    Brian and his team have been taking care of our Air Conditioners for years. It was finally time for us to have to replace the units and Brian and his team made it quick and painless. They are hardworking and honest guys who do a great job. I would highly recommend these guys and appreciate that we have had such a great relationship with them over the years.

    We’ve used DropTine a couple of times now and have been so impressed with Brian. He’s trustworthy, kind, professional, and I would 1000% recommend. You can tell he really loves to serve his community and be as helpful as possible. I wouldn’t use any other company. Highly recommend!!!

    Brian is a true professional - friendly, courteous, and prompt. He was able to fit me in on the same day to get my A/C issue diagnosed and kept in constant communication to get the repair done. Despite unforeseen snags on the repair day, such as the local supplier being closed, he went out of way on 2 occasions (to a supplier location further away than anticipated) to secure the parts needed to finish the repair. Cant say enough good words for his help. Ill definitely be calling him again if I encounter any other HVAC issues.

    I first encountered the owner Brian through my home warranty company. After one of his techs came out I was still having issues and he came by personally to evaluate his employees work. He made a great impression and luckily I hung onto his card.Last night my ac unit started leaking water due to a clogged pipe. As I was in the middle of a complete panic attack I texted Brian, not expecting a response until the morning. He got back to me immediately, at midnight! To top that off he was out first thing this morning and got the problem solved immediately.As a single female and panicked home owner he could have easily charged me an excessive amount to resolve this problem. Instead he gave me an unbelievably fair deal. I cannot recommend Brian and Drop Tine enough.

    Brian is terrific. I first met Brian through my home warranty company several years ago. He is professional, prompt, dependable and knowledgeable. I trust him with all of my HVAC needs. I no longer use my home warranty company but I still call Brian when I have a problem.

    Had another company that shall not be named tell us that our air conditioning system was shot blown capacitor and condesnsor, wanted $6k to &8k to fix, but really wanted to sell usca new system for $15k. Called Drop Tine on recommendation of our roofer they came out the next day said sounds like just the capacitor. Lets try that and see what happens. Put in new capacitor fir $275 and my ac is cooling fine. Would highly recommend this company.

    I called droptine because my ac wasnt cooling the house. I found these guys on google and saw the great reviews. They we able to get Brian out the next day. He showed up on time and was very transparent with what he was doing. Turns out I only needed a capacitor, which was way better than what I was expecting. In my mind I was about to spend a ton. I appreciate how honest this company was and didnt try to sell me more than what was needed(which I believe has happened with other companies its in the past.) I would recommend these guys anytime and I will use them from now on.

    Brian is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice. Always honest and transparent. He only charges for the work that needs to be done. We started using him in 2020 and have since got our entire family getting him to provide regular service and maintenance.

    I want to start by saying, I NEVER write reviews. Not because people dont deserve it, I just never make the time. When we starting having air conditioning issues, the first thing I did was research all the reviews of the companies our HWA was recommending. I was desperate to find reviews specific to home repairs during the pandemic. None of the companies recommended by HWA had above 2 stars, until they recommended Drop Tine. I read reviews (across all platforms, Brians (owner) reviews are shining, deservedly) and immediately called Drop Tine. Unfortunately, he does not take claims from Home Warranty of America BUT he informed me that HWA has an option to pick your own vendor and be reimbursed. HWA of course didnt tell me about that, but Brian gave me all the information, I called HWA and they confirmed it is, in fact, an option. If that is all you are concerned about, I want to state that after following all of the instructions that Brian made easy peasy, I have already received my reimbursement for the repair from HWA. It really was seamless.I also want to quickly state that the reviews are spot on. Brian and Dana at Drop Tine are incredibly friendly, responsive, professional, and Brian is an expert in the field. The repair was fast and cost effective. Our AC is running perfectly. They have a customer for life.Now I want to take a little time to address the concerns I had when I was searching for a repair company. As many are right now, we are considered high-risk for Covid-19. Meaning compromised immunities that could lead to us being greatly affected, so we are very much socially distanced. Hard core. Having someone come in to my house was creating a lot of anxiety, but Brian took the time to talk to me about all of their practices during this time. And he was forthcoming about his own concerns regarding Covid, which somehow made me feel like he was being even more cautious. He always booked me as the first house for the day to also help minimize concerns. Brian showed up, had a mask, new gloves, new shoe booties. He maintained distance, and I stayed in the garage for the time he was in the house. He was swift, but thorough. He had a diagnosis and was back out of the house in less than 10 minutes. He had to order some parts, and come back out for the repair on a seperate day, and this is where he really shined. I had to have a blower wheel replaced. Brian came in (mask, gloves, shoe covers) it took him 4 minutes to remove the entire blower wheel housing, AND HE BROUGHT IT OUTSIDE! The longest portion of the repair on my inside unit was done outside of my house! He came back in (new shoe covers, mask, gloves) put my inside unit back together in 9 minutes, and he was outside again! Like I cant describe how incredible that is right now. It just shows how considerate Brian is. He knew I was having anxiety about someone being inside my house, so he minimized that as much as humanly possible, and didnt once make me feel like I was making his job difficult.(TL;DR)Absolutely use this company. In a pandemic, not in a pandemic, 100% hire Brian.

