Jose and his team were able to not only come out and service our unit in old east Dallas, but when he found an issue with the unit, clearly explained what was going on with our two HVAC systems.Explained that the evaporator coil was out, and that we could keep on filling it with Freon which would cost us hundreds of dollars every trip, or we could replace the system entirely and he was able to give us a very affordable rate to get the best possible product at the best possible price.Jose was straightforward and timely with his quotes, and getting the work done as fast as possible safely.We would definitely use them for our HVAC system maintenance, repair, and replacement of any unit in the old East Dallas area.

We needed a new system installed in our house during the heat wave. After meeting Jose for the first time we were really impressed with his knowledge about HVAC systems. He was fast installing the unit and getting the house cold again. He was calm and able to explain what we needit in our place to make the place super cold. Jose was friendly, helpful and thorough. Jose brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, Ive used him on multiple properties for a number of various services. He took time to explain in depth whats being done every time, and without any high pressure upselling involved either. Pricing is very fair, all details come well documented on his invoicing, and he certainly takes pride in his work. They always leave the job sites very clean upon completion, and re-test to ensure everything is functioning properly before leaving. Hes definitely a true professional, I highly recommend!

BEST COMPANY OUT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!I am one that usually doesnt post anything BUT in this case I feel it is crucial. I want to Thank José for an EXCELLENT JOB AS WELL AS HIS SERVICE he provided.My system was 18 years old, still working but not effective.I had many different companies come out and or call. But it was how José walked me through everything step by step while explaining the benefits.Hands down the BEST CHOICE I MADE was having him and his company replace the system. Very responsive, able to work me into schedule when my system went down suddenly. Quick diagnosis and install of new items, back up and working very fast. Explained problem and cause, verified with me, and fair prices as well. Hopefully I wont need a repair again anytime soon, but will absolutely use again if needed.

ECO-Comfort did a fantastic job today! They were responsive and on time (for the estimate), on time for the installation, and were affordable. Todays Amana AC installation was efficient and most of all they were respectful, curteous, and fast. The owner explained everything to me clearly even how to register the unit for warranty. I would highly recommend ECO-Comfort Solutions to anyone who is needing AC service. They are the best!
