    If youre looking forward to an honest and reliable company for any of your HVAC needs look no further than Dr Kool. He and his guys were quick and efficient and cheaper than the other HVAC companies in town. He gave me the facts about my system and told me my options. He didnt try to push anything on me and left it totally up to me and what I thought I needed or wanted. He took care of everything and even registered my system for the warranty. Patrick is a good person and an honest man. The guys that work for him are also honest and dependable. I couldnt have had a better experience.

    Pretty responsive and great service. They were communicating the issue and solution very clearly and ultimately were able to fix my furnace and get my heat to actually run. They also made improvements to my gas connection so that the potential for future maintenance issues is reduced and made on point recommendations to avoid the issue happening in future… this was after I had two other companies bringing their senior and juniors technicians and replacing parts and yet not having a clue of what was the cause…

    I called for a maintenance service on my heater they came right out. While checking unit they discovered wiring issues from installation last year when installed and corrected it. Great costumer service ! Patrick has always taken care of any issue fast and effectively!!

    Patricks crew replaced a leaking evaporator coil and rerouted a drain line for us. Everything went great. I thought the price was very fair and the installers Ryan and Alex were great to work with, as was Patrick. They explained everything they were doing and kept me updated all along the way. I had used Dr. Kool for many years prior to Patrick taking over ownership, and he has continued the great service that was always provided. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kool for you a/c and heating needs!

    Excellent service. I work in Property management and Dr. KOOL is great to work with. Responsive, quick and honest. He doesnt try and get more money out of you than what is needed. He will fix what is necessary to get your AC working! They do great work.

    Our renter’s AC went out late on a Friday. Patrick with Dr. Kool called us back and made the repair quickly. The fan motor on the same unit failed that same night! Next morning he responded quickly and had us fixed up. He’s courteous, efficient, reasonable and responsive to calls and texts. We’ll be calling Patrick for repairs and maintenance in the future.

    Weve used Dr. Kool a few times over the years - hes always been wonderful. Recently, our A/C stopped cooling overnight on a Friday - realized it when waking up Saturday morning, and I contacted Patrick. He responded immediately and was at my house in 10 minutes. He was able to have it fixed and was done in less than 30 minutes. I will ALWAYS recommend Dr. Kool - amazing work, fast, and professional!!UPDATE: Just needed Dr. Kool again for a different issue. He got his guys out so quickly! They were very helpful, informative and courteous! Dr. Kool will always be my first call!!!

    Patrick and his team are the best!! We had a heater issue. Another company was quick to tell us we needed a whole new furnace. Patrick and his team were able to fix our unit same day and save us from having to get a new unit. He is kind and honest.     All the excellent reviews of Patricks work are spot-on. He worked a brand of split inverter he had never seen before and not only cleaned it but also corrected what he could of the sloppy work of who ever did the original installation.

    Our landlord let us go 3 days with a broken AC in the middle of the summer last year. There are 5 kids under the age of 15 and 4 pets and we were all on the verge of heat stroke. Patrick came to fix it and something went wrong late that Saturday night and it stopped working again. I was afraid we would have to go another day until Monday without AC because it was the day before Father’s day. I texted Patrick and told him what was going on and he texted back almost immediately and drove over 30 minutes back to my house at 11 pm to fix my AC. He was extremely professional and helpful and kind and generous to come so late to help me and my family! He expressed to me, while I was thanking him over and over, that he has children of his own and wouldn’t want his own children to endure the Texas summer heat with no AC so he was so happy to help! He ended up leaving my house after midnight to go spend his Father’s Day with his kids! I pray for him daily that the Lord blesses him and his family!
