This company saved me thousands of dollars! A different company one day prior and was supposed to have provided AC service & quoted me for a replacement that would have cost us $$$$$. He came the next day (as a second opinion) and notified me that there was no AC Service completed as my units were completely backed up. We went with his recommendation which was a fraction of the cost. It was a pleasure to have found a honest and professional company that provides quality & reliable services.

He does excellent work and is very easy to talk to, being very approachable and kind in his interactions. His knowledgeable base is broad and he is very trustworthy. He showed up when he said he would, and after he left, you could not even tell he had been here. Very clean and orderly. We are very pleased with his work!

Very happy with the very prompt and professional service I received from Custom Comfort Pros LLC. I had an issue with heating in a section of my house and in less than 2hrs after I was introduced to the company and made contact, someone was out to make assessment and identified the problem. Within 24hrs, I received a detailed, reasonable quote and repairs were completed satisfactorily. I was kept informed at all steps of the process and the technician arrived at the agreed times, no lateness or rescheduling!!!I will definitely use the company again.

Since working with this company it’s been a pleasure he didn’t stop until he got my air conditioning working the property management contacted him and he came right out and got to the root of the problem it wasn’t an overnight job it was storming the power went out he still stayed and work it was extremely hot in my attic I greatly appreciate him and his company!!! Professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. We lost AC during the most recent record high temps (107!) in Houston area. Fit us in on short notice. Initially assessed our compressor needed replacing. Got it covered under manufacturer warranty next day. When beginning install, found our builder overcharged our unit with 3 lbs of excess refrigerant, which was overwhelming our compressor. Instead of proceeding with replacement compressor install, and charging us a pile of money, he pulled off the excess and got us back up and running great! Its refreshing to find an honest heating and AC company that prioritizes the customers best interest first. Theyre our go-to from here on out.
