    Climate services is the company you should have called the first time. They will get you taken care of and not try to sell you a whole new system when just one small part is the issue. They diagnose and repair, not just replace. Not only are the technicians polite and on time, the office staff is amazing to work with. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

    Weve used this team for years and theyre ALWAYS exceptional to work with whether its an after hours service call, commercial work or having a new unit installed - theyre always incredibly professional and thorough. We reccomend them often and will continue to.

    The technician was on time! He let me know when he was on the way. I hope Jeff returns if I need additional repairs in the future. Same day service was offered. Wendy who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and set up a time frame that was best for me. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.

    I could not be more pleased with my system that Climate Services installed, and the service that I have received has been excellent. Cory has a great and responsive crew from Daniel and DILLON that responded on a Sunday, and of course, Jeff who has kept my system running well for yrs. They are a great company to use!.     I asked that Climate Service be here at 3:00pm because I had appointment’s I had to be at, and they were here straight up 3pm. My drain like was clogged is why the A/C stopped working so he blew it out. Now I’m waiting for the temp to go down.The service was excellent!

    I contacted Climate Services of Texas and spoke with Windii. It was a very cold day and I live out of town and needed someone to check on my mother’s heater. Jeff responded within 2 hours on a very busy day and diagnosed the problem. Jeff went above and beyond expectations . I highly recommend this company.

    Couldn’t be happier with the job Daniel Jordan and his crew did! We brought Climate services of Texas in because we had mold in some ducts and poor air circulation on the far end of our home. They came in offered a solution and we’re very fair priced! They are very professional, did the job in one day, and cleaned up so well we didn’t even know they were at are home! I will be recommending them to anyone we know that has HVAC Needs.

    Very reasonably priced. Cory the owner was involved in the entire process from beginning to end. Marlon and his crew of technicians took pride in their work did a very professional Job. They showed tremendous patience with me watching over them throughout the day and answering all my question as they were doing their work. Anytime I asked them to do a specific task for me, they did it. They were willing to do whatever it took to make me as the customer happy.     I saw a sign that said they were local, and I called them because I had an emergency issue with my pan leaking and Cory was here within 15 minutes. That was three years ago, and since then they’ve installed a new unit for a special project for me they’ve handled my Guesthouse, my Main House, and the service is always top-notch. Best air conditioner company I’ve ever used.

    We used Climate Services to repair an unknown problem with our AC condenser. Long story short, it would not turn on but the fan & the heat did work. Turns out the contactor had failed. I was very impressed by the technicians knowledge, honesty and friendliness. Their pricing was completely fair and I could tell they did not come to my house to tell me that my entire 9 year old system needed to be replaced, which has happened twice to us in five years. Definitely have their magnetic card on the fridge for any future issues. They also installed a Wi-Fi thermostat for us the pricing was very fair on that as well.

    Climate Services of Texas designed and installed our entire HVAC System for our new home in Texas Grand Ranch. Cory Malak was great to work with throughout the entire process. His installation team are top professionals. Weve been up and running the past several months without any issues. Cory took the time to properly size both upstairs and downstairs systems and locate and balance the supply & return ducts to minimize any hot or cold spots.

    We called Cory on a Sunday afternoon when our A/C went out and he came over that evening to look at it. He diagnosed the problem and offered a fair price to correct it. He was out the next morning with a crew to fix everything. We couldnt be happier with their response time, quality of work and professionalism. Fantastic company.

    I have been thru damn near every air conditioning/ heating company this county and surrounding counties offer for the last 5 years. Every company was either unprofessional or said they fixed my system, which they put a band aid on it. I finally call CLIMATE SERVICES OF TEXAS. They were absolutley prompt, professional, caring and told me what was wrong what they did to fix it and told and showed me how to avoid said problem in the future. Unlike others that wouldnt share that info. So they could make a quick buck in a few months. Hell the owner even showed up to ensure everything was kosher. He got dirty with his guys just to make absolutely certain. And with all that ill be gah damned if they still werent cheaper than everyone else. Very seriously use this company for whatever your air conditioning or heating needs are. Thank you so much to the owner cory and his team. I will be using them again. No one better.

    We had an issue with our dated furnace. Jeff came out and realized we may have been hit by lightening. Long story short, Climate Svcs came out the very next day, on time and friendly to install a complete HVAC system. They spent the entire day, working in intermittent rain showers, to complete the job by the evening. Each and every technician on the job, was polite and very easy to work with. Their pricing was competitive and fair. They cleaned up after the job, which is a major plus! Cory and Jeff are very knowledgable and willing to explain the process as they moved forward. I highly recommend Climate Services of Texas for any one of your HVAC needs. Thank you for being a customer serviced based company! A wonderful breath of fresh air!
