I cannot say enough good things about cool arrows! Able and Juan truly saved the day and Jennifer helped to coordinate it all! I had called to inquire about a quote on installing mini-splits in our home and got on their schedule. Well a couple of hours later our outside AC unit quite literally blew up, and this was at 4:45 in the evening so close to the end of the business day. Able and Juan came to our home to assess the situation free of charge that evening and were out the next morning installing our new unit and a mini-split for upstairs. They were kind, informative, and quick to work while also being flexible with my crazy schedule but still accommodating us with same day service. I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work in their home or business, and I will continue to use them for any future needs we may have. Thank you cool arrows for the outstanding customer service and for the incredible job yall did.

I woke up the other morning to a hot house and the AC clearly not cooling. I contacted Cool Arrows and they were at my house within the hour. It was discovered that a fire happened in the outdoor unit. They found manufacture info and sadly the unit was out of warranty. They had a new outdoor unit installed, the indoor unit inspected, and the house cooled down before I got home from work the SAME DAY. The owner found a faulty breaker was to blame, which he also took the liberty of replacing for me. I was very pleased with their professional and speedy customer service, and will recommend Cool Arrows to anyone!

My A/C went out a few weeks ago. I called cool arrows, their response was very quick. Set up an appointment for them to come out and fix the A/C. Parts were ordered and within 3-4 days they came and quickly repaired my A/C system. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs work on their A/C system

Great experience! Our a/c stopped working over night. Called at 9am and Mr. Abel had the air back on by 10:45. He was very personable and gave great advice to prolong the life of our unit. I will sing his praises whenever I get the chance.

We were out of town and came home Friday around 4:30 to our AC not working. We were able to call Cool Arrows Cooling & Heating, Abel was able to come out Friday evening to look at our AC. He figured out the problem and was able to fix it first thing Monday morning. If you need any AC maintenance, give them a call, they were prompt and did an amazing job!
