    Thank you to Chris at D’Spain Sales and Service for making our well emergency his priority today and for Joel and the crew rearranging their day to fix our busted pipe and pump and get water running to our home. We have used D’Spain for many repairs and projects over the past few years and we have been happy with their prompt response and efficient work. The office always tries to make sure that people with water emergencies are a priority and I appreciate their thoughtfulness.     A few weeks ago I noticed the laminate flooring in my bedroom was starting to buckle. The panels made a squishy sound when I walked on them. There was water coming from my master bathroom. Panic set in and I called DSpain to see if they could send someone over ASAP. They instructed me to turn off my water supply valve until they could check out the problem. Bright and early the next morning they sent a crew over and immediately found a bad water line and had to completely re-plumb my whole house. They had my system up and going in a few hours. I know they were busy and I did not expect them to show up as early as they did, but they knew that I was going to be without water until they could help me. Each member of the crew was so professional and worked hard until they fixed my plumbing problem. Johnny, Colton, Christopher and crew turned a bad experience into me and my wife having a good day. If you ever need help with plumbing, electrical, heating or air conditioning issues, I highly recommend calling DSpain.     At first I wasn’t sure I could afford to hire D’Spain’s Sales and Service because I was quoted $225 an hour, but overall, the total was a a lot more reasonable than I expected, so for that, I am extremely appreciative and happy! Thank you! From the receptionist, and scheduler, to the experts and even the helpers, everyone was extremely respectful and nice and superbly installed my new water heater. The water pressure is a lot better too. I also appreciate the water temperature isn’t either scorching or cold, but a nice hot/warm when needed. I highly recommend their services!     I am very happy with the service we received when our tankless water heater blew a fuse. We had no hot water over a weekend but Sammy, the service technician went above and beyond to get us back up and running again. Super nice and knowledgeable.     Not only did Tristen help me understand why things didn’t work, he made sure that all was working as I needed it to with brand new wall outlets.     DSpain Sales and Service removed my eyesore 35 year old booster pump house, and built a new one in the same spot without me losing water service for more than a few hours total. The craftsmen all knew what they were doing, and were freindly and easy to talk to.( I was not always in a good mood for other reasons, they put up with me ) The real test, my wife is very happy with the job, they finished the last touches the day before the big freeze and snow began! My house pipes froze a few times, but the new pump house with the weatherizing they did never froze or had a hitch. Good job, guys! Trey DSpain gets five stars from our house!     Sewer line in yard was stopped up. This company got right on it the next morning, fixed the problem and walked us through the repairs and suggested some ways of redoing our line to prevent this from occuring again.     I called D’Spain when I discovered a leaky toilet in the master bathroom. Their inspection revealed a cracked commode and a leaking valve cut off. They explained all repairs very carefully and provided options designed to take into consideration the cost of the repairs. I opted to have the commode completely replaced, have the flange updated to current codes and have the leaky valve replaced. They also replaced two cutoff valves in the main bathroom when my son advised that they too were not working. As always, their service people were polite and respectful and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend their plumbing service to anybody in need of quality repairs. I have also used D’Spain for my electrical and AC problems and found that their service people in those areas are also wonderful to work with.

    We have been using DSpain since 2008 when they installed a Mitsubishi Slim Jim in our newly-constructed workshop. A few years later, we had them install a new heat pump and air handler system in our house. They are responsive to immediate needs, arrive when they say they will, and call ahead to tell you theyre on their way. We have been very pleased with their advice, their work, and their customer service. For several years, weve had a reasonably-priced annual service contract with DSpain so they can keep our equipment in top shape. We depend on them and know they will be there when we need them. Highly recommend!

    Weve had DSpain provide electrical-related service twice in the last 3 months. Each of the problems were unrelated and different and DSpain provided excellent services. They recognized the emergency nature of the first episode (where we lost power to the house) and quickly responded. The technician was not only knowledgeable, but provided excellent and courteous service, taking extra effort to locate and procure required replacement parts and then install. Bottom line is we would definitely use them in the future and whole-heartedly recommend.

