Elevation A/C and Heating Company is knowledgeable, reliable, and communicates promptly with the customer. We have used Elevation services for 5 years. Our two neighbors repeatedly have called Elevation A/C for air-conditioning repairs. Elevation A/C and Heating replaced our Air-Handler (in the enclosed utility room located on the 3rd level flat roof), replaced the Air-Conditioning Unit (outside on the 3rd level roof deck), replaced a coil, installed a thermostat, and answered simple questions regarding settings for both cool air and heat. The owner traveled from Austin to San Antonio, Texas to secure a part during Covid times. The owner secured a crane to hoist these units up to the 3rd level, and was willing to assist a plumber to secure this same crane operator to remove and hoist up water heating tanks to the 3rd level. Since purchasing our house from the previous owner 10 years ago, many flaws have surfaced (including leaks in the roof). With ease, we have accomplished our A/C and heating needs with the quality service provided by Elevation A/C and Heating.

I live in Lago Vista, my a/c went out & I called Elevation & they could have someone out within 2hrs but I had to work. We set up appointment for 9am the next day & Kevin was here promptly. I have a very old system & he told me what was wrong & didn’t try to get me to buy a new system or anything I didn’t need. We have local companies out here but a few years ago when my system was down I was desperate to find someone to help & all of them were about a week out. I came across Elevation & they have Always been great service, affordable pricing & show up when they say they will… they will Always be my go to company & I tell all my friends about them too. Good, Honest, Reliable Company which is hard to find these days. Thankyou Elevation for getting my house cool again from 88F to 74F again.

Its not easy to find honest HVAC repair people. Most of them will just replace parts and charge you 3 times the cost plus labor. These guys are different. One of our heaters had an issue with the gas valve not opening in really cold temperatures. Huber sent a technician to take a look. He could not replicate the issue. He then checked everything and adjusted the gas pressure and said, if the problem comes again, let them know. Didnt even charge anything. You wont find any better service than these guys.

With the heat of summer almost upon us, Im feeling particularly fortunate to have a newand efficient HVAC system installed by Elevation. These guys did everything they could to keep our old system going as long as it would last, even going so far as to loan us a motor leftover from a new install. And when that one died, they were at our house the very next morning to get us up and running again before the noon heat. The price was close to what we had been quoted 3 years prior before inflation. And finally the workers themselves were courteous, professional, and efficient. We will never go elsewhere for our HVAC needs. Thanks, Elevation!

Excellent response time and service time when we called them for a second quote for a repair on our AC system. Thank goodness we did! We saved $1200 for the exact same repair and work guarantee and got it fixed quicker in 2 days!! The technicians were polite, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The office staff was AWESOME responding quickly to all our questions and emails. Would most definitely recommend Elevation to anyone for your HVAC needs. High quality, great customer service, and not out to gouge your wallet!!

TEN STAR Service! I have many properties and I have dealt with many AC specialist but none with the qualities of Elevation Heating and A/C. Firstly, Huber, the owner is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and detailed. He says what he is going to do and will do it. There are no extra fees or charges. I had him install a new AC unit. He gave me a quote that match the price of my lowest quote and got it done on a Saturday. Believe me, I have run into providers who did not show up and complete the work that they were going to do. Huber earned my trust by being honest, on time, and on price!! Not only That, he gave me a service warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty and will come back to follow up in three months to make sure the unit is running properly. I am happy that I have found my go to provider for all of my air-conditioning needs. I will be using him from now on.

I have 2 AC units in my house. And I had to replace the evaporator coil for both. I was so frustrated because the home warranty company declined my claim. But I got a quote from this company and got fixed today. They answered all my questions so quickly, even on Sunday morning (Sorry about that~). Unlikely other contractor, they came in on time. Good value with 10 year warranty! Most of all, they finished the work so professionally and explained all the maintenance tips. I really recommend this company!

Elevation did an excellent job at detecting a leak in my AC and replacing evaporator coils on 2 of my units. A few months later, I needed it to be checked again because a minor crack appeared where the air supply connects to evaporator coil connects and it took less than 4hrs from the time I texted Huber and got the issue fixed. I give them 5 stars.

I suspect the technician had ended his work day and made the additional stop. Sure enough a part was needed and 2 days later the technician arrived and replaced the faulty part. I recommend this business to those in the Austin area.

Man,these guys get an A+,they came all the way South by Buda to check my AC Unit after me texting them earlier that morning of my issue. Turns out it was a loose fuse,man was I glad. They also checked my freon levels,my condenser coils&suggested I clean those due to me not even having real filters,just prop filters. So not only do they hold true to free service calls,but they also give advice/suggestions on how to maintain your system so that it continues to cool your pad in these hot Tejas tiempos,muchos gracias Elevation Heating and AC,you guys are the real deal in customer service/satisfaction.
