I am really happy I found CSR Air Conditioning and Heating. Roger responded promptly and gave me the info I needed. After the diagnosis he was actually able to get the motor same day, he came back in the afternoon and got that knocked out. The rest of the unit had to be ordered and it arrived fairly quickly. After all said and done, the heater was working again. I would definitely recommend.Update May 2024Had Roger come out to service another unit. Excellent service and communication. I can see why this company has all five stars. I had issues with a broken HVAC system. Roger and team came out today. Even though the part was in an old furnace, he was able to get the part and come back to fix it within a couple of hours - despite having other appointments. This was greatly appreciated. In addition, Roger diagnosed and unclogged drain line. He explained exactly what was done, what to expect, and offered some tips to keep it going. No upselling, even though my furnace is 20+ years old and will need to be replaced probably sooner than later. I look forward to working CSR for any of my futre HVAC needs.

I had roger come out because AC wasn’t working about a week ago, we determined it would need to be replaced. In the night the compressor went out and we had a toasty house. This happened on a Friday night, I contacted Roger and he was going to install new one on Monday. I then got a text Sat that he was on the way to install new one. I did all my due diligence to make sure I hired the right company for my AC repair in Avery Ranch and per a referral I was completely satisfied with the job CRS did at my home. A local company...Cedar Park with a long track record. I met with Roger the same day I called in, the repair needed was isolated, and the repair of a new coil was scheduled a few days following...no pressure to purchase a complete system as many large companies do. The team of 3 guys showed up on time the day of the repair in clean trucks and organized. Each guy new there responsibility and got on the repair immediately (they were knowledgeable). They took precautions to keep my home clean and the repair was completed in a few hours. Thanks again Roger and the team.

I have been using CSR for 7 years now. I bought a house that had three early 1990s AC units installed. Roger and CSR have done a great job on helping me maintain these older systems, one of them eventually got to the point that it couldnt keep going and CSR did a great job at a very reasonable price installing a new Trane system.CSR is a smaller company. I personally see this as an advantage, because when they come out they remember your service history and are quickly able to diagnose and fix issues. Since they mostly do word of mouth advertising, they offer prices that can be quite a big better than the companies you might hear on the radio regularly.Ive recommend CSR to several friends who have also had good experiences with them. I know who I will be calling when my remaining old ACs need replacing!

Last Thursday at 4:00 we turned our ac on and, of course, no cool air . We called Roger at CSRand by 5:00 he was at the house and discovered that, yes, our ac had problems. I used CSR Air Conditioning & Heating for the first time last year. My AC was dying, it was June, it was not fun.Roger was out within hours of me calling, he said we had a coolant leak. Our coolant was no longer being made which made it expensive. He did suggest getting a new AC unit and gave me some quotes, but said a coolant boost would help in the short run. We went with the coolant, it wasn’t feasible financially for a replacement at the time. The coolant boost got us through the rest of the summer and up to four days ago when the AC started its death dance again.I called CSR and got Roger, again. He remembered me and was out within a couple of hours, again. Same issue (of course, because leaks unfortunately do not fix themselves), coolant was low. Now getting the out of production coolant was an issue, so it was most definitely time for a new AC.Not more than four days after my AC started its death dance, Roger and his crew had it in the back of his truck with the replacement in place. The crew were all genuinely nice and considerate, both my wife and I work from home and neither of us were disrupted by their work.Once instillation was complete, the price charged was the price quoted, which was a very reasonable price. Financing is offered through a third party and is a very easy process. I choose the 0% option for 18 months with a reasonable monthly payment. Now I don’t have to worry about my AC doing it’s death dance during the depths of summer, and that alone makes the payment worthwhile.I am so grateful to have found a locally owned and operated AC company (one of the guys on the crew lives in my neighborhood) which I can trust. This is especially important in Texas. I will recommend CSR to anyone in need of AC or Heating help. I know who I’m going to call when my furnace starts it’s death dance.

I am a repeat customer and will continue to use CSR for all my HVAC needs. This company is genuine, honest, professional, and highly competent. I originally had an old AC unit replaced about 18 months ago. That work was done quickly and at a fair price (I am a CPA who used to work in construction, so I did my homework). That unit is working great. Recently, my other unit began to make a noise and completely stopped working. I emailed the company on a Sunday and had a tech diagnose the problem at 8:30am Monday. The part was quickly replaced before noon and the wonderful cold air returned! This is the type of dependable company you need during August in Texas.

The tech was super nice, honest and helpful, even explained the issue and what he was going to do to fix it.Showed up first thing today, fixed the unit, tested all the refrigerant levels, and connections, replaces some electric part which was not required but since they fail often he took care of it to avoid short term issues.When completed he explained again all he did, and we are very happy. Robby did a great job quickly repairing our furnace during the first cold weather snap for ATX. Knowing that CRS was very busy, I was surprised to have him show up just a couple hours after my call. I cannot speak well enough about the integrity, diligence and professionalism I received from CSR. I worked with two other business to address a leaking Lennox evaporator coil, but neither addressed the issue. They failed to find the leak and assumed the tightening of the TXV bolt fixed the problem. Hundreds of dollars later on refrigerant, literally flying into thin air, and the AC again stopped cooling. CSR promptly found the leak in the evaporator coil and proactively checked for warranty on the unit. Throughout the process I was kept up to date on repair schedule and finally my unit was fixed at half the price versus the other two companies. The two technicians were very welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience.

I cant say enough good things about CSR. Roger at CSR fixed a range of issues with my A/C system that was installed by another company. I put installed in quotes because that other company (ahem: Autumn), did such a horrible installation job that I finally called CSR out of desperation.Roger diagnosed the problem within minutes, that Autumn could not figure out after their repeated visits.Rogers technical expertise exceeded all my expectations and I happily recommend CSR to anyone needing their heating/cooling system worked on. CSR went out of their way to work with the manufacturer to have certain components replaced and bring my system up to specification -- my system has never worked as good as it does now. My only regret is that I didnt call CSR earlier.I cant say Thank You! enough to the fine folks at CSR. Youve earned a customer for life, and I hope this 5-star review earns you a few more.

Had a relay switch that was sticking. First time Robby came out we could not get the problem to replicate so he didn’t want to replace unnecessarily so told me to call when it did it again and he would come right out (didn’t charge me for a service call). Problem replicated a month or so later and true to his word was out by 8:30 and repaired the relay switch. Appreciate the integrity very much.
