Craig has replaced both HVAC systems in our house. We couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism, pricing and service. I’m a residential realtor and have referred him to many of my clients. I don’t give referrals lightly as a poor service provider referral would reflect negatively on me. I know I can be confident Craig will take care of my clients.

So after one company (who I will not name) came out on Friday to tell me that my downstairs AC was dead, I just got a quote (this is Monday) for $12k for a new AC unit. In the meantime, I had called Craig based on a recommendation from my neighbor (who Craig also helped earlier this year) to see what he had to say. After I told him over the phone that another company had told me my unit was dead and explained to him what they had done already, he said he wanted to come by this afternoon to look at it first. As soon as we fired it back up and he hooked his gauges up to it he looked at me and said, They lied to you. Youre not dead. Well a couple pounds of freon later at an extremely fair price and a little labor (he also cleaned coils on both of my units), Craig saved me over $11,000. He also explained to me how an AC system works and why it was just a freon issue, which he didnt have to do but I really appreciate understanding that kind of stuff. So dont give too much credit to any of these negative reviews here. Craig is probably one of the most honest guys Ive ever met. This world needs more Craigs!
