    The office personnel and the technicians were very professional and kept me updated on their arrival time and were flexible on scheduling. The technicians did very well at diagnosing and ordered the part promptly. I was informed right away when the part arrived and was scheduled promptly.. the technician showed up and we’re very professional and did an outstanding job at replacing the coil on my air conditioning unit. I do highly recommend their service.

    Service call for a heater, earlier this year during a cold freeze. Dillan, the technician that we sent was very professional, well prepared. He quickly identified the issue and resolved the problem. He was very patient to explain what happened and showed us how to maintain and keep the flame sensor sanded.

    Thanks to a refferal from my brother, I now know the best HVAC company in Texas. We recently had the pleasure of working with Elite Air of Texas, and I can’t rave about them enough! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. Would refer them to my own mother any day of the year.     Elite Air came to us through home warranty, Dillion did an excellent job of finding/testing the issues, trying quick fixes, then explaining the long term repairs needed.He found issues that another AC company from home warranty missed two years in row. One being a carbon monoxide leak and others which lead to a hole in our ceiling from a drain leak. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable.Home warranty ended up only covering a small portion of the repairs. With the issues we were having every year, safety concerns and damage to our house from missed repairs, I wanted things done right this time. I ended up talking with Lindsey from billing who walked me through all the options. She was in no way pushy or rude; the exact opposite. She laid out all the options and let me choose what to do. She was extremely helpful, nice and answered all my questions as we worked to find a way to get our heating/cooling system fixed.

    We contacted Elite Air through AHS to fix our issue. We had been without air for 5 days and living in 96 degree temps. While we waited to be connected with Elite through home warranty we asked a A/C acquaintance to take a look and said it was a burnt connection to the house. We hired an electrician who said that was not the issue and that maybe condenser or ???. Finally, Mr Dillan come out and in less then 30 min he had us up and running. I would definately recomment Elite Air of Texas.

    Our indoor temperature was over 90 degrees. We have a home warranty, but the first suggested AC company did not call us to set up an appointment within the 24-hour period; nor did they answer the phone when I called them. We then were directed to Elite Air of TX in Aledo. Their phone was answered immediately by a very polite young-sounding lady who quickly gave us an appointment for early the next morning. The technician Darren (I hope I have his name correct) was equally polite and very professional. He got our AC to temporarily cool with a new capacitor and ordered a new fan before he left our driveway because too much current is being pulled presently. Darren explained what was going on with the system. These two Elite Air in Aledo employees make us glad we discovered them for AC service.

    I had been through 2 other companies before my insurance assigned me with Elite. They were awesome. They kept me informed on everything that was going on as it happened. They were polite. friendly, and very respectful for us and our home. They had us ordered and installed in a few weeks. We had been without ac 2 1/2 months before that. They are an honest company to deal with. Highly recommend.

    I place a service request for my heater through my Homeowners Insurance on Thursday and was told Elite would reach out within 24-48 hours. Nothing. Tried calling Elite several times and just get a voicemail in which I left 2. No call back. Contacted my HI and they escalated the request to emergency on Saturday as it is now 14 degrees outside. No response from Elite Air.Update: Elite saw this review posted on Sunday and immediately reached out (Google reviews seem to be very important to them). Said there must have been technical difficulties with their phones/messaging system. They couldn’t come same day-sent a technician the next day with a 4 hour service window. Darren arrived at 11:30am Monday. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficiently fixed the issues. I was offered a duct cleaning to change my 1 star to 5 stars. It’s not something I really cared for-paying for my necessary Hotel room last night would have been thoughtful and only $96 vs. the $200 they say the duct clean is valued at. I hate to tarnish the perfect 5 stars but no one is perfect and this is one example of it. Given all of the issues (some in their control and some not), if Elite would have me as a Customer again, I would use them again.

    We have had a wonderful experience with Elite. We started with them via our home warranty company and are glad we did! They handled our claim with tenacity and worked to get us a full replacement for one of our units! We had to also replace our 2nd unit and they did a great job with that too!     Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dillan hit the issue immediately and fixed it. The overflow switch did what it was designed to do. When they ask about installing an overflow it is not for an up-sale. It is to prevent ceiling damage from pan overflowing when (not IF) drain line clogs. Had mine installed in Feb and it worked!!!

Elite Air is the only one who came out and gave a diagnosis that actually made sense and voila... they fixed it!!     I have American Shield home warranty and requested a service call on my AC they notified me that Elite Air would be my service company they called me and set a time to come out to check my unit I have three units and my up stairs unit was not cooling they sent out technician Dillan Hale which was very professional he check the unit out and found the problem fixed it and got it back cooling and he checked my other two units out to make sure they were running ok and he recommended a few other things that need to be done did a great job for the time he spent on my units I highly recommended Elite Air or Texas they will do all our maintenance on my units going forward great job thanks Dillan Very satisfied customer KenDavis
