    We were fortunate to have Christian and his colleague Travis work on the air conditioner ducts in our home and also install a UV light. They were both friendly, calm, confident and professional.     CJ and Roberto came out to my house to do a standard service on my HVAC units. After discovering The capacitor was almost dead, and there were no floaters in the drip pans they explained the importance and significance of each. I didnā€™t feel like I was being ā€œsoldā€, more so educated. I had previously used another company to do regular maintenance, but their prices were outrageous. Dring had all around excellent client service from the initial phone call I made to them showing up on time, and even providing a map of where their service vehicle is so you know when to expect them. I also hired them to clean my ducts as itā€™s apparent that they need it. Dring is coming back out in two days to do the duct cleaning and hope the staff are as professional, honest, and thorough as CJ and Roberto were! Pricing was very fair, and highly recommend Dring! Thank you, guys!

    Travis and Jon performed a tune up to our HVAC system. They also performed a drain pan treatment, which prevents clogs, found a defective contactor and installed a hard start kit, which helps elongate the life of the compressor. Their work was very thorough, and the invoice received details all the work done, including photos of the systems. They also keep a history of work done in the past, which is helpful for reference. Thank you.

    Jay Thompson is awesome. Our heater was not working for couple of days, Jay came and did some diagnostic and found out that there was low pressure on our gas and it was a state issues . Coserv came and fix the issues and now our heater is working. I saved this company number now. Will be calling back in spring for service.

    Wow is all I can say. After having the unfortunate experience of having to replace an HVAC system in the middle of all this heat, I can say Im glad I used Dring AC to assist me. From the appointment scheduling to even being able to move it up earlier was the nice part. Now as Im sure weve all had to deal with, after getting of the shock of the cost, necessary of course, today was the install and the crew consisting of Brandon and Derrick, truly made my day.     Working with Dring Air Conditioning has been a wonderful and painless experience. From the first call with Tina asking how she could make me smile today, to the completed installation, everyone has been professional, hard working, polite and dedicated.Tina scheduled an initial meeting with Coy and Jay to have a look at my old systems and quote me new systems. I enjoyed talking with them and learning of the new technologies available.We settled on two complete new systems and scheduled installation the next day.Jose and his crew, Raffael, Jacob and Mike arrived at 9:00, explained what they had planned, and began work. They painstakingly covered our stairs and hardwood floors and spent a long grueling day in the attic. All through the day they were all polite, hardworking and diligent.     Chris came out for a repair and was extremely knowledgeable. He completed the repair and gave us options on a new unit and maintenance vs. keeping the existing unit. He was never pushy either way, he just gave us a full explanation of what is going on with our unit and what our options were. We opted for a new unit. Chris provided us with a quote and it was comprehensive as to what we could expect and pricing was very reasonable.On day of install, Luis and his crew came out. They arrived exactly when we were told. They worked diligently and were very friendly. The guys were very respectful of our home and time. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way. I wish all businesses were ran with this type of professionalism.     Christian came with new hire Carlos ; both were efficient, thorough, and completed their work but helped me with an allergen issue. I was searching for air duct cleaning and had looked at 2 other firms but will book with Dring and have longer term plans to install a much better filter system that will filter more and have anti microbial benefits.     Had AC system checked for the season. Alfredo was on time and very professional. Dring does a good job analyzing and listing any issues that may be upcoming. Solid company at a fair price. Would recommend.2nd post: A month into the summer heat season our AC went out. I called Dring the same day and they were able to send out a repairman within a few hours. Tony Payen was up to the task...very professional and he knew his business. After a new conductor was installed, we were all set. I want to thank Tony and acknowledge how good he is. It was nice to know a company is willing to go the extra mile in order to assure our AC stays on.

    Dring is great. My AC went out when in was 107 degrees outside. They had Coy out to my house with in an hour. He was great and quickly resolved the issue. Then, when I got the bill, I was surprised at how reasonable it was. They do not exploit emergency situations to make a quick buck. If you have an AC issue, call Dring first!

    I just needed a tune up and Dring sent Ken to my house at the appointed time. He quickly and professionally assessed my system, checked everything out and cleaned my outside unit. He had many good suggestions as to better care for my system. My system is only 2 years old and didnt need any repairs, only possible upgrades to make it run more efficiently and save money. Now, thanks to Dring and especially Ken, I have peace of mind. One of the main reasons I asked for a service call is that in the DFW area of Texas, were experiencing a seemingly non-ending string of 105 to 109 degree days and I wanted to make sure Im good. Im too old now to be without A/C

    Weā€™ve used Dring Air on contract since experiencing an issue last summer. This past week, we heard the news we knew was coming (need new unit), but it was all handled courteously and expeditiously. End to end it took a day for the actual replacement/install, and it runs more quietly and less often. The price was also reasonable given the work we needed done. I was impressed by the sales and service teams, and would recommend Dring to anyone asking for a referral.