    Ronnie and Trevor were awesome. When they arrived at my residence they quickly were able to diagnose and assess what the problem was with my system. Even though they were only able do a temporary fix to my system it was much appreciated. They then told me my options for a new system and how I could go about getting it without having to go in debt. Both were very honest and did not try any shady sales tricks. Definitely will be using DSpain for future repairs and preventative maintenance.

James did the inspection and then he explained what was needed and he showed me several options so I could make the decision.     I cannot say enough good things about D’Spain. We had a major water issue the Wednesday before Thanksgiving around 3:30. Despite being a late service call before a major holiday they came out a 25 minute drive to our place. It was not an easy fix but our technician assured us we would have water before he left and he was right. If it wasn’t for him we would of had to pack everything up and go back to San Antonio to try and salvage Thanksgiving. He was courteous, determined, and knew what he was doing. He saved our first Thanksgiving at our new place. Priceless. We are very grateful.

    My well collapsed and I basically had no water to my house. Ray and his crew responded immediately, arranged emergency water delivery to my house for my family, and got to work on my well as soon as they could. There were cheaper bids but cheaper aint always better. I knew Ray and his crew did quality work so I stuck with them. Highly recommend them to anyone with well problems!UPDATE:Had a pipe break in my well house. Dumped 2,000gal tank and lost my booster pump. Chris came out on emergency call, worked his butt off and got my tank running to make sure my family had water. Rays crew is the best. Very professional, knowledgeable; if your issue can be fixed, they will get it done. Highly recommend.

    I own Juniper Hill Stables and I am the GM at The West 1077 Guest Ranch. We recently needed some help with our well at The Ranch. I initially spoke with Steve. He was very nice and courteous.     We were on our way home from a trip when we received a call from D’Spain telling us our smart thermostat had alerted them to a high temperature in our house. They asked if we wanted them to send out a technician to find the cause of the problem before they closed for the day so we did not have to sleep in a hot house. They sent the technician who found ants in the outside unit had shorted out a contact. He had our unit back on line in a short period of time. I was impressed with the level of service especially their concern about getting us help before they closed for the day.

My experience with them has been mostly for water well repair, and I would Highly recommend them based on their service performance, cost, and honesty.     DSpain installed a new HVAC system in my home in 2006 when I first purchased my ranch. Ive continued to use them over the years to service and maintain the system. In January of this year, I discovered that the blower motor was not running. A DSpain service man came out the next morning and advised that the blower motor would need to be replaced. Given the age of the system, and the expense of a blower motor, I opted to replace the whole system. Ray DSpain called a short while later and offered to come out to look over the situation and discuss my options, which he did. I opted for a mini-split system, which DSpain installed the following week. Im happy with the new system and with the quality of the service I receive.

    I also wanted to mention the exceptional service I received from James Cammack concerning my recent installation of a high end TRANE AC unit located in my shop on May 20th, 2019. James was the man who researched all of the various options that I could proceed with concerning replacing my old and worn out system. He inspected all of my duct work and then presented me three easy to understand options. James has now led the DSpain team from start to finish, and has now been responsible for replacing several of my old AC units over the last ten years. James thoroughly answered all of my questions and he also called after the installation was complete to make sure I was a happy customer. I would highly recommend DSpain and all of their employees for all of your heating and cooling needs.

    Our well pipe had a hole in it and it was unable to draw water. We spoke with Corey with DSpain and he diagnosed our problem very promptly. I knew that our tank was very old and had heavy rust deposits. Since we had to have all of the pipe pulled to replace the pipes with the rusted holes, Corey inspected our pump and advised me that (1) it was not in great shape, and (2) it was undersized for depth it needed to be set for our well. Corey and his crew did an excellent job of replacing all of our old steel pipe (part was PVC and did not need to be replaced), installing a new pump and a new pressure tank, all at a very reasonable cost. Further, they left the work area around the well site in an orderly, neat and clean condition. We are very satisfied with the service we received from DSpain and will continue to use them for all of our water well services.

