    Nathaniel just finished the install of our 2 brand new AC units. Very professional. Explained everything that would be done. Did a full assessment prior to giving quote. Explained all options. Obtained permits. Did a walk through afterwards. Ive never been more impressed with an AC company. They are newer business. The owner himself was part of install crew. The warranty they offer is top notch. I highly recommend this outstanding business.

    I placed a call around 3:15pm and they responded and answered the phone within minutes to set up a time that they would be onsite within two hours and they definitely followed up well within that time and got our system up within 30 minutes.     Mr. Nathan, owner of Cool Dynamics provided a service above and beyond what was expected. He worked on my furnace doing its winter maintenance and keeping it up running smoothly. He didn’t rush to do service on it and explained in a very detailed manner any future possible work it might need in order to keep furnace running longer. And his fees are well so reasonable. Will keep using Cool Dynamics for future AC and heater maintenance and services. Highly recommended 👍

    Cool Dynamics is a small company in a sea of competitors in San Antonio, but Cool Dynamics is OUTSTANDING! I’d recommend Nathanial and his team to my friends, family, coworkers—no contest, and every time.Our AC went out during 80-90 degree days in October. We’d been combatting a wide range of options spanning partial fixes for $4.5K to full overhauls for $12K. Nathanial himself came to our home, same day, after we called looking for a fourth quote.Nathanial was incredibly professional & respectful, knowledgeable, thorough on inspection, and honest about his assessment and our options. He was able to get his team out the next morning for an all-day install of both interior and exterior system upgrades. The quality of work his team completed was impeccable, and they were thorough in cleaning up the dust and work residue.He offered a 10-year warranty for parts, two year labor warranty, is coming out to inspect how the systems are performing after a week of use, and told us that a state rep would be out to inspect his work. Nathanial and the Cool Dynamics team is everything we needed: someone genuine and sincere helping us with an acceptable product that we needed in a time of need. I couldn’t be more grateful for his professionalism and I’ll continue to recommend to anyone who has a local need.

    Amazing experience working with Nate. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He showed me exactly what status my HVAC system was really in with digital equipment. He also found a stopped up drain we didn’t notice and quickly blew it out to prevent water damages. I have already recommended him to my neighbors, family, and friends.     First time I have used Cool Dynamics Heating & Cooling, and I will definitely use them again. After disappointing work from a few different big name companies, Nathan from Cool Dynamics provided the best maintenance visit I have experienced in 35 years of home ownership. That statement is a little unfair as technology has leaped forward in 35 years, but Nathan provided the most detailed feedback I have ever received from a biannual maintenance visit. He never tried to hard or up sell me, simply informed me of the state of system and its components. I would definitely recommend Cool Dynamics to family and friends. Update 8/16/2024 - So my AC stopped working in the middle of the day. I contacted Cool Dynamics and Nathan made time the same day to come to the house. After a little over an hour, he identified the problem (worn out connector) fixed it under the terms of the 12 month maintenance agreement I purchased from his company. Fixing my AC same day, at no additional charge, under a maintenance agreement. I cant explain how that felt. As I thanked Nathan repeatedly, he simply smiled and told me, No worries, I got you. Seriously, if you have AC or Heating issues, give Cool Dynamics a call.

    Nathaniel did an excellent job going above and beyond to fix our AC system for our home, even correcting a problem created by another company that cleaned our vents. He was honest and didn’t try pushing extra charges or additional fees that weren’t necessary. He fixed what was needed and that was it. Our system works better than ever now!

    This company was the best. I had a major emergency at 10pm there was no hesitatio, and they sent someone right over. I have never had service that good. I could not believe it. I do not normally give reviews on things, but this company was worth it. Fire d out for yourself. Im a happy customer and will use them again.