    I got the number of this company from a friend who had a great experience with them. I used it to get a second opinion on some AC repairs expecting to be done by another party. It was the owner I spoke to, he was very knowledgeable and forthright about what I should be expecting and costs. He spoke highly of some of the local HVAC companies, which is nice. Glad I made the call, Id say he did me a pretty big favor, especially considering he knew he wasnt likely to get my business since I was working with another company already. Id now recommend them to a friend too if im ever asked.

    We have used Brian for our AC over the past 3 years and he just helped out my mother in law save a bunch of money. Another company said she need to replace her whole ac system and Brian fixed her up for a fraction of the cost. Great service. Thanks again

    Brian is the best. He has made myself and my husband lifetime customers. Were new to Texas and the heat. A fuse in our cooler kept blowing and he came so fast to take care of us. He was in and out in minutes and didnt even charge us.So this fuse? Kept blowing. It was a real Superman vs Lex Luther situation. And guess what? He won.But Sky, was he Lex Luther or Superman? Well kids, hire him and find out. Were diehard customers now.

    Two visits through warranty company. First visit(one year ago) I told the repair man, Lane that the other company who originally came out detected a leak and filled the AC with freon and said we needed to go through th warranty company for repairs.Lane seemed to be the know it all type but I just wanted my AC fixed in September which was a very hot month so I didnt report it. He claimed there were no issues with it.FF to now when we spent 2 months away and had our AC unit OFF, my guess is the freon leaked out and we came home to a house that was 96 degrees while it was over 100 outside! Just miserable to even move or get dressed, dont even mention cooking in the oven or with our gas stove either.I called my landlord to call the warranty company again..I spent a total of 2 weeks already with no AC and its been a very hot couple weeks up to 110°! They got the repair set up for Thursday 8/8/19 between 9 and 12. Lane called at 11:30 saying he was 20 minutes out. He asked for details again so I reminded him about previous year (sept 18) and issues and about the other company that found a leak, he made a comment, oh thats what they said. As if they were wrong before he even looked at anything which is unprofessional to speak negatively about another business to your customers BTW.Lane spent maybe 30ish minutes to an hour, back and forth from attic to outside unit and then told me there was no leak and it seems to be fine. Then he gave me tips on how to get my house cool without freezing the unit which basically meant he made me feel stupid by telling me very common sense pieces of information.My house never cooled below 75 which was during the night and then immediately started rising in temp as soon as the sun hit our house. My house was back up past 80 by 3 PM the day after he said there was nothing wrong with it.I then did what any other person would do, call the repair man to come back out because it wasnt fixed! I simply and nicely told him what happened with temo rising again...he seemed very frustrated and told me there must be a leak somewhere, IMAGINE THAT! He told me to contact homeowner then he would come back out. This was 3 PM 8/9, I did just that then sent Lane a follow up text to see what the ETA would be for the update repair. I got NO response and my landlord just called to tell me that after going back and forth with the repair company, Lane refused to come back out because I harassed him on the phone yesterday. Complete lie and disrespect. I am glad I didnt pay a penny for this lousy service and I would hope you would be too.Update: Business owner called me and wanted to resolve issue and thoroughly apologized for the behavior experienced by Lane. I was told that I would have the owner himself at my home the next morning to repair my AC as needed to get us through these hot months. I am very thankful for his commitment to his customers and the service his company provides to them. I will update further as repairs are made and bump from 1 star to 4 for great Customer Service by Brian, owner of Droptine.

    Since we moved to Round Rock a few years ago we have relied on DropTine and they haven’t disappointed. All of their staff have been honest, forthright, pleasant and most of all knowledgeable. We highly recommend DropTine! We trust all our AC and heating issues with Brian and his staff.

    Our AC stopped cooling during the night. We called Brian at 8 am on Saturday, and it was up and running around 10 am. The price was right as well. We have a newborn baby, and it’s going to be 100 degrees all weekend. Truly a life saver. 100% recommend.

    Our AC went out last night at 6 and I have two small children. It was about 80 degrees. I filed a claim with home warranty and was sent info for Droptine. I figured it was worth calling, even if after hours, and sure enough I received a live person who was so kind and helpful. An hour later they called and said they had a nearby cancellation so by 8:30 p.m. they were at my home and AC was fixed! We all had a good nights sleep thanks to Droptine. I have not experienced this kind of service from trade professionals in YEARS and I am so impressed I would use them again, home warranty or not.

    Friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Had a great experience, had a loud fan motor that they were able to diagnose and replace within 2 hours total.