    DSpain is a A1 in our book. We interviewed them for a New Home HVAC system in Bandera TX. They , especially BRAD, took the time to understand our needs and listened to our concerns. In the end they designed a system that they felt would accomplish what we needed. They never tried to over sell us and I felt very comfortable discussing all aspects of the process with them.Their staff has been with them a long time which speaks volumes. During the rough-in the work was neat, clean with a lot of attention to details. Received man comments on how Professional the workers were.During install the same level of quality and attention to detail was present. After the install and during start up, DSpain demonstrated their commitment to excellence by changing out some equipment that came from the factory with minor defects, rather than waiting for them to become a problem later, notifying me of the issue only after they had corrected the problem.Since startup they have been great on communications and promptly answere questions I have about the system and how to use.I have recommended DSpain to my neighbor who is beginning a new build and my Contractor has now begun to use them for builds in the area.Working with DSpain has been a most pleasant experience from start to finish and I look forward to a long relationship with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

And then did a smooth repair and kept my property clean and neat. They even showed me what they had done and let me see the damaged parts.     I purchased some property out by Medina Lake, and I had dspain come out and Trench and install electricity to a prefab garage that I purchased in Pipe Creek, and despain did a great job, and a very professional job on this work! I also had them install outdoor LED security lights. I would highly recommend dspain for your electrical and now, your plumbing needs also!     I have had two a/c units repaired and both experiences were great. Communication with the office staff was very clear and the technician was excellent. While performing the second repair he even found a part that was starting to fail and was able to replace it while he was already here and since it was under warranty it was at no cost to me. I highly recommend them.

    Talk about follow up!I called Ray after my ex-wife had been without water for 2 1/2 weeks courtesy of the winter storm. I could not find the correct booster pump for the water well. Ray and company did not have the pump either nor would they get one for quite some time. Ray didnt blink an eye to help me on more than one call, work through what I could do temporarily get the well going. Then he called me two or three times to see if I needed anything. I found a pump that would work at Home Depot and he still contacted me again to see what fittings I may need. Ill be getting a couple of fittings from him so I can go back and fix the job right. These are the kind of people you do business with. Truly wants to help out, and not just sales and service. Thanks to Ray.

    Had them come out for a second opinion on air not working. They saved me $7000 to fix my air. Only complaint would be the repairman was over 4 hours late and noone ever called to say so. I had to call them and ask if they were still coming. No complaints about their work, customer service could use some help.

    Technician arrived on time, had the knowledge and supplies to repair and maintain my equipment. I had called about what I thought was a faulty thermostat. As he was investigating, he discovered that the thermostat was okay, but a clogged condensate drain was causing the fault. He unclogged the drain line, drained the catch pan, and checked to be sure the thermostat was fully functional without replacement.

    These guys bailed me out of a disastrous situation. The previous electrician I was working with had a scheduling conflict and wasnt able to do the work on the day I had hoped. I had sheet rockers ready to throw up walls in time for cabinets to arrive from out of town but couldnt do it because I had no electrician. I called these guys up, the girl who took my call understood my situation and an awesome pair of electricians came out the very next day and helped me keep my project on schedule. As a result I ended up using them to re-wire the whole house and I am signing up for the AC/heater service plan as well as the electric service plan that they offered. I am SO thankful to them for keeping me on schedule and on top of that they were a pleasure to work with, did things the RIGHT way, corrected mistakes from past electricians, pulled permits quickly. These guys could be air traffic controllers. I never write reviews but these folks were awesome!

    We have 2 windmills and they came out, found the problem and repaired it quickly. They were very professional and answered any of my questions.