    Dring installed a new system into my house. The installers were courteous, friendly and kept their work area and traffic area clean. The person who quoted me was honest and took the time to show me important areas of my system that was of concern. They had the system in stock and installed it rather quickly. The new system cools my house much better and more efficiently. I would recommend them again and will contact them for my second system when ready to replace.

Iā€™m not really happy paying $99.00 to fix a problem caused by the Kleenair/Dring technician who installed the new ECM blower motor - since that was the root cause of the problem!

Ive since continued to use Dring for maintenance, tune-ups, and repairs. They are excellent communicators before, during, and after service so theres never any surprises.     What an experience, I called Dring around 1:00 PM on Friday after speaking with 4 other companies. Dring rep showed up on my door with an hour. They gave me a price with additional things for lesser price and next morning at 8:00 AM they were at my door to install. By 1:00 PM they had installed A/c and furnace unit. Reconfigured air ducts and cleaned the house as if they were never there and were gone. Amazing people and team. I am extremely happy and would love to recommend them.

    I cannot say enough positive things about this company. First, I had booked them for a diagnostic and a quote. Along with a few other companies. As the tech was on the way I called them and told him I did not need a not diagnostic and needed a quote instead so they did not charge me for a diagnostic and instead gave me a free quote. The salesman Dustin was phenomenal. No pressure explained everything. Pricing was very good and very competitive. They said they could install the next day. So 8:30 the next day they showed up and were done about 2:30 brand new system installed. They cleaned up after they were nice. Overall very pleasant experience. I will now use them for the foreseeable future for all my HVAC needs.

    We had a fault code pop up on our system, so we called in for service.Alex S. showed up on time, ready to go. He asked some questions to make sure he understood what was going on. He quickly diagnosed that the fault was related to leaking freon and then showed me a video of the sensor identifying the loose connection. He tightened the loose fitting, refilled the system with freon, and got us back up and running in short order. They were incredibly through and provided context and answered questions throughout the inspection. Keith, the inspector also was kind enough to change one of my filters that was long overdue. While the estimates they provided were not cheap, they appeared thorough. Dring was also willing to work with us to add options we wanted or remove things we didnt.Updated 1/17 - When the guys came out to do the work, the crew was incredibly nice, respectful, considerate, and responsive. I had them do deep cleaning, brushing / vacuuming, and sealing on all the vents plus an install of a new plenum into my upstairs furnace to replace some incredibly shoddy work done by a certain letter#number AC company that was rigged up prior to me moving in the house.When the crew arrived, they were right on time, they asked before they did things or if they could touch or move things. Plus the work they did seemed really thorough, and if they had questions they always stopped to ask me throughout (without being obtrusive or imposing). When complete, they showed images of the work when they done.The one call-out for this group was that I felt we missed an end-of work walk through for all the rooms. The pictures were great, but if we had done the full walk through I feel we may have caught the two spots where they missed cleaning up / vacuuming up two clear spots of debris (one being a spot they forgot to grab their drop cloth). Neither was anything major and neither was enough to drop the rating below 5 stars. All that said, Id recommend this company. It can be a little bit on the higher price side, but the work seemed worth it!

I will admit I was irritated with customer support because now I have to rearrange my plans for the weekend. I did accept Saturday services to arrive between 10am-2pm because I had an early morning appointment elsewhere. Saturday morning I receive a call at 7:45 am saying the technicians were on there way. I asked support if there were notes added for late arrival, Sara replies ā€œyes, thereā€™s a note to arrive after 9, but we didnā€™t know what for so we sent the Tech.ā€ I politely explained to Sara why the techs can not be on route to my home because I wonā€™t be there until 8:45-9:00ish. Needless to say, Customer support can use some training and better communication skills.Now on to the highlight of my services! Christian and Quentin were phenomenal. They cleaned as they worked and were quick and communicated well. I want to say either my husband or myself were given hourly updates on what was left to do and timing. These two will def be on my request if I even need repairs again :)

    We recently had our heating and air replaced by Dring. We are very happy with the system they recommended after meeting with us to determine needs and issues. They were able to do the install right away and the crew they sent were all polite, cheerful (in spite of it being such hard work), efficient and very skilled. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood the new thermostat and any new features - like the special French drain for the evaporator pan. No one was frustrated or grouchy and they were working in the attic, in Texas, in JULY. The unit itself was repositioned to make everything more functional. The additional duct cleaning was WAY overdue and we are so glad to have added that in. A couple of small things afterwards were quickly taken care of with grace and efficiency. We highly recommend talking to the people at Dring.Jose, Alex, Jesus, and Alberto were a great team, working well together and supporting each other.     Drings customer service team is super friendly and very helpful. I have never encountered anyone on the phone or in-person with a bad or off putting attitude. They have always been really good about sending reminders of upcoming appts and do so with a person to person phone call in addition to a text. I like that they provide that personal touch to their service. I dont feel like a number I feel like a cared about customer. I am kept informed as to the arrival of the technician providing service. Abraham was the tech that visited my home recently and he was awesome. Great attitude, very professional was able to and willing to answer all of my questions. I will ask for him for future service and maintenance requests. I highly recommend Dring!

