Great job! I give a big thumbs up to Jorge and Marvin for their professional work in replacing my old, on its last legs, heat pump with a new, more efficient system. Despite the less than ideal conditions in the crawl space where they worked, not once did they complain or fuss. They got straight to work and stuck with it diligently. They managed to complete the job on schedule, on time, and within the budget! After they finished, they left no trace of their work behind. The entire area was clean and tidy, just as it was before they started. On top of everything, it was a cold, damp, and rainy day when they performed the installation. An added bonus was when Jorge came in to install and explain the features of the new thermostat; he thoughtfully wore shoe covers to keep our floor clean and dry. Much appreciated! Its only been a few days since the installation, but Im confident that my heating and cooling costs will be significantly lower than before. I was faced with a difficult decision; either spend $2000 to line my chimney to keep my 30-year-old system going, or replace the entire system - the furnace, central AC, and water heater - before an emergency arises and Im forced to patch up an old system past its prime. I explored multiple quotes for equipment replacement and decided to take the plunge with a Home Performance with Energy Star Home Energy Audit. This necessitated the use of an approved service provider, which is why I chose ComfortFlow Heating & Air Conditioning. A significant part of my decision relied on how the energy audit went. The technician who arrived, Marvin, was intelligent, efficient, and detail-oriented. He came prepared not to close a deal, but to find out what my best options were. His approach involved taking measurements, entering data, and applying personal judgement. Marvin explained that I could replace my old system with high-efficiency equipment, thus eliminating the need to reline my chimney, as the new system would vent through a wall and not the chimney. The Energy Star program offers considerable financing and rebate opportunities. I received a detailed quote from Marvin and all the assistance I needed to secure my financing. When the day came to start the installation, the team respected my schedule, completed all the work on time, and tidied up as they went, leaving no mess. The team, including Harold and Conner, were true professionals - trustworthy, experienced, honest, highly skilled, and very approachable. Their quote for this comprehensive job was very reasonable. They used Carrier equipment, a highly-rated manufacturer, and completed the job like true professionals. Their attention to detail was second-to-none. I never felt coerced or pressured into a deal and felt in control of the situation. The system is working perfectly, with no real issues to speak of; the installation is neat and professionally done, and I couldnt be happier. Im yet to see my first energy bill, so I cant comment on the Energy Star savings yet, but Im expecting positive developments over the next few months. I cant recommend ComfortFlow Heating & Air Conditioning enough for their outstanding service.

He meticulously conducted the process and clearly articulated the tasks he performed and any additional requirements. We were thoroughly satisfied with his service. Our experience with ComfortFlow Heating & Air Conditioning was exceptional. Initially, we reached out for a combined furnace and air conditioner inspection. The review was conducted by Raymond. He was personable and well-informed. He gently broke the news that our furnace, having served us for 26 years, was nearing the end of its lifecycle. Subsequently, we made an appointment to discuss the best furnace and air conditioning system for our home. Sebastian visited us on the same day for this. He was equally pleasant and knowledgeable. He assessed the size of the systems we would require and promptly arranged for the installation just two days later. On the day of the installation, the team arrived punctually. They were mindful enough to lay carpet runners to prevent tracking in mud and grass, as it was raining that day. They worked diligently throughout the day, wrapping up around 4pm. The quality of their work was superlative, and they provided a comprehensive explanation of how the new systems functioned. We are extremely pleased with the work and professionalism displayed by the team.

A year later, were now replacing an over 21 years old water heater for our large apartment complex thats nearing its lifespan and could fail any day. jared had the new unit, parts, and got it all working just before the harsh winter weather, so we wouldnt have to stress about not having hot water on the coldest days. He even ensured that the new furnace temperature control system we got through a rebate in fall was operating correctly too.

I have had the pleasure of availing his services twice, for two different heating issues. Previously, my three-decade-old Lennox heater suddenly stopped functioning. Two other companies rushed their assessments, concluding that my old unit was beyond repair and attempting to persuade me to purchase brand new, costly units. However, I wanted to explore the cost of repairing my old Lennox unit before considering such a significant investment. This is when I discovered Wayne. Wayne was diligent in his approach, entering my attic to thoroughly examine my heater. He patiently listened to my account of the problem and opened up the unit for a comprehensive diagnosis. The issue was that the blower had shifted, causing the wheel to get stuck against the metal casing. However, Wayne resolved the issue promptly and had the heater running smoothly within an hour. He reassured me that my old Lennox unit was still robust, even after 30 years of service. More recently, my heater and AC unit ceased to function. Marvin from comfortflow heating & air conditioning has done a superb job with my hvac system installation. i had previously consulted with three other technicians, but their advice and cost estimates fell short. fortunately, my contractor recommended marvin, who is a specialist with samsung systems, giving me access to a 10+ year product and labor warranty. he is proficient at installing any system, but i opted for the samsung max heat windfree 2.0. its a fantastic system, with built-in wi-fi and a windfree option to avoid direct air blow. the compressor unit is remarkably quiet, rated for heat as low as -13 below, and it doesnt compromise on visual appeal. marvin is meticulous, professional, reliable, and exceptionally neat. the task at hand was quite complex, particularly when it came to laying the lines smoothly around my radon pipe. despite my initial reservations about the external look of the line sets, marvin presented a range of options and explained the potential consequences of each choice. he took care of everything, from pouring the pad to the electrical work, requiring no effort on my part. despite my frequent absence, marvin kept me updated with photos, texts, and video chats before proceeding with each step to ensure my satisfaction. his thoroughness is commendable, always double checking and consulting with the manufacturers head rep when necessary. i was impressed by his attention to detail and prompt responses, which are unfortunately rare in the hvac industry. he installed four head units off one large compressor in a challenging area and also added another single unit. im planning to have marvin service these units throughout their lifespan. comfortflow heating & air conditioning has earned my utmost respect for making my home in taylor incredibly comfortable while preserving its aesthetic appeal, all at a reasonable price.

Wayne was extremely professional and addressed all our queries. he offered reasonable estimates for all our hvac system options and coordinated the installation process. nathan and his crew were also very professional and finished the task promptly. they were considerate of our home and landscaping in taylor (they even protected my plants from the area where they installed the condenser!) wayne was friendly and guided me through all the completed work before he departed. an impressive team of individuals and i would vouch for them!
