I am extremely impressed with the service I received today from Cucco’s Air Conditioning & Heating Co. Our air conditioning unit stopped working, so I found them online via Google search. I called their office @ 7:00am. Repair technician “Joe” arrived at my home by 9:30am. Joe diagnosed my air unit, obtained the replacement, installed the new part and was all done by 11:30am. Joe was very professional & knew exactly what he was doing. Cucco’s now has a customer for life. P.S. It takes a whole lot to impress me, but today I was definitely impressed by their service! I highly recommend them.

Doug the owner of Cucco’s came out with in a hour of my call for A/C repairs. Was very pleased with the service. I did need a new unit, mine was 25 yrs old and quit. They were fast and efficient getting my new A/c unit in. We used Cucco’s last year to replace a capacitor on our existing unit and were very pleased with the response time and service we received.This year when we had AC trouble again, we called Cucco’s late on a Sunday night and Doug came out Monday morning to check out the problem.We needed a new blower unit, however, since our AC was 18 years old and a new blower would take 2-3 days to get, we elected to have a new system installed. Doug gave us several options to choose from, we made a decision that day, and the new unit was installed and running the next day.Doug, Tracy, Anita and the install team are all great to work with. We will be using Cucco’s for all our AC needs in the future.

AC problems only happen when it is 130 degrees, middle of night or on weekends.Well in our case all 3.This was the first time we used Cucco’s so I called and seriously within an hour Doug was at our house.Turns out it happened to be just a fuse. I will without a doubt recommend Cucco’s to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for saving us from melting.

I chose Cuccos to replace my AC units and air handlers about 12 years ago. I have been using their services since that time and they have done an excellent job in pricing, communication, warranty and routine servicing. Doug has been top shelf to deal with. We had issues with the attic air handlers and he fully replaced both units at no charge 5 years after the initial installation. Shelby has been on site a few times and has provided great service that I fully trust. Based on my experience with Cuccos, I fully recommend them and my expectations and mechanical experience are high.

I rarely do this. If I post a review, its normally scathing.My A/C stopped blowing the Saturday before we left town for a vacation. I called several local HVAC techs. Most didnt bother to call back. It took a week, but I got 2 very reputable local companies to give me a quote. Of course, they didnt want to fix it. They wanted me to spend 10k on a new system that they could install in a couple of weeks.Then I called Cuccos. I should have started with them. Shelby Cucco was able to get there that day. He said, Nah, I can fix it.He showed up the next morning and got it back up and operational in a couple hours. Literally saved me thousands of dollars. Thanks Cuccos.

We noticed our ac unit was not cooling on a Saturday, called Cuccos and they worked with me to schedule a time convenient for me. They came out and quickly figured out my problem (overflow pan float switch tripped) blew out the drain line and had it working very quickly. We have been using them for 3-4 years now and we are always impressed with their fair, honest, and knowledgeable work! We have recommended them to all our family and friends. Had a great experience. A few days ago, my AC unit started cycling off and on so I called Cuccos for service, who originally installed the unit. The technician called me back and I described the issue. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Very simply, the float valve had been tripped and the line needed to be blown out. I paid the modest service fee and I am very happy to be nice and cool again. The Cuccos team delivered quickly and honestly, and I thank them for that. They have earned my business.

Cuccos has proven themselves to go above and beyond my expectations. Came home from vacation to a dead fan motor and a hot upstairs so I started calling around for quotes because Ive known since March that my 15 year old Trane system was on its way to the junkyard. Timely responses and call backs every step of the way. Wonderful customer care all around. They even replaced my fan and added freon to get us by until they could schedule the installation. Doug was in and out in no time with the unit back up and running. Anita even followed up the next morning to make sure it was still running properly. My father in law practically begged me not to sign anything until Id given them a call because he was so impressed with their care and service for his own system and the work theyd done for my brother in law as well. Installation is next week and I anticipate the same consistency in their care and service for years to come. Pricing is more than reasonable as well. I strongly urge anyone reading to give Cuccos a call for your AC needs.

Perfect company for you to call with all your AC problems, they are awesome!! The service was outstanding, technicians are very knowledgeable and super nice, they make you feel like you in good hands. My AC went out last night, and my husband is out of town for a week... so I went to Home Advisor to request AC help. I got 2 calls by 8AM this morning. The first AC complany called & the AC guy came out and gave an estimate of $1100 for repairs and pushed me to replace our old units.Cuccos AC also called and offered to do a free estimate as a second opinion. They came out within 2 hours and repaired my AC for $120. I am so grateful to Cuccos AC for being honest and fair and fixing my AC on the spot...especially since my husband is out of town and cant be here to help make a decision. We have relied on Cuccos for about ten years now. In that time, we have had a yearly maintenance contract with them that has saved our tails from sweating in midsummer when a capacitor blew out; they have replaced our outdated AC units and ductwork; and they just replaced our gas heater this past year when it started showing signs of corrosion. Decided to replace the unit, technician was aware we had propane. Guys showed up to replace unit without all the required parts for propane. Said and put it in writing they would be back Monday or Tuesday to complete the job. Now two weeks later Cuccos wont answer the phone and wont return any calls. Buyer Beware.Update.... Owner contacted us as there was a lot of miscommunication and he made sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction.

I came home, from work ,the Wednesday night to find out that my AC had gone out. I called Cuccos that next morning, and they were in my drive way around 1pm that same day. (they are in Dayton, I live in spring) Chris came out and did the troubleshooting to find out what was wrong. After changing out a couple of things and testing all he could, he let me know I had to get a new unit. He was very polite and respectful, and didnt push me to get a certain brand unit! He let me know he could change the same kind we already had, explained the advantages and disadvantages of that vs a newer upgrade. He took the time to help me get the financing I needed as well!! Because lets face it, not everyone has that kind of money available on the spot.BUT their pricing was at least 1k less than the other companies I looked into!! WOW!!!After working around my schedule for replacement, they were back out here and hard at work friday morning. The guys arrived on time, actual time they told me they would be here!! Martin started taking out the old unit, and his helper arrived with some of the parts about 15 min after Martin came. Just about the time they were finished taking out the old unit, the new one arrived on a delivery truck. The guys were very polite, respectful, and clean while they worked. They didnt even mind my husband watching over them and asking questions the entire time they were working.. lolThe job only took them about 4 hours!!! Everything got replaced in the unit, no shortcuts were taken at all!! They cleaned up the remains of the old unit and boxes and left out of here after making sure we were happy and understood the new thermostat controller.Most wonderful AC company experience ever!! :) On time, polite, punctual, and clean working men.. Very Satisfied!! I actually give them the highest recommendation ever. I have already shared their number with at least 2 of my co wrokers.. :) Thanks Cuccos!!
