    The guys that came to my house to install a split unit were fantastic. Fast and professional went the extra step to make it look good. They also cleaned up when done thats rare these days. Will definitely use them again

    These guys are great. I havent had the best luck with tradesman in Midland, but Edwards AC is the exception. Top notch. I priced out a couple options for a full replacement of our downstairs system that had failed, and they were the most fairly priced and Michael was the most genuine and trustworthy of the folks that came to bid. The job was done quick, and it worked great. The times we have had to call them up to come out and take a look at the HVAC afterwards, they take your call and have someone en route that day. I value that they are so committed to making sure they take care of their customers, even if its a warranty call. THAT is what will keep customers like myself coming back.

    Michael came out on Saturday and told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a fair price. Came back on Monday early and replaced the part needed and made sure it worked before he left. Very kind and personable and worked with me on the payment. I would definitely use them again.This family owned company is just amazing. They’ve come out several times and have been so kind and understanding. He came today and replaced my compressor for the AC and I can’t say enough good things about them. His wife is also just the sweetest lady. Wonderful family and an such a lovely company. Will have my business forever.

    I love how empathetic the team was. They were quick to answer the phone on a Sunday and very quick to send out a relentless technician on the same day and within the hour who ensured he did not give up until he found the problem and fixed my heating swiftly at a very affordable price. I feel blessed to have chosen them from the numerous options google provided me when I searched for who could fix my sudden HVAC issue on a Sunday.

    I am super happy and grateful to this company. I called them at 10pm for a problem with my AC and the technician was here in less than 30 min. He solved absolutely everything and at a very reasonable price for the time and the emergency. The technician is quite friendly, decent and fast in everything he did. 100% recommended.

    I was looking for someone to repair my evaporation coils quickly. I have a senior dog who couldn’t spend another day in our hot house and Edwards came to the rescue! They were professional and friendly and they were quick! Pricing was better than previous places I had dealt with. All around just excellent service! Will be my ‘go to’ folks for now on.

    They are very professional and works until all the appointments are done . Pricing is very affordable, and he does not mess around just to get more money. Gets in gets the job done and charges accordingly. My tenants have had nothing bad to say about there experiences . Makes me feel good that all I have to do is contact them and give basic info and they do the rest. Very refreshing to see old fashion customer service come back. Thank you !!!

Plus he pulled the door behind him when he had to go to the truck(we have pets). When he solved our issue, he cleaned up the work space and explained the repair. Great job.
