afford and him and his team installed it fast and efficiently after our compressor died and our house was 90 degrees. We had other companies look at our problem and either offer extremely steep pricing or not want to work on it at all but after a quick look they came and replaced it within a day and had me and my family go from boiling in our own home to being comfortable again. He walked through all of the system and found that my problem was more of a programming thing than actual equipment problems. Kenneth helped me get everything up and running and very little time. He explained everything that he was doing and I felt like a valued customer. I will be requesting him back for my next checkup!8/19/24 Update:My drain line that runs from my air handling unit in the attic to the guest bathroom sink was not draining properly and water was draining from my emergency overflow bypass under the eves. Emergency AC sent out a GREAT plumber by the name of Shaun Brown who quickly diagnosed the problem and removed the calcium scale from my drain line. Shauns can-do attitude and his plumbing skills get him an A+ in my customer satisfaction book!

I have to say the team at Emergency AC and Plumbing were exceptional, from Malia who kept me updated on scheduling all the way to the install. Steven Spires I can’t say enough about him. He was very patient, answered all of our questions. He guided me through my attic during his inspection and informed me a great deal about my air conditioning duct work. The communication between this team is seamless, Steve requested information from Samantha about the maintenance plan and I received it promptly. The installer Martin Bernal was so professional and pleasant to talk to and had a hard job removing the air handler from our tiny closet but it didn’t seem to bother him at all. We would highly recommend this team of men and women. My initial meeting was at 5:30 pm one day and the installation team was on schedule for install less than 24 hours later! Great Job!!!

Not only are they more affordable than other companies they take the time to actually tell you whats going on and talk to you before they leave. They make sure your satisfied. We had Steven come out the same day we asked for a quote. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met. You can tell his main concern was to get us air.
