They were courteous, respectful and dependable, arriving on time and working efficiently to complete the job in one day. Their prices were also much more reasonable than some of the other local companies. I highly recommend them.

    Short review: Kameron and Stacy are a phenomenal team of honest, hardworking and professional HVAC specialists.Long review: The blower motor in my 27 year-old furnace died during the dead of summer. No A/C during one of the hottest weeks in July. Had a different HVAC company via Home Depot come and take a look and was quoted at $10k for a new furnace and A/C unit…Gave Dependable Heating and Cooling a call for a second opinion, and Kameron was incredibly kind, professional and thoughtful while determining the problem (a blown motor AND cracked heat exchange) confirming I would need a new furnace. They were able to walk me through numerous estimates, all of which were SO much more reasonable than the $10k I had been quoted from their competitor.Two days later, Kameron and his dad Stacy came by and in less than 4 hours, had installed a new A/C unit and furnace, cleaned up the duct work, and hauled off the old equipment. Completely unobtrusive while I worked from home and took various calls/meetings. These guys are the real deal. Incredibly fair pricing, straightforward and FAST. If you are need of an HVAC team, look no further than these fine folks.

    Mr. Stazy responded to my call and Cameroon came and checked the appliance and gave clear diagnosis within a few hours of the call. Cameroon informed me of all my options and provided his recommendations. Cameroon replaced the failed motor and put in a temporary motor on his first visit itself - He came prepared. Cameroon and Stazy replaced the entire faulty unit, including the temporary motor they put in, and replaced it with a new unit within 5 days. Both of them were very professional in dealings and are well informed of the appliance they work with and they administered the work very skillfully and neatly. I would strongly recommend this team.

    Dependable is fantastic - initially they came out (next day after I called) to look at our furnace which had been tripping a limit switch and very quickly determined the issue to be terminal and that replacement would be a much better decision (bad secondary heat exchanger would have an incredibly expensive replacement - and on a 20 year old furnace, it made no sense).They had a very easily laid out set of options, showing the differences between the levels (which I as an engineer really like in order to make what I considered the best decision for our house) and the prices associated - and were able to come back by the end of the week to install all the new equipment (including an AC unit, as ours was also 20 years old; and the hot water heater as that had started to leak the day before I called them) and our house was back to being nice and warm!Incredibly professional and very honest with pricing that is extremely fair - I highly recommend them.

    Cameron was on-time, courteous, professional, and efficient. Performed maintenance on my furnace and advised me on how to avoid some future problems. Was in and out in under and hour for a very reasonable fee. Also, a next day appointment is getting harder and harder to find among contractors these days. Kudos. They earned their name in my book.

    Had and issue with the heater blower not working. Messaged them and they called shortly after they opened and out to do the repair within 2hrs of calling. Cameron was super nice and worked to have the issue fixed much faster than expected. Many options to fix the issue from their band-aid which fixes the direct issue with other options to clean and check the whole system and look for potential issues that may be coming down the road and follow up visits. Array of options to get you up and running and for them to look out for you in the future. Very up front about everything and very trustworthy family company! Will be our go to for any HVAC issues and for our replacement when our very aged system needs to be replaced. Thanks for the help and the quick response/fix!

    I have been doing business with Dependable H & C for nearly 15 years. They originally installed a new furnace and air conditioning in my home. Most recently I had then out to look over my A/C unit. They perform maintenance and also corrected a small problem which improved the cooling of the system. They came out the same day I called For service and met their estimated time of arrival. They have always been professional and have provided good quality in the work they have done.They are certainly worth considering if you are in need of a quotation for a new heating and cooling system or if you need repairs on an existing one.

    Wow where do I start. I had an A/C problem with my 20 year old A/C and furnace 2 years ago. I called Dependable Heating and Cooling. Stacey gave me such a reasonable price and was recommended by my neighbor I told him to go ahead with the job. He came did all the work kept me informed because I was at work during the installation cleaned up and left with a beautiful new furnace and A/C system. Fast forward to today. I heard a whistling noise from the furnace while the A/C was running so I called Stacey. He came out found the problem fixed it and didnt charge me TWO YEARS LATER! First class. Thanks Stacey

    The exhaust fan on the furnace went out at 3:30 am. Some very cold weather was due to come in during the week. I started calling HVAC businesses at 8 am. Everyone was telling me that they could not make it out for a week. I left a message with Dependable and received a call back at around 9:15 am. They came to the house prior to noon and completed the repair by 1:30. I am VERY happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

    Great experience with this company. Called on a super hot day less than an hour before they closed and a technician was at the house in a half hour.
