    Highly recommend this company. Before they came out to check our unit that was not working, William gave us a few things to check that we could do ourselves so we wouldnt have to pay for them to fix a simple issue. Those things were not the issue, so he fit us in the same day to look at the unit. Within a short amount of time he found the issue and fixed it! Price was amazing and well worth every bit of it!

    Thank you so much for being a wonderful company. We will be a forever customer. They fixed our problem in an hour and a half for a reasonable price. Another company was going to charge us double along with 10 hrs of work. Plus other companies wasnt going to be able to come out for several days but Dragon A.C came the next morning. Hands down the best A.C company Ive ever encountered.

    **Edit for update: William came out quickly and corrected the minor issues that I was having. The unit works beautifully and is now much quieter. He also showed me a feature that will let the unit swap from AC to heat, and back, on its own as a set it and forget it option which is fantastic. I highly recommend this company.**The gentlemen that installed the system were very professional and polite. They did a good job on a difficult project. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that the detail work is missing from the project. They had to cut a larger opening in my wall to fit the inside part of the equipment, and a 1-2 inch gap was left on both sides. The unit is extremely loud and filling the gap would dampen the sound. The installer advised me that I would have to buy the material and fix the gap myself. In my opinion, for the amount paid, trim work should have been included as part of the completed installation.

    I was at whits end on an a/c not cooling complaint and i thought i checked it all, but i called dragon and they shifted everything around to accomodate me and my problem. had it fixed in no time and when it was time to pay the bill, i felt like i didnt pay enough! those guys are awesome.     Chad and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, and only do the work that is necessary. Their prices are competitive and they offer financing for the big jobs. Try their service plan out! You won’t be disappointed! It includes a routine check up make ready appointment in the fall for winter and in the spring for the summer months. Next time you need an AC or Heating problem solved give these guys a call! They will have you up and running in no time and you’ll still have money in your wallet.

    It took me 9 months and 5 different a/c companies before I found Dragon. A good friend had referred me to them after he heard what all I had been going through to find an a/c company. He told me about the excellent service he had received from them. I called right away and they came out the same day. Within 10 minutes the technician found the issues and had everything fixed better than it had been in a year.

    They (Rachel) answered phone professionally and promptly. Tech was able to come out on same day even though it was a super busy time of year. Quickly diagnosed and repaired unit....minor repair. Tech (Chad)even went above and beyond and contacted and filed the part under my warranty for me. Super amazing service. Highly recommend them.
