Don’t let the 4 stars fool you - if I had made the review more than six months ago it would have been 5 stars.We’ve been a customer for several years. They’ve always had exceptional, prompt service.Most recently, Eduardo Z. came out and did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He had great communication.The -1 star is for the increase for the monthly subscription plan. We were paying a specific amount per month for certain perks, etc, for years.Well, they merged with another company mid 2024 and the new subscription price is $420 more expensive per year.

We have used Classic 4 times over 8 years at 2 different homes. Every service call was top notch, no complaints whatsoever. Garrett Rains just completed a call and exceeded our expectations. We are Classic customers forever.We had a second ac unit with a drain line problem. Garret Rains called and asked if he could arrive an hour early. That works! He found a clogged drain, blew it out with nitrogen, cleaned up and was on his way. Classic Heat and Air is absolutely the best.

This unit was installed 3 years ago and my electric bill varies between 42 and 84 dollars a month on level pay. I have a 25 hundred square foot house and keep the thermometer on 74 or 75. This is a great company and deserves your business.

Ive been a customer of Classic Heating & Air since my AC unit was replaced by them in 2018. Our system has performed quite well, and weve received great service from our technicians over the years. The recent ownership change did have some hiccups transferring some of my account details, but yesterday, I gained better insight while getting excellent clean/check/tune service from Daniel Turner. He also gave good advice on keeping the system serviced to avoid problems doing the worst of the hot and cold seasons.

We have used Classic Heating & Air for the 2 1/2 years have lived here in Texas. They always provide Sterling customer service and the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable. We had an emergency on Sunday night, and Garrett Rains arrived with bells on and was delightful as can be, even though he was crawling around the 125 degree attic!! He took care of our problem with such a great attitude. From the time we made the phone call, to the time Garrett left our house, it was maybe two hours tops. Fantastic company.
