They have been very professional with their service on our family condo and worked hard to get our unit working so we could enjoy it for this weekend. Chris and his staff have been kind and professional. Please donβt pay attention to some of the bad reviews, it appears that some other AC company in town is somehow linking to Contract Services google listing, and being a former business owner that relied on our reviews, figured out by doing a google search of the other company and it pulls this one up. Top notch company with very long standing repuatation on South Padre Island. -

Very reliable and professional service for your furnace and air conditioner. In my opinion the rates and fees are very high for South Texas. Weather too high to cost compare for this service but if you have time call several firms and get quotes. If the prices are close go with Contract Services. -
