    In light of our current extreme cold spell they did a great job getting out to check my furnace.Everyone is friendly and the Tech Mike came out was very professional and helpful. He took the time to explain the issue as well as explained how it will be fixed.     Amazing, prompt and efficient service! Came home late at night to no heat when the temp was -1° outside. Called first thing when they opened at 8am they had a tech to my house by 9am. Chris diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to run to get a part but had my heat back up and running within an hour. Can not tell you how much I appreciate the quick response and resolution. I will definely be recommending them to my friends and family.

    I can see why their company is named Dependable! DEPENDABLE , they are! I wrote in online with their request form for service to our heater. I heard back from them right away with a time the technician could be there. Chris arrived and knew what was wrong right away. He replaced the part we needed and we are back up to a warm home.     I normally use another company that serviced our old house in Macomb Twp. I had a no heat situation and the earliest they could get to me was 5 days later. It’s January, in Michigan, and a Friday to boot. I called Dependable and they were out in a few hours. Chris Little figured out the issue and had to order a part. He got the heat working for the weekend and came out first thing Tuesday and put the part in. Great response, great tech. Thanks you everyone at DependableRay

    I am the Secretary/Treasurer of our condo board. Dependable has performed numerous furnace replacements for the co-owners of our complex. I have yet to hear a complaint. My experience has been exceptional. Joe was my service technician. He quickly assessed the condition of my 35 year old Laars boiler, he showed me images of the boilers condition, and suggested that due to carbon monoxide gases, he would not turn on the furnace. Then, after asking, he said that Dependable had a replacement boiler that would fit the furnace space, and he offered financing if required. Once I gave Joe the go ahead, he said it would take about six hours to install. He was completed with 5 hours. Joe and his assistant were completely professional throughout the process. After seeing the installed Brute Mini furnace, I felt completely satisfied with the purchase and with Dependable. I will make sure that our Condo Management company is aware of Joe and Dependable.

    Weve got a three year history with this company. And were very happy with them and their work! When they give you an appointment they give you a time range, usually three hours. And they always show up.The quality of their work is excellent and they dont leave a mess.This most recent appointment. I called during off hours and when they tried to get back to me, for a number of reasons I was away from my phone and didnt hear it ring. And when I didnt get back to them by phone. They texted me a date and time asking if that would do. It did work and I was very happy that stayed on top of this. And used another piece of tech to finally get my attention.Well be calling them again next year for an inspection. Sooner if something goes wrong.Good company to do business with.Always glad to see Joe arrive!

    This was my first time using them as we had an oil furnace before installing a gas one. We actually used them twice. The first was for the furnace, getting it ready for winter, and then a couple of weeks later taking care of the dryer and vent, explaining what was wrong and what he needed to do to correct the items. He did a great job on both and, beforehand, sent me a tracking link as to his location and approximate time of arrival. I will definitely be using them again.

    The boiler technician Joe did a fantastic job of cleaning up my furnace room of unnecessary plumbing. The installation of the new boiler system was 1st class.     The technician Matt inspected two rooftop commercial units at my place of business in Fort Gratiot. He was on time for his appointment and even sent a text message saying he was on his way. Matt did a thorough test on both units and was able to determine what was wrong with both of them. I had him return a week later to make the repairs.     Worked out great for us. During this past heat wave our air conditioner was on the fritz. We saw their truck and asked if they had time to look at ours. They did and had us up and running in no time at all. We lost power about 3 hours later and it connected correctly with our generator. So all major test was completed. Very satisfied!!!!

The furnace was installed by Dependable 18 years ago with a warranty from Carrier for 20 years, Its been an excellent furnace and financially I was not prepared to install a new furnace yet. Dependable listened to my concerns and offered solutions and I had them order the part from Carrier. They got it installed as quick as possible considering the Christmas and New Year holidays.     Mike C. arrived as soon as possible on a cold (~20 F) Sunday evening. He quickly diagnosed the problem and then replaced a faulty control board, which got the furnace working again. He then inspected the heat exchanger with a video camera to make sure it was in safe condition. I will definitely call Dependable Heating & Cooling for any other furnace issues that I run into.     I was scheduled for a furnace cleaning from 1:00 p,m, to 4:00 p.m. Got a call asking if 11:00 a.m. would be ok. So the tech guys came here early, went right to work. Changed the filter and thermostat batteries, cleaned and checked out the furnace functions, made paying very easy, and now I have a clean furnace and my whole day! Courteous and professional emoloyees provided great customer service.
