These guys have been prompt and upfront. They were not the most expensive and neither the cheapest but they seem to care the most. I would trust these guys for any AC work. We had a thermostat quit working after they installed our new AC system back in May 24. Instead of them upselling us on new equipment they fixed our current thermostat. Working with honest companies is such a rarity. Would highly recommend.

If you’re hvac needs repair or replacement, i highly recommend that you involve Classic in the mix as you shop for the best deal and service. Their tech was the most thorough of the 4 companies i vetted. All of the options were presented and explained throtoughly. I mulled my decision for a few weeks and when i finally chose them at the beginning of their busiest time of the year, the quotation was honored and my installation was completed within a few days . The owner and all of his employee associates were genuinely friendly and customer focused - a quality that is harder to come by in Dallas where rapid growth has attracted some unsavory opportunists in the home services industry . Classic is a good name for these nice folks - that give classically great serviceFollow-up- needed some service recently and I got it first thing the next morning - great interaction - these guys are the real deal.

Classic Air AC & Heating has been servicing our AC units on regular basis. During the service, photos are made and provided showing the status of our systems. After recommendation (which felt 100% genuine) we switched one of our units last week. The team worked very diligent, was respectfull for our house and installed the new unit perfectly. After installation we were provided with detailed pictures of the new unit installed on the attic and the entire job site has been delivered clean by the team. Next time we will use Classic AC & Heating for sure!

A++ for Classic Air AC & Heating! Extremely professional & polite - always an immediate response with a technician at my house (Dylan is the best!) within an hour or so - if not sooner. Issue has always been identified basically upon arriving and fixed within 20 minutes - all the while taking the time to explain and ensure I understand the problem/solution and even helping me to hose down and clean my outdoor condenser unit in this 107°+ degree heat. I have felt taken advantage of by many other companies in the past but with Classic I find the prices beyond reasonable. Absolutely no complaints. They always save the day.

Classic Air responded in under 30 minutes to an AC failure, and repaired them to limp along until a compressor replacement the next day. They stayed committed to the repair through 104 degree heat and when a second failure occurred they repaired it promptly as well. Pricing was very reasonable given the traditional urgency of mid-summer AC repairs in Texas. The entire team was helpful and diligent through the process.

After a nightmare experience over the summer with another company through my home warranty company, I decided to call a company directly. I googled HVAC repair and chose Classic Air AC & Heating because of all of the positive reviews. I submitted a request for service Monday evening. I quickly got a call from Justin (after hours) and walked him through my issue. He set up time to come the next day, showed up right on time, and fixed the problem within an hour. I got texts and emails updating me about my appointment and when he was in his way. So awesome communication, quick and complete service, all for about the same as my home warranty company would have charged me. All around perfect experience and I will definitely use them again!

We have a pretty complicated HVAC system with multiple dampers and have been really struggling with intermittent issues. It was very helpful and alerted us to potential problems that needed to be fixed.Had Classic Air out again today to look at some work that the previous owner had done, and as last time, was very pleased with their service. Thanks, Cody!Another AC contractor had diagnosed a Freon leak after a recent refill and was asking ~$2,000 to replace a coil. That contractor had supposedly added Freon 6-8 weeks beforehand and was very confident that there was a leak and ready to replace the coil. If their prior lack of diligence was any indication, I doubt they would have checked the level again before doing so.Cody came out and had a look and determined that the unit was operating just fine and that, based on the timing I gave him of the last refill, there was not a leak. This saved me $2,000 in unnecessary repairs that the other contractor would have had us do.Classic will certainly be our go-to HVAC contractor going forward.
