    Had a furnace issue so called Dave and the owner answered the phone and was extremely helpful and said Iā€™d have service the same day - a rarity! I next spoke with April who was also very helpful and ultimately. Cameron showed up and was beyond helpful and courteous. Cameron also took the time to educate me on some things furnace related which I appreciated.Overall we will be using Daveā€™s Heat and Air for our HVAC needs.

    Great service. Called on Friday with a/c problem and Tyler came out same day and quickly determined compressor was bad. I accepted their bid on new heat pump and air handler on Saturday. New system installed on Tuesday by Tyler and Cameron. They also determined that the old a/c unit was 5 ton but the old furnace was only 4 ton. Good company to deal with.

    We built a new house and had the best service with Daves Heat and Air! Cameron did a great job with our install and made sure we knew how our new system works. We went with a Carrier Infinity Green Speed 24 Seer Heat Pump system. Honestly, its so quiet and effecient we never even think about it.     I highly recommend this company! Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed about the issue. He even drove to Carrollton from Greenville and back for the part we needed and installed it fast and efficiently to get our AC back up and running on a hot summer day! We had another company come out the night before and quoted us $3000 for the same repair and couldnā€™t get it fixed for two weeks, Cameron got it fixed for 1/3 of that price and the same day! Again, I highly recommend Daveā€™s Heat and Air..we wonā€™t be using anyone else from now on! I also want to add that he gave us advice on things we could do to make our current unit run better and more efficient so we get the longest life possible out of it before replacing it.

Rhonda is very friendly and helpful over the phone when I called the office.I love that they text me once the technician is in route to the property.     End to end, this experience went well. I bought an old home a few years ago. I knew the HVAC was long in the tooth so I was prepared to replace it. But those pandemic prices were outrageous. So we just let the old system chug along with occasional repairs. I wanted plane the replacement before failure and at the time of the year in which the weather is pleasant. My choice was going to look for a balance between long term satisfaction and economics. I want higher quality and function, as long as I can afford it. Cameron came and listened to wants and needs and proposed a solution that included very specific additions that I was hoping for. The best part is that these upgrades to the ventilation system were far less expensive that I had imagined. On that rainy morning, the team rolled up on site in several trucks and jumped right in. There were guys everywhere. There were several in the attic, on the ground floor, front yard, and back yard. Then some dude rolls up in a pickup with parts. But he is wearing shorts, so now you know who the boss is. As the afternoon grew long, the team was finishing up. I was expecting a construction mess as there was sheetrock cutting and a new attic ladder installed. But, they cleaned up very well. It was impressive. When it was all said and done, Cameron and one other guy took the time to educate me on the technical details of the system. Cameron seems to think this system is going to save me a ton of money. This is Texas, I am skeptical. He will be back as summer is wrapping up, and then we will see who is right. I hope it is him.

    I called these folks because another company I had had come out never got me a quote until I called them back. Once I did call them back, they were telling me that a simple circuit board would be $1,000 to replace. When I asked what the division was between parts and labor I was told they only offer flat rate. Because of that I was looking for another option and found Daves. Everyone Ive talked to there has been incredibly helpful. The tech that came out walked me through several things that could be done for efficiency for my system, or things that should have been done when my system was installed new, but he wasnt pushy or trying to sell me anything. Instead of the $1,000 repair the other people were trying to sell me, they ended up fixing my issue and getting our AC working again for just the price of a service call. If they did need to come out in the future and replace the circuit board, their price was over $600 less. Its rare to find a company that actually deserves your business, and I feel Daves is one of those. They have earned my future business for sure.

    They were very courteous, honest and professional. They diagnosed our issue quickly and discussed our options. We planned on replacing our unit this next offseason but decided with the needed repairs that it was best to replace it now. We had 5 quotes within 15 minutes and they were able to do the install just a few days later.     Our business had both A/C units go down and was in danger of having to close due to 106 temps outside. Other AC repair shops were quoting 362 day backorder for needed parts. I had used Daveā€™s for my personal HVAC at home and was very happy so I called Dave hoping he could help. Dave called me back same day as he was coming through customs from vacation, had a crew on site that same day, verified the problem, got the part to get one up and running within a couple of days and the other one a couple of weeks later. Getting that first unit running kept our small business operational. Great folks, wouldnā€™t use anyone else!

    Daveā€™s heat and air installed my unit over 9 years ago. They have done biannual cleaning yearly. I have had a couple of small repairs over the nine years but nothing significant. This morning Tyler, from Daveā€™s heat and air finished a repair that has been a major challenge by anyone standards. Over the course of three weeks it has involved multiple parts. The time that this job has taken has been due to ordering and waiting for shipment of parts from factory and the resolution of repair came when he determined that a part he was shipped two weeks ago was defective. This has been a major challenge for both Daveā€™s Heat & air and myself. I am grateful for everyoneā€™s involvement in getting my unit back up and running. I gladly give five stars to Daveā€™s Heat and Air and the individuals who successfully made it happen. I will never consider using another AC company.

    Extremely impressed! They came out the same day and were very knowledgeable on the systems. I had another company come out and they told me they didnt know what was wrong...Daves looked at my unit and in 30 seconds knew how to fix it.     Tyler and his Associate were waaay here before the appointment time which was scheduled between 1pm and 3pm. (No complaints arriving early) They arrived around 10:20am and was done within an hour.The A-Coil needed a good cleaning which is why it was condensating so bad and dripping on the floor...I can tell the difference in cooling now as well as having a Fresh Lemon sent in the air from the cleaning. šŸ‘ They also checked the freon on the outside unit which all was good!The whole experience was great, professional, explained what the cost would be and reasonably priced of the service provided.
