Excellent service! Brady came to my house after hours on the same day to diagnose the problem. I needed a full replacement of compressor and blower unit. After I approved his estimate, he ordered materials the same day (Friday) and was at my house to install promptly at 8:00 Monday morning. They were done the same day. The installation was clean and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Brady and his team for any HVAC needs.

Best all around customer service I have ever had. A/C unit stopped cooling, made a quick phone call and CMB had us back up and running in no time. Once the problem was fixed the customer service did not stop! CMB followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was still going good. A couple weeks go by and we also get a follow up letter along with another phone call from Wendy thanking us for our business. Service like this is what keeps people coming back for years! On a weekend our thermostat went out, we tried to fix it ourselves by replacing the thermostat but the wiring in our house is old and we did something wrong, but couldnt figure it out. CMB tried walking us thru it over the phone, but when that didnt work they came out in the evening, on a weekend, fixed it up and didnt cost an arm and a leg. I will call them again when the need arises!!
