Over the last couple of years, whenever I had issues with my A/C/heat, I was always able to call on Darren and his crew for help. They were always able to come pretty promptly, especially in emergency situations (dead smack in the middle of a TX summer!). This last time, what I originally thought was going to be a minor issue turned into needing a whole unit replaced. Darren and his crew were able to get me all setup with a new unit and have the A/C cooling our overheated home so fast! Im so grateful!! I highly recommend this company for your A/C needs. They know their stuff, know what theyre doing and dont leave you overheated/freezing in emergency situations!

Been using Darren for all of our AC needs since we’ve moved into the home back in 2019. They’re honest people who genuinely care. Our unit stopped working pretty late, I texted Darren around midnight and Michael came out the following morning. They assessed the situation and let me know that the unit is completely out (Unit is about 13 years old) and got everything ordered and installed the next day. Darren was great with communication and updated us throughout the day while also sending photos to keep us updated. We can’t recommend him and his team enough. Don’t go to anyone else! They’re the best!

Our residential AC unit were completely broken and we reached out to DC Air Conditioning & Heating, they sent there techs immediately in the matter of less than an hour! They helped us secure a replacement unit and installed them right away. During the process there were some issues due to our house being a bit dated, but DC techs troubleshooted and went the extra mile to make sure installation is done. The techs were professional throughout the experience, pricing were exceptionally reasonable, and the quality is superb. DC has made a couple repairs for us previously and was honest and reasonable. They just replaced our entire a/c and heating system. They were done a few hours early and we had Artic Air flowing by dinner!Pricing: Perfect.100%!!Other quotes for a 5 ton complete system with install were 40% to 65% higher!! We couldnt believe it! Daren broke it all down and showed us why.Daren even gave us advice on what else we needed to do to our home for cooling that he couldnt do and what to avoid when calling around. They were professional from consult, install, and inspection. My city is very difficult with inspections, but the inspector was so impressed that he even took pictures of DC’s work to keep for the gold star on how to do things. Would 100% recommend DC Air Conditioning & Heating. Amazing communication and top notch work!

Darren is top tier!He’s been working on my condo for a couple years now. After 3 contractors trying to fix my inside unit, he was able to come up with a solution for me after having no AC for 3 months in the summer - it was brutal. He was able to explain the scenarios on why I was having issues and why the installment of the new unit wasn’t working correctly. A year later, my upstairs unit went completely out and he was able to come within a few days to replace the entire unit. He is super reliable and quick! Darren was great! He was the only contractor I contacted that asked additional questions to ensure the system I was to purchase was right for my home. The old unit was 3.5 tons. After speaking with Darren I decided to upgrade the size to 4 tons after pointing out my homes sqft was just barely under the recommended sqft for a 4 ton unit. After doing my own research on the subject, I had to agree. The cost to upgrade was minimal and I can really notice the difference.Darren always returned messages in a timely manner. Scheduling the install was easy and they were exactly on time. The install crew was friendly, professional and efficient. Once the install was complete Darren was happy to show the work, explain the system and answer any questions.

We purchased our home last year and our inspector commented on how well maintained our HVAC units were, especially for a house built in 2001. So we asked the sellers to give us the info on the company who maintained it. We have had regular maintenance with no issues, but with the extreme heat lately, of course one of our units went out on a Sunday in the middle of the night. Darrin had someone out to repair it same day, and when it ended up being a part that was unavailable on a Sunday, he had someone here first thing Monday morning. Great response time and great work. We are very pleased with our service!

Run free diagnostic and gave me options to pick.Since my AC unit is old, I decided to replace the whole system after getting a fair quote from him.Replacement started around 1:30pm and finished around 4:30pm in the same day. Everything was scheduled ahead before the work started. Gave me an install window and then kept me updated with ETA texts as the day progressed. Install crew was well groomed and polite, very covid conscious. Unfortunately for me, there was no fix. Luckily though, DC Air came through and installed a brand new unit within the next couple of days! He fixed the previous ductwork and double checked all the work his crew had done. I was really interested in getting something fancy with the bells and whistles, but Darren talked me down and compared the costs of maintenance and repairs with the newer, expensive units. Hes been in the business for over 20 years and knows what hes talking about! My front unit stopped blowing cold air last week. Michael at DC came out the following day and fixed it.I cant recommend DC Air Conditioning and Heating enough to all of my friends and family. Fast, quick reliable service every single time. Its like talking to someone who feels like a family friend. He wont try to cheat you or upsell you like so many others out there. I texted Darren Nguyen, the owner who promptly responded (very impressive) and gave us a very competitive pricing that we sealed the deal as soon as he finished looking into our HVAC situation. He explained to us what we needed and what we didn’t according to his diligent findings regarding our cooling/ heating status. As scheduled, he and his team of 5 arrived promptly to our house, worked efficiently and before you know it, delivered as he had promised. He additionally serviced our other older unit and replaced the capacitor. His 10 year-warranty on parts and 3 years on labor-maintenance made it even worth the while. I was moved with their professionalism and camaraderie that I bought the guys some sandwiches, soda and cold water to drink during their lunch break from their tight schedule. Thank you, guys.
