I made the appointment and Johnny showed up just a day later, assessed the issue, provided a thorough assessment of the required repair (faulty damper which restricted the air flow to the upstairs of the home), quickly executed the repair, and cleaned up when complete. Excellent, efficient, and very friendly service! -
