Our AC started having problems at 8:30 on a Friday night. I called the original company that replaced the full system 3 years ago because it should have been under warranty, but I did not hear back from them. My next stop was to reach out to Stephen and see if he would be able to look at it over the weekend so we didnt have to get a hotel and board the pets. Double S was at the house before 9:00 Saturday morning. Unfortunately, a part that had to be order had gone out so we would have to wait until Monday. Luckily, this amazing company loaned us window units to hold us over the weekend. We later found out on Monday that they brand AC installed 3 years ago (by a different AC company) is no longer open and we had to replace more than we were expecting. Stephen gave us a great price and had our AC unit back in working order promptly. His responsiveness and communication is top notch and we are thankful he got to us so quickly during this lovely Texas heat. Thank you, Stephen and crew, for your professionalism and getting our air conditioning system back in proper working order!

Tech arrived within one hour of call, even though it was after hours. They were transparent with pricing and pricing was very reasonable. The tech was professional in manner and appearance. He quickly fixed the problem. In an industry known to be rife with fraud and deceit, it’s nice to see a company that does things the right way. Thank you Double S and thank you Drake!.

Our only two year old A/C system installed by a different company went out unexpectedly. Formerly being an office manager and dispatcher 10 years for HVAC companies I know the norm is to get in the door and sell, often things you don’t need and charge an arm and leg for any work done. Double S is the first HVAC company I’ve encountered that doesn’t do that!!! We received very prompt after hours within an hour service, skilled technicians, excellent customer service and communication, super reasonable price, and our A/C cools better than it ever has - like it’s on steroids!! This company has excellent morals and ethics - something very hard to find now a days. Look no further for all your HVAC needs. They’ve got a customer for life #

Great set of HVAC professionals that take care of you. Stephen & Drake went above & beyond to explain my HVAC issue & address it as fast as they could. Great pricing & excellent work replacing my ducts and installing dampers. Walker & Dustin were very professional each visit they came. They cleaned up after themselves each time too! They were all humble & easy to work with. Overall, great company for any HVAC wants or needs. I’d recommend them to any friend, neighbor, or colleague!

I called on Labor Day. Broken HVAC. Was offered a service call immediately, even on the Holiday!I declined the holiday visitand scheduled for the next morning. Drake arrived as planned and he and his helper found the problem and corrected my issue,all within 2.5 hours. Even after encountering a crazy cat in my attic while replacing a thermostat wire, they were professional and quick!! : ) Before they left, my house was already 4 degrees cooler that when they arrived!I cant say enough good things about this group! I would recommend them ANY and EVERY time!

This company is a great company to use. I called them to do a repair on my home 5-ton a/c unit. They are very punctual and diagnosed the problem and had to order parts. The parts came in, in two days. They called and scheduled a time that worked with my schedule. They came and completed the repairs and cleaned everything up. About a month later during the winter, it started getting warm outside so I turned on the unit to check it out before it got warm outside. It wasnt cooling so I called them and was scheduled for the very next morning. They came in and checked the system and found a very small leak on the dryer that they had installed. They repaired the leak, vacuumed the system and recharged the system. They did an excellent job at no cost to me. If you are looking for a company that has an outstanding work ethic and stands behind their work, this is the company you need to use. You will glad that you called them.

What more could a home owner ask for?!? If youre like me and is someone that chooses a service company based on customer service, quality of work and fair pricing, then this is the company for you. Their based out of Lindale, but has come to Gilmer to service my A/C several times. From the first contact when calling in my requests, to getting a quote, to completing the service/repair, Drake was nothing but friendly and professional. He let me know his earliest availability and was here promptly before our agreed time, which I know is not always easy in the service industry. Hes always given me fair pricing BEFORE completing any service/repair, rather than just doing it and presenting me with a hefty bill at the end. Something I truly appreciate! The pricing has ways been fair and competitive, yet affordable. And most importantly, I have never had the same issue again after Drake is done working his magic.

Highly recommend... I gave them a call on a Saturday and they told us what time they would be there and they were there on point. We also call them and needed our AC fixed on our coach and with no hesitation they worked us into there schedule and got us going before our trip... They are a 24 hour service and Stephen and Drake will do you right!!!!!