    On one of our 107 degree days, my AC stopped cooling. I called Dring and the most helpful, pleasant person at the other end of the home had a technician to my house in 2hours. He diagnosed the problem, explaining everything each step of the way. Within an hour, my house se is cooling nicely. Thanks, Dring!!

    We had a power outage at about 5 pm today, a garbage truck hit a line and knocked out the power and blew a transformer. They got it back on at 6:50 pm. When everything came back on, the AC did not come on right away. It came on after about 10 minutes, but the thermostat was just flashing with 2023 and AUG, nothing else. I did not know how to reset it, During worked in a tech to come out and reset it for me. The AC had not shut off at all since it came back on, by the time he got here the house was below 70Ā°, it felt good, but I was afraid by morning it would be 60 or lower. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally, he was very friendly even though it was after hours, almost 9 pm. Thank you Dring and Victor Borbolla for another job well done.

    Amazing team! These guys are our go-to for all HVAC maintenance and repair needs. Had a fried motor on our AC unit which Rescue Air tech was adamant we need to replace for his est quote of $14k!!! Can you say scam artists? Thank God for Dring AC and Coby, he was a rockstar! Showed up within same day we called for assistance, ran a quick diagnostic and replaced our motor + refilled refrigerant all for under $1k. Plus we signed up for their semi-annual maintenance service to keep us ready for the next brutal Texas season.     Today their technician Nedim performed the annual check on our heating system. He was very professional and thorough and suggested appropriate repairs, in order of importance, so I could decide what was needed immediately which I could afford. Photographs were provided for future reference and explanations given as to what to watch for. He was a very pleasant young man and we enjoyed his company. We have used Dring for 20+ years and have been pleased with the staff and work done.

    This business was AMAZINGLY responsive. When I first called to request service on my AC unit, which was strugglingto cool the house, Linda encouraged me to check my air filters first. While they did need to be changed, it wasnt the root cause.I called again to schedule an AC check, and the technicians - Dustin and Chase - were out the next morning. They found a leaking coil had caused a drop in refrigerant.Their assessment was thorough, and their explanation was easy to understand. They worked quickly and efficiently, wearing masks and shoe protectors when they were inside.They also took the time to explain their Dring Annual Maintenance plan, which is a GREAT deal.     I found the crew from Dring to be very professional. They arrived on time, were courteous and went to work promptly (Entire HVAC system including Ductwork). After install of the system, we noticed a slight rattle and tone coming from the ductwork. A simple call to the office got the crew back a few days later.     Alfredo Ramos was the service technician that came to my home. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and a very nice person. He was here for the yearly inspection of my unit. He knew exactly what to do. He noticed that I had a few issues going on with my unit .He took his time and show me the problems he had found.     Coby B. came out last night when the temp outside was 108 to service our a/c which was blowing hot air. It was later in the evening and I feel pretty confident that he had been at it all day. First, I want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to address the office personnel that answered my call, very professional, prompt and impressive. Back to Coby, who greeted me at my door with a huge smile on his face. Very professional, prompt and obvious that he was an expert in this field. He educated me on what I could do to take better care of our unit. I was so impressed, I signed up to be a member. Dring didnt charge any after hours, fees, etc. I started out calling the companies who run commercials all the time. No luck there, which turned out to be a good thing for me if you read up on reviews. COBY, you need a raise! Customer for life for sure. I cant wait to tell my neighbors about your amazing service!!

    I recd a call from Dring A/C stating that I had a Heating System Maint. (paid) with the previous A/C Co. Daughter-in-law set it up prior to my moving to Garland. Anyway, the visit was scheduled with Alfredo Lee & Kenneth Lewis arriving, as schedule, w/a 30 min. adv. call. Alfredo did a superb job checking and inspecting all aspects of the 13 yr. old unit, in the attic, that has not given any trouble but needs its Ann. Checkup. Two men are not needed, Kenneth, presumably, came along to assist at next location.Both were most friendly, kind, and presented their complete analysis with professionalism. Im taking out a new Maint. Contract w/Dring as I definitely want Alfredo back.

    My mother recently had Dring come out to replace her old air conditioner and furnace, and asked me to post a review of her experience.She said she respected everyone involved in the process: from the gentleman who inspected her old equipment to the men who did the work. She was especially impressed by Robert Hall, the inspector and sales rep, and the two brothers, Josh and Skyler Morris, who installed the new equipment. She described the work of the installers as being thorough and excellent. She also wanted to praise the install manager, Joel Hamnes, for his caring and considerable efforts in quickly obtaining the correct air conditioner for her home. Overall, she thought the people she dealt with were excellent and the service they provided was first rate.

    Coby cheerfully arrived and worked in 115 degree temps to ensure my AC was working properly and stayed to measure pressure and temps inside after adding refrigerant.
